Around the world and can't get service started. Need help none there. Keeps sending me to a company that charges for answers.

We have signed up to pay our bill monthly through withdrawal through our bank. All of a sudden last month that system did not work. Our bank did not receive the request to take the money, and we got notice from entergy through an email. That we had NOT paid our bill. My husband had it sent back through the bank again, and still we are getting emails that it did not work. We ended up going straight to HEB to pay. I have been trying to contact someone to find out what the problem is with the direct pay, and there is NO ONE who seems to Know what is going on. We are going to switch companies if they charge us a late fee for this, or I cannot reach someone to fix the problem. So irritating.

Entergy is sooo lucky they are the only provider of power in this area!This is terrible!They call and tell me one time,then change it ten minutes later just to pacify the customer.Its 18 customers and will take 8 hours!?I am always losing power while my other neighbors are not ever affected...

On 10/21/16 a group of people from a company called A B C came to my house when i wasn't home and cut down 25 year old trees in my front yard, cut them up and let. When i called Entergy to ask why the lady said, we have no work order to cut trees in your area, but she would have someone come back to clean it up.when the people came i asked why did you cut up my trees, the man was angry and said (you have an attitude and i'm not cleaning up ???? Using cuss words and let). I'm still waiting for someone to clean up this mess, and what about my trees that was planted when my children were babies, I've never seen nothing like this, Customer Service, What A Big Joke. Nobody have the right to destroy anything on my property without my consent.

I having been trying to reach Entergy Customer Service by phone for an hour. I get 10 minutes of advertisements and there is no way to get through. Can someone please call me?

Our family member is being billed by Entergy for a tree that was cut done by a complete stranger to us who was harvesting Cedar trees on our neighbors property and cut down a tree that fell across our family members property and was actually on our family members property which was also trespassing right We can prove where our family member was and they were no where near the property at the time that Enetrgy is claiming the tree fell and knocked down the power lines. What action should we take to stop this bill for over $2,000 being charged on our family member? She has spoke to the neighbor who was allowing this person to harvest Cedar trees on his property and he told us the actual man's name who was cutting the trees down. Small Claims Court? Please any ideas? She has tried writing a letter to Entergy and received an itemized bill for the charges that is cost to repair those power lines, seems like Entergy just wants the money and we agree they should be paid, but it's NOT fair that she be billed for this damage that she did not cause.

I've only been in my apartment for four days, and I've been calling entergy for all four days. For some unknown reason my apartment is the only one who's lights keep clicking off for 30 minutes/ sometimes hours to click back on. Yes they did come out once maybe twice that I know of and say they found nothing wrong. Lights are still doing the same things. So I called the apartment maintenance and they check on their end and said that nothing is wrong. Now I'm up at 2:35 am writing this review because I called entergy back and they said they will not respond to this work order!! I have my 3 month old baby here with me. Who eats around this time. So I'm very pissed because I don't believe that entergy has check on their end properly. I dnt think you can look or check what could be wrong in five minutes!! I really hope that this is not effecting my bill. Somebody need to let me know something.

I keep getting the runaround, apparently they have no record of me calling to talk to a supervisor on april 27th, everytime I call its something else, theres something else I have to do. now they say because of the weather I have to wait longer for my lights, why is that? why am I having to wait 2 whole weeks for lights? I have very small children and now no one can give me a definite date regarding when my lights will be on. I cant use my stove, my refrigerator, not even my microwave please tell me how im suppose to feed my kids, I don't have money to eat out so can someone explain to me why I wasn't told everything I needed to know when I first called and placed an order for my service to be moved, and why there isn't ONE person who can come turn my lights on.

I was told 20+ SEER heat pump qualified for Entergy rebate of $1,700.00

My mother in law has called for help and been disconnected three times by entergy. She is just trying to change the account information from her recently-deceased husband's name to her own. Nice job, entergy.

I called company to resolve a account issue First I paid more than what they showed so I am still going in circles about that issue. Then I fell behind on account and needed to work out a way to catch up OH NO we do not allow this YOU MUST PAY FO WE WILL TURN OFF POWER!!!!!! No compassion No understanding all about the money. I have been customer for years and always paid just fell under medical condition which required surgery So do I get surgery of pay electric lets see live or burn up ??????

Are we ever going to move into the future where Entergy has competition? I am so sick of monopolized companies taking advantage of the consumer. Also, they have got to figure out a way to handle the following: When my electricity goes out, you call a number and report it. Then you are prompted to answer the following question (if you want a call back from Entergy after reporting this outage press a number, if not then press another number). Well, if it's late at night, I will not request a call-back, but they wake you up and call-back anyway. This is not appropriate for those that have the sick elderly in their homes that are awakened when the phone rings...long day for me when this happens. Entergy please correct this faulty system you have!

Trying to reach anyone on the customer service line is a joke. Repeated attempts to reach someone on 1-800-368-3749 result in numerous messages that are irrelevant then says it will transfer your call (presumably to a live person) but disconnects every time. Any attempt to resolve billing problems are impossible.
