We ate at JIB on government ave, Coeur d'Alene idaho. Good chicken strips, but sourdough jack was untoasted. It was mushy. I asked if they would toast the bread and they said corporate wouldn't allow them to, for safety reasons??? I asked for my money back for the sandwich with 1 bite gone. They refused. They said to contact corporate. Fries were good. Lobby soft drink machine didn't work.

just want to say thank you for good food, i have had ordered the same jr,jumbo jack at two locations here in vancouver wash. and have great burgers every time ,lots better than the local burger joints in town the prices were fair but the burgers have been great, think you again for gooooood food t clark

I came to this restaurant to order 2 items some loaded fries and mini churros for my daughter after working a long day. My mistake was driving off before checking the bag!!!! Which your order should be correct. I was given a box of mini tacos instead of loaded fries. I NEVER left the parking lot. I just drove back around to the window explained to the night manager that I was given the wrong order she became upset just drive around to the window is what I was told. I get to the window she hand me the box it fries I pass the fries to my daughter. The box of fries had nothing but a large portion of ranch on the fries. It's supposed to be loaded fries with bacon, ranch, fries, a form of spicy sauce as advertised we have ordered these fries before so, we are aware what they are supposed to look like. That was not the case.

At this point yes I am turning back around. I pull back up to the window not the speaker. Because the inside is closed because they are always short staffed. I told the night Manager (no name tag so, there is no name to state) I apologize to be a pain in your tail however, I did not check the bag at first but you have me jalapeno poppers instead of mini churros and these are just ranch fries. She snatched the box of fries and tossed them in the trash. Said she I am going to just give you a refund and closed the window, as she is speaking Spanish to the other coworker inside making coffee I can see and hear them clearly! The other female coworker is shaking her head. There is no one else in the drive thru and the last time we came there was only 1 other car before me it was not busy so, I was trying to figure out what is the issue? I saw her put the churros in the grease walked off and never came back to the window. After sitting there for 10 mins I turned my ignition off to my car. I was hoping she was making fresh fries for my daughter. The police then pulled up and ask was I ok I said yes just waiting on my order that is being remade.

The night manager called the Plano police dept! At this point I feel racially profiled I was not upset or acting erratic she was more upset than I was and I am the paying customer. Not every person of color should be looked at as difficult or a problem when addressing an issue with kindness and respect expecting a positive result. I have this recorded interaction on my phone. I was not given my refund or my correct order. I left with jalapeno poppers which my daughter cannot eat. Officer Hitch from the Plano told me I cannot come back to location. I was given a warning for criminal trespassing this makes no sense. He said this did not make sense to him either he is called to this location frequently. I have been to this location to get coffee and mini churros and my daughter get fries this is all get because, we don't eat ANYTHING else on the menu! Everything else was closed after my shift that she would have wanted to eat. TRAINING is needed I deserve an apology and my money back I don't care what amount it is it's mine and this is disrespectful! My daughter and I should have never had ANY POLICE contact. I am not a criminal I am a hard working law ADIDING CITIZEN who wanted to get her order that she paid for and leave. The OFFICER (Officer Hitch) explained she has irate customers that is not my problem. I was not irate with her the night manager or the Officer. This type of behavior is immature and racist. I am still confused why THE NIGHT MANAGER DID CORRECT THE ORDER it was only 2 items. I never received call back regarding this situation. This was an unnecessary negative experience to my visit to this location at 1101 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093. Manager of this location how can we how can we rectify this issue? This was unnecessary and never should been an issues in the first place. You have security cameras please feel free to watch them.

I went through drive through at the Westinghouse restaurant located in Charlotte, NC. I did not understand what the EE said, so I waited. Several minutes later, she came back and stated "we are not taking orders until the next shift gets her at 2:10". This was at approximately at 1:55 on Saturday, January 28. This us not a way to run a business. I just said this is ridiculous and went to Arby's. This is the second time this has happened to me, not being able to order food due to a shift change.

It looks like all we can do to complain these days is email them thru their corporate portal at heyjackbox.com. It asks if you want a follow up and lets you leave a phone number, email, and a picture even. Hopefully we will get a response. Management barely exists in fast food anymore - I had an issue last night and I was told I had to come back "tomorrow" for a refund. What? They should be able to issue it on the spot. And of course today no one will answer the phone. There is no accountability with these places. In general the workers are lazy, don't want to work, and don't care enough to try to do a good job in any way. Now they think they can give you attitude when they are wrong, because again, management is nowhere to be found. Actually, just before I went to this horrendous Jack In the Box, I was at Taco Bell at 10:45pm and when I got to the speaker I was told they were closed for the night. (They were supposed to close at 1am last night). When I asked what time they closed, I got no response - she said they were closed and then ghosted. Then when when I drove to the window, they were hiding in the back. So, not just lazy but also cowards. I spoke with a supervisor today at TB (yeah, I know!) and he said he would let the manager know - he asked if it was male or female, and said this has been happening regularly, where the workers just decide they don't want to work anymore and close over 3 hours early. This is the parent's fault imo. There is no discipline anymore and these kids are too coddled end entitled. I worked my *** off when I was working in fast food, and there were consequences if you didn't do a good job.

It is now impossible to reach a live person at Jack In The Box corporate. Their Customer Service phone number (800-500-5225) says that their office is closed in the middle of the day and directs you to a website where it only offers specific online answers and FAQ's.

They used to have world-class customer service. It's now so sad that you can't even get a concern answered!
BTW The number that you show above (858-522-4716) is no longer in service either.

Went to store 3070 last Saturday, 8/13/2022 at 12:07 PM. First, ordered the spicy chicken strips which is on the poster on the outside wall, the window, and up on the menu board. Told that this has never been a menu item at Jack in the box. Why are the posters up and why is this on the menu board? Second, went right back to the counter because 100% of all tables were filthy, asked for bar towel so that we could clean a table for ourselves. 10 minutes later, and after several other people also complained about the same thing, the front register person came out and cleaned the tables. I asked for the manager, twice. Second time I had gone up there, was told that she said she does not have time for customers. I would not hire her as an employee, let alone as a manager with that kind of response going out to a customer. Went to the restroom to wash my hands, and would not use that restroom at all, smelled really bad, floors were filthy, and paper all over the floor. I tried calling, told that the offices are closed, even though it is during business hours. Not being able to talk to corporate or to a district manager, that says to blog and tell everyone to stay away from Jack in the Box, not worth the filth having to put up with and with not having things that are advertised, told you never had them.

So I go through the drive thru and a human gets on the speaker and tells me I need to order through the app because the system is down.....what's the point of having that person in the store if they can't take the order? Why even waste my time as well as the person you are paying minimal money to that can't even help me?

I just ordered a pita and fries from the jack in the box in alton, il. It was absolutely horrible. The pita was hard and filled with lettuce, one bite size piece of chicken. The fries were cold . Awful. I spent $10.06 and I want my money back.

I think it's quite freaking ridiculous that you got 24 hour store it's got shut down for what he says 10 to 15 minutes update as computers which is crazy because he's been down for more than 20 minutes now is let 25 cars drive through the drive-through some multiple times he won't let you set the drive-through cuz it's one of his drive-thru time seems to me if that's the case he would get his $#@& together I'm so tired of 24-hour restaurants 24-hour gas stations 24-hour anyting being closed for any amount of minutes your closeds for even a moment you are no longer 24 hours take down your damn sign and stop f#@&ing lying the people that's bulldonky lazy motherf@$#&ers

I went to the Ft. Worth location on Belknap & Riverside on 6/26/19 @4:12am.......My 1st issue is that when i began to order at drive thru i was told i culd only order if i paid w/my credit card, no reason given. I ordered a #7 combo,med w/onion rings. Then i was told there r no rings. I got curly fries. Puled 2 window to payand got a small combo. Got home the fries were stale and the meat tasted old and had NO bacon and i was charged for a med #7 combo meal. VERY UNHAPPY& WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT FAST FOOD PLACE&THIS 1 NEVER HAS SHAKES AT ANYTIME. Employee:RAUL,ticket#465

I've never experienced so much of a random none existing food order lol! I can promise a physic grub worn might accidentally do a better job. We ordered 6 meals...not one was correct. My dairy allergy was tested at its full potential. Missing 17 dollars worth of food and the rest is completely inedible.Thank God for cold curly fries after a puke competition with you husband. How are y'all open?

I would like to talk to someone concerning their manager Bay City Texas interviewing staff while they're on break my understanding is that a staffing should have a uninterrupted break and this man continue to interrupt these kids while they were on their break I don't think it's fair

The food was not hot the appearance of the was like the food was throw at me. Very sloppy... The name Ursula was very rude by phone very difficult to call the store when she answers the phone constantly rudeness someone called me from Jack In The Box told me to go to Jack In The Box to get my food we fixed so I decided to call that lady answer the phone very rudely and said no one told you nothing like that we don't do that I didn't get the name of the person that called me from Jack In The Box customer service she said my name will be put up on some board I was told that was a lie very rudely from the same lady that answers the phone at the Jack In The Box location when I called to see was they aware she said no

The Moses Lake, WA. Branch is very unprofessional. Today many clients were arriving to purchase food and a car was in the entrance to the drive thru as an obstacle. The place was closed with a sign that was posted handwritten very sloppy stating closed for meeting. We parked waiting to see if would open soon as well as many other people. We arrived at 5 pm and left close to 6 pm and they still were talking, we saw even children in there from the workers. Never opened, they DiD not have the courtesy to put a time to return or if they were going to open.

Hello. Id like to file a complaint for Jack in the box on dover crossing in clarksville TN.

We took our family to grab dinner at about 730pm.
When we pulled up we noticed all the outside lights were out but there were people dinning in . When we got to the drive through a lady announced for us to, "hold on shes short staffed". My fiance told her its okay. We waited. 2 minutes later she took our order. Thats fine. We needed to use my phone flashlight to see the drive through menu. When we got to the window she was very antsy. She gave us 2 of 4 drinks we requested a drink carrier. She gave us our last 2 drinks in a 2 drink carrier then said hold on our grill is on fire. So our other 2 drinks didn't get the carrier. Moving forward, she came back and 2 other guys came and looked out the drive thru. She then kept yelling and saying, "can you just give me their food"? We finally get our food and she says, "i guess thats all your food". There was no receipt but we paid with debit so we have our online statement from 10/11/19. We only ordered 2 sourdough jack combos with med lemonade, 1 kids chicken nugget meal, and kids cheese burger meal both with lemonade.
That to me wasn't hard to pull together. We live at 347 donna drive which is 7 min away. When we arrived home our sandwiches and fries were cold. All three burger breads were soggy and loaded with ketchup and mayonnaise and runny. The whole ordeal after 12 hour shifts and no time to cook to salvage dinner left us with noodles and turkey sandwiches. Last night we called twice and there were no answers.
Today as soon as my fiance got a break he called at 12pm. He requested a manager. The woman who spoke as manager told us she couldnt help us without a receipt even after we told her that we never received one and have our online debit statement. She then stated, "so that was last night and its now 12pm".
Im not sure why thats relevant since no one answered last night when we called. Our order was $23. We love Jack in the Box but last night was just horrible. Last nights employee was not in control of her position at all.

Very disappointed in not being able to get brown rice anymore at jack in the box.
It's been discontinued after only about 6 weeks being available in my area,
Alhambra outlet on Valley Blvd at Fremont. I'm told by the people there that
brown rice was completely taken off the menu. It was the only reason I would order the
rice bowel at Jack in the Box on a regular basis, either for breakfast or lunch.

Boy, was it good, and then healthy too; then all of a sudden it's not available anymore. The other items
like burgers, fries, and whatever are food items I would only order very, very
occasionally from you because these items are so readily available from your
competition and sometimes preferable to yours; but not that healthy. But with brown rice available
from you, it made is almost impossible to purchase food from the others
like Macdonals, Burger King, or Carls and others. The brown rice really set
you apart from the others and gave me an excuse to eat there on a daily basis.

Now I only have Asian Pick up Stix to buy brown rice meals from and they're only open starting
at 11am in the morning. Your hours made everything so convenient and next
to impossible to avoid ordering and or eating at your many locations. I was once
caught short for time in a long run to Palos Verdes and what do you know, I
passed a Jack in the box around that location on just a turnaround in a driveway
at the business next door, and there was jack in the box staring me in the face.
I was so hungry and immediately ordered the rice bowel at the drive thru. Was
it ever good.
Could you please bring back the selling of brown rice in your locations, because
with the convenience and availability at all you locations in the area, it is next
to impossible to not to order or eat at your locations. I don't really want to have
to go to others as they're either not convenient with times open or they just have the
standard fare of burgers and fries which I stopped eating long ago as not being so healthy.

Went in to jib in LAS Vegas Store # 464 ,ordered # 8 burger, then found a piece of plastic in side my burger, went and told a employee cashier Jose ,asked to talk to maneuver then he said he wasn't in, then this tall girl in a very unpleasant attitude asked me ,well what do you want another burger or your money back, I told her my money , cause I coudnt stomach another burger, not after what I experienced

This,is second time that my order was wrong. Jack in the box #3682 .this time order was way over .I explain to manager Isabel 5/27/18 ,9:32:33 am drive thru #155 .she was very rude, she don.t have any respect for customer also .when I mentioned to going complaint about her actitud. She was laught from my daughter. How you can have a manager with this behavior. Really I don.t want comeback here anymore .burger king ,mc donalds or popeyes chicken have better customer service. Comparing to this jack in the box. Thank you .

Toni Wong in Hawaii I have visited Jack-in-the-Box the last two days this is Wednesday, May 9 and I try to use the coupons for your buttery classics one for two for nine and one today the combo I came home yesterday I ordered a bacon Swiss cheese and there was no lettuce and tomato I called yesterday left a number no one calls me back I went today and use the coupon for the combo again I ordered a bacon Swiss cheese came home but before I came home I asked the teller if all that hamburgers included lettuce and tomatoes because mine didn't have yesterday and he said yes they all do
