it was closing time and I needed a tire badly so I went to Firestone at 837 E Main St, Alhambra CA. 91801 and they gave me awesome customer serevice. they went out of their way to make this happen for me and I was so happy. francisco ramirez and the young lady behind the counterwere so cool and helful. I will buy my tires with Firestone from now on and tell others. i hope they can get some kind vof recognition for their efforts, they went over and above the call of duty to help me and I appreciate it so much. thank you

Steer clear of this place

Get a tow or whatever you need to go to ANY OTHER REPAIR SHOP.
I took my BMW 128i there shortly after I moved to Florida. You may be thinking " well she should've known better than to take that there" . I most likely would have gone elsewhere but had been using Firestone in Centennial, Co. for awhile and they did good work.
The cam position sensor had come up as service soon before I left Denver but went away until November. It started acting up so took it to Firestone on 14th St. in Bradenton. They replaced sensor. Service engine light still on when I picked it up. Occasionally it takes car couple days to recognize new part. It got considerably worse. Took it back in . They said it now needed crank shaft sensor. Had them put it in. First one was defective. Had it 2 days. Picked it up service light still on. They told me it probably would be as they had drained battery testing part. Well car started throwing off codes for everything. They sent me to another one of their locations that without even looking at car said it was drive chain‼️ I knew it wasn't as that makes a lot of noise. So called around found another shop.
They let it sit for 5 days total telling me they were having trouble getting help. It was a German auto shop. Finally I went and picked it up. Took it to German Auto Services. They discovered that they can sensor was NOT EVEN INSTALLED ALL THE WAY INTO cam shaft! It was literally hanging from it! I have no idea how car even started.
So had to have diagnostic and computer reboot. Then cam & crank shaft sensors redone. German Auto Service took pictures of " hanging sensor " & striped screw that was shooting oil all over. I contacted firestones corporate offices. They were supposed to have regional manager contact me. Instead they had store manager call. Of course they denied everything. I said I had pictures. Still denied but offered me $250. ‼️ It was just shy of $900 that I paid them‼️ another $900 to get it fixed plus $230 for diagnostic & reboot‼️ so a month of frustration, all together over $2000 for what should've been $900 PERIOD‼️
I'll never even let them check my tires again‼️

I am at the Firestone on hwy80, Jackson, MS. The customer service is horrible. The young lady checking customers in and out seems and looks like she doesn't want to be at work today. Lethargic best describes her demeanor. I truly believe employees set the atmosphere and she's not doing a very good job at her job. ??

I was told my car repairs would be around $220 When I called I was told the price is $670 I was in shock! I researched the part on line used it was $57 they charged me $250 the labor for this job to install is around $120 they charged me over $300 for labor. I tried calling to explain three times I was not heard nor felt good at all about my concerns.

They don't protect customers vehicles with plastic around the steering wheel nor did he use plastic cover for my seat. All I saw was plastic mat to cover the floor. At this firestone in Stamford these young employees don't follow rule & policy. Customers demand that the manger of this location be contacted of this on going problem.

I would say that I would never do any business with Firestone in Rochester NY again this is the second time they robbed me on a repair bill and this time it's going to court and I'm passing the word out not to do business with Firestone

hands The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a v Ehicle repair that should have been pretty straight forward and relatively easy for any mechanic at any level expect for the ones that work at firestone. I've had to take my car back three times now and it's still not fixed right all they had to do was replace the front wheel bearings but they cross threaded my axle the first time and apparently just don't know what they are doing. Now they are trying to blame the dealerships repairs that were done over two years ago for an accident it was just involved in. Every time I call the corporate office I'm told the district manager will contact me I don't even think they have a district manager because no one ever calls. I think it's just an automated response that they tell everyone needless to say I will never be a customer of Firestone again and would advise everyone else not to be either unless you like being frustrated and told a bunch of crap that isn't true and never happens.

I dropped my car off on the way to work this morning before 8 am. I needed to have an oil change and my brakes checked. The service man told the gentlemen in front of me, that was going to wait for his car (didn't hear what his service was goi g to be) that he had 3 cars in front of me. After not hearing from anyone at Firestone by 2 pm, I called to check on the status. The service woman said that they were getting to my car next. After again not hearing from anyone by 3:39 on I called again. At this point a different service man told me what I'd need to have done for my brakes, and when I asked about timing he said no later than 6:15 pm. I asked him why when I dropped my car off before 8 it took into 2 for someone to look at it. He said that they had cars waiting for the day before, which was the first time I'd heard that. If I had known that because of cars needing to be looked at or repaired from the day before and that was going to cause my car not to be looked at until after 2, I would not have dropped my car off today. I don't understand why I wasn't at least given one courtesy phone call to tell me they're behind from yesterday and can't get to my car. It's unprofessional. .

Planting shade trees under which you will never sit:
I have been going the same Firestone Store since I purchased my new 2016 Honda Accord, Skyline Firestone, Cape Coral, Florida. They have continually have provided excellent service. The one exception was the previous scheduled service that had performed when I was out of town at Tires Plus in Trinity, Florida. Today I found out from Rick the Store Manager that Tires Plus stripped three of my wheel studs, one so bad the Silder, the technician had to remove the hub assembly.
I have referred several people to Skyline Firestone who have spent thousands of dollars there.
Rick and Silder performed the work for me at no charge to me.
Having been a Firestone Store Manager in Atlanta, Georgia (2011) and I can say this with high degree of accuracy: "Through Rick's portals are among the finest front and back end personnel on the planet.
I am truly grateful that your company has such fine people that take such good care of their customers

Left Lexus IS 250 at Firestone, W 18th St Erie PA Did not do work because they didn't find lock key in trunk. Had to take a bus to get home Manager very rude when I explained it was in case the whole time.

Everyone probably knows that the wait time at any Firestone is extremely long. I was mentally prepared to wait halff of the day. But wait, why is the television turned to an auto show that none of the paying customers are interested in watching? IJS if your customers are patiently waiting, at least have some form of entertainment to take the sting off the long wait. With that been said, I ask the gentleman at the desk if he could change the tv station and would you know they can't find the remote. Awe typical...

Waiting over a hour for one tire to be replaced. I made an appointment and they told me about an hour, it's been a our and a half and they haven't even touched my car. I have been a customer for many years. You are going to lose me

I attempted to have my vehicle inspected by Firestone. This will be my 4th return to this store because they can't get it right. The manager Chris won't listen and hung up on me. This is the worst place ever and I will make sure everyone knows about it.

They took people that busted walked and completed their service before me
Will never return again
Did not give me a reason for the delay

I just spent $830+ at the Firestone on Normandy in Jacksonville Fl. Post repairs, there was a problem with the repairs-went back for remedy but denied by Brady Buck service manager even though the tech. Freddy was willing to investigate the problem and resolve.
Mr Buck couldn't care less-terrible customer service for over $800 and job not complete.
I need some resolve from Firestone-John Wilson 904 655 6464

I have my car replaced front and rear brakes but after they installed them on it sounds so bad. When I let them check but it's still the same problem plus the tail light was on all the time and when I told them that since You install the brakes for me, the tail light was on all the time and the brakes make noise so bad. They kind like not care and said very rude to me. I feel so upset I should not take my car to replace the brakes at Firestone.

Had a 9 AM appointment for alignment and was told i have to wait. That there was 2 cars a head of me.Why have an appointment if you are going to wait a couple of hours.

I went to your location at 17320 Main Street, Hesperia,CA, today 7-5-18, attempting to address an issue I had been having with my 2006 Avalon, where the check engine light had been coming on and off following having my car serviced at your store in Walnut,ca off Nogales. I was told by someone presenting themselve as this store manager that he would be unable to assist me as his diagnostic person was out and no one else could operate the dianostic equipment. When I inquired how long the person had been out he replied two months. I explained to him that why wasn't a person employed to cover for this person until he was able to return to his position his response was that the company could not do this because the position belonged to the person who was out on disability. I informed his that this was no way to do business and how this was not providing good customer service to our community. He expressed that he'd been informing corporate of the need to have someone to perform this duty but to no avail. At this point I would have to rate your company with a negative 1 due to this situation being allowed to continue for teonmonths withiut consideration givien to perform ti your customers expection of providing quality customer service. I will Not be bringing my car to this facility lication ever again and will express my dissatification to all whom I know to never patronize this location.

Hello I was a customer there and my name is Angel here in Bernalillo New Mexico very bad customer service they told me they can repair my tire I get a call 5 hours later stating that they cannot fix it because the tire is very damaged from the mail so I went to Discount Tire today and they fixed it in a heartbeat very good customer service at discount I will never go back to Firestone then he try to charge me $180 of stuff that I didn't ask for he wanted to put wipers on my car give it a new put on a new belt and do other stuff on my car I will never go back to that place again
