I don't understand how I'm supposed to get an haircut when I expect to use my gift card and none of te franchises in San Francisco are set up to accept the gift cards. I visited a Supercuts on West Portal in San Francisco and had to spend outa pocket because my gift card was not accepted?

All i wanted to do was ask customer service a question. But all that kept being repeated was instruction, if someone wanted to leave a comment. But thats all I needed repeated to me for me to know there is No Customer Service. Shame on the companies who like yours, pretend to have it. I won't be doing business with companies that don't have Customer Service.

Last evening I had a miserable experience at one of the salons in Roanoke. Virginia. Stylist look like she was miserable. I said I wanted a trim. She never asked if I wanted wash etc. Just put me in the chair. Didn't wet my hair. Just dry cut my length. Didn't touch any other part of my hair. I was in the chair about 5 minutes. I will never be back. If the employees look like they're miserable, perhaps they should get a different profession.

What is the point of scheduling an online appointment at the Litchfield Rd & Waddell location if the employees, specifically Lisa doesn't honor your time? I booked an appointment for 6:30, when I was checked in it was 6:35 and Lisa told me there were 2 or 3 ahead of me.

North Reading Supercuts manager is a horrible boss treats clients and employees like crap will never go back to them again. Rude lazy and unprofessional...

Went to shop 3x on Saturday. 2nd visit I scheduled an appointment for 3:30. Went back at 3:30 was informed there was 4 people ahead of me and it would be 10-15 minutes. (Only 3 stylists working) I asked if my appointment and 3rd visit to the shop meant nothing? Was informed she didn't know why the appointment was made to begin with (?). I asked how long I'd need to wait for this appointment time and was told 10-15 minutes max. Long story short, I was called back to the chair 45 minutes later. My cut was done by the mgr. who didn't spray the hair. Cut it dry in about 8 minutes. My "appointment" was for a brow wax as well, that was less than 3 minutes. Total time in chair and paying less than 15 minutes after waiting 45 for my appointment. My hair is a mess and not anywhere close to the photo I provided. Ironically it's amazingly the same look as the other 3 ladies in front of me. None of which were happy with their results.
The manager spent more time photographing a highlights clients hair results than she spent on any of her next 3 cuts.
Sign in shop and out front offered warm towels with cuts. Not one client received anything ... we were ushered in / out no small talk no consultation on what we wanted ... overall a wasted day with extra mileage for a horrible cut from an overworked stylist with a could care less attitude. My third cut at Supercuts with 2x unsatisfactory results. I'm done with the chain ... now I get to wait a few months for this mess to grow out. Thanks for the extra mileage, wasted day, broken appointments, inattentive service and un performed promos. Just how I wanted to spend my only day if the week off.

To Whom it may Concern:

I am writing to you to share my experience at your Sparta location on January 28th. I have been a customer at Supercuts in Sparta since they opened. I go to the salon every two months and up until last week I have always been pleased with the service I received. On January 28th, I went to Supercuts for my usual appointment: wash, color, and cut. After my hair was washed, I needed to use the restroom. Mckenzie, the manager, who has also styled my hair for years, told me I could not use the restroom. I explained that I am a frequent customer, and that I am 78 years old and that when I need to go, I need to go. She once again denied my request. She was rude and not compassionate at all. At no point was I told that I would be unable to use a restroom. When I called to make my appointment, this was not mentioned, when I entered the salon, nobody communicated this to me. There were no signs anywhere notifying me of this. Had I known this, I would never have made the appointment. I ended up leaving the salon with wet hair in 10 DEGREE weather because I needed to use a restroom and could not wait until my hair was done and was being denied the right to use the bathroom on the premises. I am incredibly disappointed and shocked at the way I was treated. To allow a senior citizen who has been a regular customer for years (one who always tips generously as well) to be treated this way is terrible business practice. I am writing to make you aware of this incident and because I want to know if this is a new policy or if this is just this store. When I go to a supermarket or restuarant, there is always a restroom available for customers. I am astounded at the way I was treated. I would appreciate a response to this email. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Anna Gonzalez Sanguinetty

I went to Camarillo location and waited a friend of the hairstylist showed up and she took him before me. In Spanish she said come on friend he can wait. I as a twenty year customer resent that. About 1:30 Wednesday. My Spanish is excellent and she didn't know that

The absolute worst haircut and service. I went to Supercuts 10/6/2020 in Stowe pa. My hair is uneven, my bangs actually look like a child cut them and instead of washing my hair the "stylist " used spray bottle. Yet I was charged for wash and cut. She also waxed my eyebrows and literally ended up going to another place same day because she didn't remove any hairs let alone not shape them. I spent $52 and I should have just thrown money out. I will let others know how terrible my experience was. I should be reimbursed. I couldn't see the actual damage to my hair till I washed it myself and looked in mirror to the uneven and unbalanced "style " I received

Had a very unprofessional young girl working at the East Haven, Ct Supercuts wish our President death after hearing he is now positive for Covid....my family and I will no longer patronize any Supercuts in the State....you know anyone is Entitled to their beliefs politically but that statement was downright evil, and I won't let that mindset contaminate me.

My wife and I were horribly treated by Hanna at the Bee Cave location. She had a terrible attitude and appeared to be angry when we arrived for our appointment. She did a terrible job on our hair and did not appear to be following Covid-19 safe precautions when she used unclean and unsanitized clippers And abraded my neck. I notified Supercuts a week ago but never received a reply.

Had been trying to reach the manager of the Guilford Ct store for over a month. Left 3 messages, asking to have our call returned. We were looking for information to purchase 50 to 75 gift cards for a local Back to School program. Our 4th call yesterday, was returned by the manager to find out that we can only purchase 5 cards because the store has no more than 5 cards. But we could order on line. tried ordering on-line to find we can only order 5 at a time. Since we are distributing next week, this request is impossible to fill. Had anyone helped us over a month ago when we first called, the Guilford, CT Super Customer would have had an uptick in business. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.

It appears my earlier post got deleted. Supercuts (Hilo, Hawaii) is charging a Sanitation Surcharge fee of $3.95 in addition to Haircut & Tax. Don't be suprised if you get charged that fee also. So not right that the customer has to take on the burden!.. No advance knowledge of FEE until they ring you up and you see it on the receipt. Please advise cooperate as if you are aware of this.

I went to Supercuts in Boca Raton on Federal Highway this past Saturday 12/21/19 hoping to get a trim. I walked in and was greeted, sat down in the chair and the woman proceeded to bring a wooden ruler to my hair and said how much do you want me to take off. I appreciate accuracy but this was ridiculous, besides the fact that i have super curly hair I am 54 and never in my life...... The phone as ringing off the hook and I said "if you need to get that?" she said no its just a scam. hmmmm??? tension building. I said isn't there anyone else here to help you she said they are out back smoking and talking. I mean really SUPERCUTS get your S%$T together. I ripped my smock off and said I felt extremely uncomfortable and left. Probably never to return not even for product when Hair Cuttery accross the street sells the same stuff.. This was a reflection of your higher ups and hiring Standards -You obviously have zero professional standards. Sad because you used to be okay , now you're just horrible. I wouldn't be surprised if you're bankrupt in 1 year or less. Disgraceful Corporate Standards.

Hi, I am flabbergasted by the level of service I received today at approximately 1:20 PM from the Supercuts located at 1170 N Preston Rd #140, Prosper, TX 75078. There were quite a few customers waiting when I entered, and I attempted to register with their front counter system, which was insistent I provide personal contact details such as first and last name, phone number and email address. I did not want to provide this information and when stylist Cameron, who just finished with a customer approached the register, I explained I didn't want to enter my personal details into the system and she had cut my hair in the past with no issues. I also asked if she could let me know where I would be in line and I would gladly wait. She was insistent with a condescending look and raised voice that if I didn't provide my details she would not get credit for cutting my hair. I decided "okay" no haircut then.

As I was leaving, I turned around and heard her speaking with the store manager, who was attending to a customer behind a wall, going on and on about how she will not service me if I don't provide my details, and loudly where everyone can hear, to include me as I was at the front door, which is approximately 30 feet away. I then walked back inside asking that I be able to speak with the manager whose name I didn't get, and she approached me near where Cameron's booth is and without saying hello, or anything courteous, rather telling me without my details, no service and she too was loud so everyone can hear. I then commented my business is just that and I wanted to work this out quietly and privately, which they did not. I then commented I was not trying to be an "ass" because I didn't want to provide my full name, phone number and email address, and had been serviced by Cameron several times in the past with no issues. Even serviced by another stylist as of two months ago whose name I do not recall, and again, no issues. At this point, Cameron with broom in tow, stated loudly for all to hear, "you are making me uncomfortable" while walking to the front door, telling me, "there's the door, you need to leave". She then repeated this again in front of everyone demanding I leave, while the manager said nothing.

I served in the US Air Force, defending our great country and regardless, did not deserve to be belittled and disrespected, when all I wanted was a haircut. Both the manager and Cameron embarrassed and humiliated me in front of 8-9 customers? Both should not be allowed to work at this establishment, as both severely lack interpersonal customer service and leadership skills. The franchise owner of this establishment should be embarrassed for having employees who feel it is okay to mistreat a customer, especially when 4 of the 8-9 customers are children.

I implore all veterans to steer clear of this Supercuts location.

Hi, I was watching a new commercial campaign about Supercuts. I am glad to see that alopecia is a source of humor. I did not ask to be given this genetic defect. What is next make fun of the blind, deaf,or cystic fibrosis patients. Those conditions are also genetic. I receive enough harassment from strangers almost daily at work. As a physician, I am flabbergasted to now see that the corporate world plays on this genetic condition. I did nothing wrong. I served in the US Navy defending this country. I have saved countless lives as an emergency physician. I have married and raised two beautiful daughters. All while having no hair. Corporate greed knows no bounds. Thank you for making fun of both men and women that have no control of a medical condition. I have had alcoholic heroin addicts make fun of me for my lack of hair. Now when I watch television I get to experience the same ridicule. Thank you

Your stylist did what she wanted to my sons hair not what was asked to do , she took it upon herself to do what she wanted and did not even apologize, I know his hair will grow back this is ridiculous and rude .
