I wanted to let you know I have been going to RTP for 40 years .
Your store in Oakley Ca needs to work on their customer service
I was there today at approx 6:30 pm to buy a large pizza and a beer .
I was told I could only get the coupon price if I ordered from the
Website . There were 3 employees sitting on the ground outside
Two employees standing by the ovens One in the bathroom and one said she was off and counting money .
After waiting for 10 min and trying to get the online coupon to work
I asked the guy behind the counter if I can just order here and get the coupon price I explained to him I could not get the online
Coupon because I could net get it to work.
He really didn't care and said no did not offer to help .
I told him I guess I will go to mtn mikes pizza across the street
He didn't care and was very unhelpful.
If this is your coupon policy it. Does not make sense and
Very poor service you lost a sale and a long time customer!!!

Last time in a Roumd Table. Tried to get a beer while waiting but no one old enough to serve beer. Only discovered after many questions as to why not available. First was not available, the after consultation and further questioning they said no one of age was there, and noted soda machine was also broken. When asked for a manager informed no one was at the store. I am surprised this unit is still in business as only one other couple was in restaurant. This is the unit on Ygnacio Valley Road in Concord.

Went into your Portola San Francisco location and the staff were not friendly or helpful in any way. Ordered a small sausage and cheese. Only one choice of crust? Pizza was about the worst I ever had. Barely a step above frozen. Paid $35 for a small pizza and 6 wings. I swear the crust was pre-made and not fresh. Sauce was thick and tasted bad. Definitely not worth the price. Never again.

Quality and customer service have declined to point of Little Caesar's pizza. Why pay $22.99 for $6.99 product. Last time I "try again" in hopes it would be better. Just thought that 2 new Pizza places opening up over last 2 years would drive improvement, my mistake and my last dollar to Round table. Told soon the really great Pizza place in town, Pogo's will start delivery. Finally a light at the end of the tunnel and it's note a late pizza delivery, warm not hot.

name is chuck. have been ordering round table pizza from riverbank ca to my house that is 4.4 miles from their store. Today the answer was no. "they don't deliver over 5 miles." i told them it was 4.4 miles and they have been delivering to my house for years. they got mad hung up and blocked me from calling back.

I ordered 3 orders of wings n boneless and a large pizza the chicken was great the pizza didn't taste right my family said what's wrong with this sauce everyone just ate 1 piece each and some didn't finish the piece. I called the restaurant talked to a Natasha who said she was manager I told her this and said maybe someone should taste the sauce she said nothing wrong I spent $61 I'm a senior citizen on social security and can't eat something I just purchased

Hello, wanted to reach out and say that ever since I can remember, your pizza has been my absolute favorite food. As a child on my bday, my mom would put candles in it instead of a cake. I have been to many locations in the Sacramento area and the memory of how delicious it was is not there. Premium price but the pizza is not, iv had to resort to mountain mike's and that is saying a lot for me. Lacking on toppings and sauce. Hope to see it come back, I miss it.

He Brought The On From 3 Hours Ago, Now Its Again Not About The Pizza Or The 24,00 Its About The Principlas! I Have Been In The Service Business For Over 45 Years And Live In The Community Plus We Have 2 Business Here In The Area And If I Ever Pulled The Tactics You Guys Do We Would Be Out Of Business!! I have been a Round Table patron for many years here in Lakeport, Ca.. The last two attempts at getting a quality pizza have been dismal at best. First delivery was cold and poorly made, second one had no sauce. I was offered a coupon for a replacement but on attempting to use it, I was told it was not listed. I went to the location her in lakeport, showed them the coupon, tore it up and told them to keep their $35 pizza. Poor customer service. Pizza quality has deceased to very poor quality. Thank goodness Stonefire Pizza is now in town with great customer service, excellent pizza and better price. The owner of this Round Table should be aware of his decline in service and product. By the way, the StoneFire pizza was superior by far to the now low quality pizza from Round Table. As a former Pharmacy owner and Registered Nurse, I will recommend StoneFire as the pizza to get to my friends, family and clients. I have never complained, rather letting it pass, but this needs to be addressed. Please do not offer anything to me as I am totally done with pizza poor Round Table.

This is totally ridiculous I went in to pay for a $50 order with $100 bill and they told me they couldn't except my money they had me walk 200 yards around the corner to a different store to get change and when I returned and handed her my money she open the drawer and I could clearly see at least $200 in change in there this is ridiculous I'll never shop here again or purchase any food from you guys again

I have not used Round Table Pizza In over 8 months (Northgate , San Rafael), due to their late and wrong orders. I just today decided to give you another chance because I received a coupon in the mail. I decided to pay cash. I was outside when the driver pulled up. He told me it was $40.98, with no tip. Seemed higher than what I was quoted. I only had two $20''s and a $10 . So I gave him $50. When I went inside and the bill was only $35 ( and there' was a tip. So driver got almost a 50% tip, and gave me the wrong wings. I called the store , they disconnected me twice, then I was put on hold for over five minutes. I hung up. I'm done with you guys. I use to be a very good customer. I will never order from you again.

I stopped at store in Lakeport, Ca today. Ordered a family salad with NO tomatoes and NO croutons. I got home and salad was brimming with tomatoes and croutons. I can die from gluten! I called and complained, nothing offered but to send me a coupon.

I am 69 years old, just worked 7 hours, its COVID 19, and that is all they offered. I think they should have offered to delivery me a CORRECT salad!

I am extremely displeased!

I paid 92.00 dollars for 2 pizzas, 1 large and 1 medium,and an order of wings. Both pizzas were terrible, tasteless, wings were decent.I will never order from the Round Table located in Vallejo on Admiral Callahan, for 92.00, I am very disappointed with the quality of these products

I am a Round Table Royal Rewards member. Saturday, Feb 25th, I wanted to use your LEAP25 offer. I needed to order an extra large....half King Arthur Supreme and half chicken, sausage and olive. To my surprise the web site didnt seem to allow this. I called my local store on NW 185th in Hillsboro, oregon and was told that I could .....use the "create your own". I tried again and couldnt get it to work. Called the store again and a different person confirmed that this couldnt be done on line and that he couldnt take my LEAP25 order over the phone!
It seems that this would be an easy issue to fix....or at least store manager's to fill a customer order.

We placed an online order on dec 25th 2019 at 8:30pm and it said our delivery would be at 9:42 pm . Our food never came and I got charged on my card for it. On the website it did not say it was closed. I need my money back and it would be a good idea to fix the online order to when it's closed and not allowing to order instead of charging the card and getting nothing delivered . I don't even know where to call to resolve this

Arrived for the lunch buffet a pizza available had meat. Asked if there would be a vegetarian or cheese only pizza coming out was told yes after meat lovers. After waiting 30-45mins no alternate pizza no updates. When I enquired about alternate pizza was told they would not make due to low demand. I was not updated or advised paid $21 for salad and drinks only.
Poor service and lack of courtesy.

Round Table Pizza in Hercules Ca. Terrible service.
We were 10 people that decided to go eat pizza after going to church.They took our order wrong we said dine in she she put to go...we waited for more then 30 minutes...no one came to see or ask how everything was.. why we were just there without food in the table , until we decided to get up and ask...
Since order was taken wrong .pizza was already cold, the twisters without cheese, more like garlic bread....and when I went for plates THE MANEGER!!stated YOU ALREADY HAVE PLATES!! maybe she thought I would have fun playing with them.
Terrible , I wont set foot in that round table, they should just close, we were the only customers there and they got everything wrong.

I picked up a pizza and drove 20 minutes home. I opened the box and realized they had forgotten my pepperoni on half the pizza.
I could have avoided this mistake if they had ever shown me my pizza.when I tried to call back I was put on hold and after several minutes was hung up on.

Regarding Round Table in Bend, Oregon. Horrible! Staff forgets to start orders, therefore loooooong waits. Very over-priced for what you get. When it was owned by indepndent owners, we went every week. Once corporate, gone down hill. We will not go back. I hope this Round Table goes out if business!!!!

Hello, on 11/14/19 I called round table at about located on Grand Avenue in Oakland Ca. at around 3:15pm. Jasmine answered but wasn't polite, she actually seemed annoyed that I even called. When I asked her to repeat what she was saying(she wasn't speaking very clearly and was speaking very quickly) she gave me a sigh of impatience. We order from round table quite a lot and it would be nice to have a pleasant person on the other end that appreciates and enjoys helping customers with their delivery orders, even if they have to fake it. Her unpleasant attitude prompted me to cancel my order and get Japanese food instead.

I contacted round table 8/09/19. Manager and associated hung up on me 3x. Very rude and condescending. I experienced horrible 2 lunch plates I'm requesting a full refund.

All I wanted was a salad on my way home after work. But the girl at the counter refused to go get any prongs for the lettuce because they had started cleaning up the salad bar. EVERYTHING was still out and ALL the other bins had utensils,but I was told by her that I couldn't have a salad,at 830P because there was no "utensil" and she wasn't about to go get one.
