Doing my experience at the store Piggly Wiggly in Andrews South Carolina located at West 15 Ashley Street; I went to the counter to ask for assistance from one at one of the cashiers. She had her back turned to me so I tapped her on the shoulder to ask her for help at the counter she turned around and told me that she should have slapped me because she don't like no one touching her and she repeatedly continue to see how she should have slapped me because I was a stranger and she didn't know me and I thought it was very disrespectful that she would say that to me being a customer just asking for help I didn't touch her in any appropriate way and I didn't say anything disrespectful to her after she said that to me but I continue with my shopping and I informed the manager at the store about what she said to me this incident happened Monday January 9th and I'm very displeased I felt like it was a racial thing the way she said it and she said it was what hatred in her face that she was disgusted with me my phone number is 843-983-1059 and my name is Edward Rouse

The piggly wiggly in Goldsboro NC sucks. The manager is very nice. Mr K. But I'm going to tell yall. Just left there had to take my Mom. I would have never been in there otherwise. The assistant manager has always been Rude Loud And Nasty Hateful Disrespectful!!! And I can name more words. I have had enough of Chris. Yes chris with the bad braids. The men managers in that store can be loud and mean and rude Except for Mr.K the store manager is very Nice. I will try to get someone in cooperate tomorrow I promise you that!!!!!

I went to the Piggly Wiggly in Point Pleasant WV today and I will never return to this or another Piggly Wiggly again. I carry a backpack instead of a purse to hold my medical supplies, instead of walking up to me to ask that I leave it up front at the checkout. The cashier yelled across the store gaining everyone's attention to tell me that backpacks are not allowed. I told my husband to hand me the keys and walked out. As I was leaving another cashier said " Well I guess she was planning on stealing." There are NO signs stating no backpacks at all. If this is how you train employees then you will never receive my patronage and money.

I have been cashing my checks a the Piggly Wiggly store located in Birmingham Al Barney Points for better part of ten years I sadden me to learn they could not cash my check because they no longer do that. I may need to take my service to another company. I know I am only one person but I am a senior citizen and cashing my check there was very convenient. Thank you for listening.

Hi i live in Columbus Georgia there's a piggly wiggly store on south lumpkin road in my city there CASHIERS ARE SO RUDE there unpleasant like before u walk up they have a MEAN look on there face not tge first time this happened to me at this store i dont like going but its convenient if im in that area and it's a grocery store like today is 10 19 21 the cashier was Dyneisher and her demeanor was TERRIBLE its enough we scared to go in a store in these times we should be thankful we alive but to have to deal wit that i dont ever wanna go back in that store if i dont have to like i avoid that store as much as i can because of that please teach ur employees better CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE!! GOD BLESS BE SAFE

Today I went to the piggly wiggly on Stadium Drive in Phenix City, Alabama and one of the cashiers mentioned to the Manager about placing her name on one of the shamrocks and she told him she had paid for it and that she wasn't stealing it and the Manager yells out "That's how those Democrats think" and I responded back to him as a Democrat "I am a Democrat and that is not how I think" totally rude and unacceptable he should be fired for that.

The Pig doesn't enforce a mask policy. I guess they don't mind if they kill their customers from covid-19. Their corporate HQ also has no idea how to resolve customer service problems. They think giving out YOUR number to the local owner fixes the problems when it's the corporate policy that is the problem.

Today is Monday November 9, 2020. I'm make this complaint against the Piggly Wiggly on 13th Street regarding Tomeko Johnson co manager. My visit i had been awarded $5 on my app I went in to use my $5 app put my items on the counter. I was over the 5.00 mark so i had to put something back to equal to the 5.00 I had to put the cookies back and get me a dollar pack of cookies to equal up to $5. Tamiko Johnson the co-manager was call to void the transaction off. And to re ring my items over because my app code wouldn't take the transaction again.. Therefore, Tomeko Johnson ask to see my phone she started pushing buttons on my phone.And when she gave it back to me my app had gone and asking me for my pass word and user name. I asked Tomeka, Why she deleted my app she didnt say a word but told the cashier to void my items again as i stood their trying to pull my app back up. Tomeko, told the cashier to started ringing up the next customer as i stood in front of the person . Tomeko was rude and nasty and didn't try to refill my needs.But were told to leave the store why she on the phone with the police. Yes, I got ? upset just like any other customer would have ..It could've been handle in a better professional way but she wasn't. she not a people person and shouldn't be in the line of duty

I went into Woodlawn location on yesterday . lot of people out shopping for the 4th so store was crowded.talking to my husband, lady in her 20s begin to curse me saying that's my momma .I explained to her I didn't say anything about her mom who was the cashier coming on register 1 not only did her as well as mom threat was to off me over something that was never said I never said anything about her mom her mom told me to leave her register I didn't I called the police as she the cashier kept saying yelling at me manger looked really scared but he never said anything.o yeah the daughter said I called her mom low down .I didn't but is that worth my life . daughter bought food mom only charged for 1thing

Piggly wiggly on Pearson ave in Birmingham Alabama managers are awful espically the store manager Mr rogers he shows discrimination between the males and females and he's very flirtation towards the young teenagers who work there I need to know who I can speak to bout this sisution

Its not about customer service, its about Dylan Parker a meat cutter in Butler Ga. 31006.
He has made several passes and advances to my girlfriend when she's in the store, and nothing is done about it; he makes her feel uncomfortable as she shops from him hitting on her.
I dont know what type of store Yall are running down here but I want him fired ASAP or I will handle it myself publicly.
We shop at the Butler store location alot but if this continues to go on toward my girlfriend, I will file a complant by a lawyer in court and press charges against thus Dylan Parker for sexual herrasment and rude conduct of a employee of your store in Butler, Ga.

I am very frustrated! I have been trying to talk to someone at the piggly wiggly company for days. I have a product that I am trying to find out if it is still good but I can't determine that since there is no best by date on it, only a code, which of course I cannot deciper. This is a simple need but your people cannot be reached. IT IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME NOT WANT TO EVER BY ANOTHER PIGGLY WIGGLY PRODUCT!

Yesterday I attempted unsuccessfully to relate an unfortunate experience I had at your Apalachicola branch. This was quite out of the ordinary from our past experiences over the past nine or ten years visiting St George Island for the three winter months. In past years, the staff, including the meat department have been very pleasant and helpful.
Those past experiences makes my attempt to provide the meat department a heads-up so strake and unexpected. My unpleasant encounter with the meat department management begin last Friday, the 26 of January when I purchased 7.5 pounds of what was labeled as ground chuck. Given the chilly weather we were hosting a weekly potluck dinner party that was to feature meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gray. When I baked the meat loaf I was shocked to discover the outrageous amount of fat that was released in the cooking process. In fact, there was so much fat that it overflowed the baking pan and had to be ladled out so as to avoid a mess in the oven and the potential for an actual fire.
I thought that the meat department should be warned of that they had inadvertently ground too much fat into their ground chuck last Friday. Mistakes happen and those in charge should be kept informed so as to avoid future issues.
When I visited the store last Monday the 29th, I stopped at the meat department to relay my tale of woo. The worker who happened to be there, a tall, pleasant African-American man. Greeted me with a smile and seemed appropriately concerned. As I turned to leave the manager arrived. Unlike his assistant, this guy 'blew me off' in a most disrespectful way. I was speechless. All I wanted to do was to give this fellow a heads-up and in return I got a disdainful glare and an abrupt dismissal.. This was so out of the ordinary, I thought that you should know.
As I mentioned, we send 10 to 12 months each year on St George Island. Your outlet in Apalachicloa is/was our favorite place to shop.

I am a Pastor of a church in wellston Ohio where one your stores are located . I was finished with my shopping and was checking out when one of the cashiers which had a VERY loud voice was complaining and putting down church goers to anyone with in earshot . I politely invited her to come and try it out and to put it politely she was very rude and offensive . Her last name is Kisor and she is a cashier . Myself and my congregation shop there regularly but we can just as easy go to Kroger's . For myself on days she is working I will go elsewhere so I don't have to go through what I did tonight it was very humiliating . Thank you for your time
