On the 23rd, yesterday, I visited your store in Bloomingdale on army trail road. I lady in her twenties was there with her dog. She had a clicker. She was training her dog in your store. It was very irritating. The female clerk told me this is a pet friendly store. Fine. But the dog lady wasn't shopping. I was. The other customers were. We were supporting your store. I couldn't take itanymore. I approached the evening manager and expressed my concerns. He was polite. He said that this was a regular customer. I said fine. I get it. The need to bring your pet everywhere with you. But , i told him that this is not a dog training facility. She should take her dog to a facility to train it. She was being very disrupting. I also told him that I wasn't done shopping, but I will pay for the items I had and you will loose a bigger sale. He did not ask the woman to stop the training. I love dogs, and have had dogs all my life, but I would have never brought a dog into a bookstore to train it. Please look into this matter. I love your store, but if this continues, I won't shop there.
