My husband bought a computer from Apple in Memphis Tn. on West Street. The finance end of it was handed off to Goldman Sachs and here lies the problem. Your company di a a hard inquiry on my husband without telling him. I was present during the transaction, this action caused my husband credit rating to drop almost 100 points. He had excellant credit now it is good. My husband is a small business person and his credit is very important. Contacted Apple ,nothing they can do , talked to several people at Goldman acted very nonchalant about the whole deal. Someone contacted him today to apologize said nothing she can do. Shame on you, caused such problems without a second thought. This probably will never reach anyone, who can right this wrong, but at least , you will know.
