No official email to contact, you have to use a form on their website and hope to god that it went through. I have yet to receive any notification that they got my email after 2 days. Continuous waiting on the phone for a customer service rep with no answer. Does anyone even work at this company??? Just need some answers and guidance after purchasing $250+ equipment for my car. I received support back in 2018 and it was fine and they fixed it within 10 minutes! Very helpful. I truly wonder if they have since laid off all their customer service. Wish I could be this TERRIBLE at my job and still get paid.... MUST BE NICE

I waited 1 hour for 2 different days.
Then I read some reviews and other people are having the same problems.
Dont sell the product if you can't provide decent customer service and support.

Do you're self a favor.Dont go off name or price.Do you're research first.Lost 4 grand in equipment not able to speak to anyone.It was installed 2 months ago SMH

This company is ridiculous. Nobody ever answers the phone. We pay for a service and then when there is a problem, there is nobody to speak with. I sent an email and I got a response that they would respond within 3-5 days. What a joke. Who can wait that many days when there is a problem. Maybe the company will have to pay if anything has happened to my son and I can't locate his car. I have received over 30 notification in 10 minutes about the car. It is the same notification over and over and over but I CANNOT locate the car. This is ridiculous. There should be 24 hour support service. I better get a call or email ASAP or I will report this company to the better business bureau. RIDICULOUS
