By far, this is the worst service support I have ever had, and I have dealt with some pretty bad support. All I needed to do was switch my PBS from DC to my new home in Melbourne. I could not do that online, so I want to Roku, to change account, and then reload. Short story, I ended up in India support, who changed by passport, and did not help at all.

I could not log on to my account, as that password did not work, not did my old one. I tried three times to use the forget password function and nothing. I call the 816 number but they are only taking money issues, what a surprise. How do I get help?

Don't call this number, as they will charge to long distance fees. Rediculous!

Roku screen on my phone won't accept my username and password. It continually resets to the previous screen asking for the same info again.

yes i cannot reach anyone thru roku for help unless i pay a fee that is ridiculous i have a payment coming out on the 29th im trying to see if they will take it out today.i cant believe we cannot talk to a person. not right you want a survey its all bad cant speak to anyone to get resolved

I have tried numerous times to reach a Roku live person but not able to talk to anyone. It seems that Roku does not care about its subscribers. All I want is a new remote as I lost the one I was given when I signed on to it. This is a sham!

Had trouble setting up my new Hisense Roku TV. Now I can't get anyone to help me. I just need a pin Number to add more channels and I should not have to pay for that information. I am very upset with Roku. I can't even find a good working number to call for help.

I Tried To Get A Billing Dispute Corrected And Got No Where Fast.. I Shouldnt Have To Pay To Pay $5.00 To Get This Corrected I Tried The Fubotv 7 Day Free Trial And Cancelled It The Last Day. I cannot access my roku account since I disabled roku. Thought I was subscribing to Acorn., billed by Roku.
Roku is not accepting my email or password and options do not apply through
Roku support

Roku is taking money off my card three times a month after I unsubscribed from Roku. Whoever uses Roku app make sure you're not being over charged I'm taking that ass to court for my money. IDGAF if it a dollar I want my damn money back. Make sure to screenshot your payment like I did

I sent in. a Roku Express+ on March 6, 2020 and it was received by You on March 9, 2020 for replacement. It did not work when I open the box. I had a RA (replacement authorization) on the package. Today is April 13, 2020 and I have not received the replacement.
Your service up to get it replaced was good. But I have waited 4+ weeks and don't have My Roku.

I upgraded to a new Roku box and need to reset my Showtime service. I don't recall my password and don't know if it is a Showtime password or a roku password. After spending 30 minutes trying to reach someone in the phone and trying every manner of options, I gave up. Every option tells you to hang up and go to the website. I tried to resolve my issue on the website previously and went to the next level to call customer service. Apparently, customer service DOES NOT EXIST. I have no choice but to cancel the charge are my credit card and sign up for Showtime through another method -/ NOT ROKU!

What a bunch of CRAP!!! No way to speak with a REAL person. No email link, no chat link!!! Only phone number that actually works is recorded voice. What a "great" company!!

I tried 3 different 1-800 numbers 1 rang 5 minutes with no answer the other 2 gave me a number which I called and waited, waited, waited, etc etc. PATHETIC!

Bought the new Roku Express Plus primarily for the increased speed while watching YouTube. Much faster! However, the video labels font size are too small! I'm not talking about the subtitles or captions, I'm refering to the menus labels that describe the various videos content. There is no way to change the font size in either Roku or Youtube's settings. This must be addressed with the developers to incorporate added features so people can customize their font sizes accordingly.
