The manager Mr Finn is a very rude manger and talks to his co workers very disrespectful I was eating there and Finn calling his co workers slow is very wrong and disrespectful I would like that manger removed asap 38th Street 8th avenue New York NY I cant eat in a place with rude workers please remove him and he talk perverted words to his employees

Lexington & University St Paul MN location Hours are drastically reduced already. This location stops serving 21 burgers at 8 pm because too much work & cleanup ??? Is this a real policy ?? thank you

Friday night 8/26/2022 around 8:20pm I went to my usual & regular location 2165 Shelby St. Indy city 46203 I used to come daily in the afternoon parking my School bus across the lot & became very acquainted with the Store Manager Norm. On this Friday night, I went to the door to go in, it was locked and was told it was closed & I have to go thru drive thru. I saw 2 white ladies in shorts with a little girl , I motioned pointing at the 2 ladies with the little girl in the store at the order desk, I asked why are they in there then. I was told they work there {WOW} both had shorts on got food & sat down at a table with the little girl to eat, THEY HAD NO UNIFORM TOPS ON, BOTH IN SHORTS WITH A LITTLE GIRL, SO I LEFT AND WENT TO BURGER KING, THE DOORS WAS STILL OPEN THERE, {THIS MESS DID NOT FEEL RIGHT AT ALL} I AM LETTING CORPORATE KNOW ABOUT THIS AND THE STORE MANAGER NORM: I AM VERY UN- HAPPY ABOUT HOW THIS HAPPENED AND LOOKED!

There has been an ongoing problem leaving the restaurant. There are low branches when trying to exit the driveway. It is a very busy area with a Walmart and Lowes using the exit. Cannot see and someone might get hit. I spoke with an employee at the restaurant and he would notify the landscapers.
This was at 3832 E. Grand River Ave. Howell, Mi 48843. Just wanted to see if you could follow up on this issue.

On 11/18 at 810 pm I drove about 30 minutes to eat at your store on Rte 59 in Joliet IL
Only to be told " we are currently restocking"
It was a hand written note on the drive up speaker. And then someone came on and stated the same thing
Pretty poor cs, someone should talk to that manager

my castle in southgate mi had no idea of crave nation how to scan barcode said he could NOT and where did i get and no loyality program it was in the app on my phone i handed to him he let to ask about and no one with knowledge had none

Absolutely no customer service. Rude from first encounter via drive thru. Like i was an interruption of their day. Too much to write please someone call m. We the customer is the reason they hve a job

Be advised I was at white castle store #100022 where I received lacks daisies service food order was wrong manager just trying to get rid of me my order #234336560 {TM#656} you know your business has been around for years since I was a child but your staff today is not good customer service to many young people that act reckless with customer orders something needs to be done after I had to come back with my food such a mess.

I was at the White Castle in Corydon IN. At 12;55pm I ordered 5 hanburgers and a med big red. The total was $6 and change. I paid with a $20 (I nelieve) and waited a little bit. Got my food and left, when I got home to eat I went to put my change in my wallet. I only received change for a $10. I wasn't offered a receipt so I had nothing to chevk it against. I am hoping you can check there camera. It was about 12:55 PM, I'm wearing a darker gray jacket, dark hat with a U.S. Flag on the front.

Had some of the worst service I have ever had at the Wentzville, Mo store on 12/12 2020. Very rude, had I not been so hungry we would have chose elsewhere. I grew up in St. Louis area, have been going to White Castle since the were .15 cents. Were not the only ones treated terrible. Anyone in there at the time was also.
Staff is also arguing among themself. Very unprofessional.

Went to the one on 147th Cicero..ordered just coffee black put 2 creme in didn't change color BITTER..Tried today this time 4 creme again black as could be NO TASTE SAD LOVE the COFFEE BUT 2 TIMES IN A ROW NEVER AGAIN..can't even make COFFEE

Just went to the store in Richfield located on Lyndale Ave, and not one single employee inside the store was wearing a mask. Handling our food with no mask, and at the window with no mask. It's the 4th of December and almost every single hospital bed in Minnesota is taken up and people in the food business are not taking this seriously. This is a time when covid is SURGING in our state, and I cannot believe that every single worker was disobeying the protocol. I will be leaving a comment everyday and making phone calls to coprate and other business management in the area until its resolved. Thank you.

I visited the White Castle located at 10303 Pendelton Pike, Indianapolis Indiana in Marion County. We have a mask order here. The person at the window had no mask, and another employee inside was wearing one improperly. That puts me at risk. I won't be back. I do not much care what your policy is. Even if there is a compliance policy, your people do not follow it. You are currently unprotected from lawsuits from Covid. You can bet that if I get sick between now and July 30, 2020 I will consider suing you.
When I tried to chat with a representative it sent me to a computer consultant. Are you kidding me?

We are faithful customers at the white castle in in Louisville ky in fern creek. The last two times we have been in dining room it has been filthy floor tables trash soda machine.we will not be returning no time soon.Spoke with manager on day shift heavy set guy wild hair no hair net he was like okay. This white castle has gone down alot.Homeless people outside with bikes.Hope to see a turn around soon.If not you will be losing lots of business.when employees not busy standing around instead of cleaning.

I feel like I also need to add that the review did not come from a disgruntled customer that didn't get her order refilled at all.. it came from the pure shock of the dining room being as nasty and unclean and unsanitary as it was that White Castles there in Norwood Ohio was my first job at the age of 15 and that was 30 plus years ago we took great pride in taking care of that store Janet was my manager and I forget the last names and a lady by the name of Lulu was the district manager at the time.. and it upsets me to think that you don't that you must not have someone that goes around and checks the stores on how they look because white castles used to take great pride in that and I got to say someone hasn't visited the Norwood one and a very long time because there's no way that a manager on duty plus three other employees would actually be comfortable with that dining room looking like it was and just the fountain dispenser alone could be a very bad safety hazard.. I really do hope that you take these comments very seriously and take pride in that location because it's one of the oldest that I remember being around.. have one of the top employers or managers come in and actually surprised them and look at the place do it one day say something wait another four days then show back up and after that wait another 2 weeks I can guarantee it will be the same every time.. and by the way I threw my order in the garbage can as soon as I walked out the door there was no way I was going to eat something that came from a restaurant with a dining room looking like it did.. and yes I know that you can actually look and see them cooking back there but what kind of shocked me is the floor was clean back there but I didn't want to look too close because I was scared of what I might have seen because if they don't take pride in their dining room and makes you wonder what they actually work with back there if they actually clean the grills.. again threw food away knowing that there was no way I was going to take that chance of getting sick

Was just at the White Castles in Norwood Ohio and I could not believe how nasty and unsanitary everything was in that dining room I always have went through the drive-thru but I had an order that was wrong a few weeks ago and they told me I would have no problem replacing it so instead of going through the drive-through which there was no cars at at the time I decided to go on in.. I had forgotten my receipt which is my fault but I explained the situation and of course they did not replace my meals so I bought another one but while standing there and looking around that dining room all the stuff on the floor the tables were a mess sticky there.. and their Fountain dispenser looks like it has not been cleaned in months it was cake down with so much stuff and the condiments were all sticking together.. I wish that I had remembered to bring my phone with me so I could take pictures and send them to corporate offices that is disgusting and if I was White Castles I would be really embarrassed of the management they're not looking into that I was the only one in the dining room the only one placing an order no one at the drive-thru but for people employees were there standing around while they could have been cleaning the dining room so I was curious open the door to the back room and that was a horror story all in its own.. if I was with a family member or even now on my own if I would have walked in there with another person with me to buy them a meal I would have turned around and walked out there is no reason at all for something to be that unsanitary for somebody to walk into White Castles is great food grew up on it but I got to say I was shocked by the uncleanliness and the attitude of the employees I will now go out of my way and go to the White Castles off of Ridge Avenue before I ever go through the drive-thru and especially walk into that dining room and I will share this with all of my family that enjoys the White Castles there because if what we can see was as nasty as it was that I can just imagine how they take care of their grills and everything shame on them

I went and spent $33.62 at the Countryside store and was very unhappy. First, when paying took the girl a while to make thr payment. Then when i asked for packets of dusseldorf she had no idea what i wanted. She said they can put some in container.gave me my order but of course they forgot my sauce. Got home and realized they didnt give me ice water i asked for. But the worse was of course the burgers. Very careless in making. Some had pickles some didnt. Some had onions, some didnt. Burgers hanging off the buns. Pickles hanging off the buns. Sad they are not getting mininum wage so they shoukd be putting more effort into their job.

What's the point of order ahead? I ordered online tonight for an 8 pm pickup at the drive through. Got there and there was a car ahead at the speaker waiting. He must have been three minutes before the person took his order. I pulled up and was asked to hold for one minute. 8!... yes 8 minutes later he finally came back and I told him I was there for a pickup and proceeded to second window. There were three vehicles ahead so I waited another few minutes utes and got up to pay. He said just a moment, took my payment and said just a moment. That moment was ten minutes sitting in the drive thru. They obviously didn't have my order ready as others that were inside got there orders and I waited . By time I left the drive they with my food it was 8:28 pm. When we got home to eat ( I had my twin sons with me) half the order was wrong, no pickles on the hamburgers and no sauces for the chicken rings. I spent 32.00 for a cold dinner that wasn't right anyway. This wasn't the first time but it's probably the last. Any other location I go to is excellent service wise but this one sucked. Downers Grove Il, 75th and Lemont Road .

On October 30 I VISITED White Castle at 1300 Broadway in Gary Ind. the manager (andra??) was rude,disrespectful and displayed poor customer service (4:45). When my number was called, my orders were incomplete and she made a smart remark. The restaurant was filthy from the service area to the cooking area. An investigation needs made and all employees need to be re-educated about how to maintain success and employment in food service.

Well I'm Picciani Stringfellow and I been a customer for many many years and one thing is to me very wrong ,,,,,the restaurant sandwiches has always had toasted buns beautiful,,,, also I have received at grocery stores not toasted,,, the sandwiches taste different so I ask is its a restaurant that I ate in the year 1979 it was fantastic so please allow back to what made the ,,, White Castle burger not like grocery store then company will loose revenues,,,thank you a good customer

I am now finished being a WC customer. The countless times I have left the drive through for just not taking my order. Today I sat and waited again. Finally got to order only to get to the window and told my coupon expired last week. Sorry but if it were me i would have pointed that out and still honored it. But no. I left WC again.

We returned after many years of living
In florida and were anxiously wanting to taste wc again. They were very dried out early afternoon sept 2 at wildcat dr. They were shy on onions and (been sittin too long)
.whoa.dissappointed...price inflated. On the pleasant side they sang happy birthday ..it was his 80th!!

I just dined at your restaurant located in Burlington Ky. They had an emergency and closed the dining room shortly after we arrived. One employee was extremely rude. Unfortunately I did not get her name. She had on tight jeans red hair on top of her head. She was extremely rude. So much so that I will never stops in this restaurant again. Not will I recommend. The additional 3 employees working were kind and courteous even though the situation was difficult. I did not receive a receipt. Most unfortunate that one employee can totally ruin the reputation of the business.my husband asked for a refill on our drinks and she said we have no water no refills available. He said ok and left the cups on the counter mainly because the floor was flooded with water and he did not want to fall. She rudely said no problem sir I will throw the cups away for you. I am here to serve you. This is unacceptable behavior.

Went to your cahokia store 2 times this week and waited in drive through 20 minutes got to window
Another 5 minutes wait.be awhile before I return.dont really understand even mc donalds r faster and they r a lot busier
