Good afternoon I've been trying to log into my draf king account for two days. It's said that I'm locked out I don't understand why I'm locked out. I tried to put my email account in and it says wrong one. So then when I try to reset everything I say I forget my password and then when I put my email in it Rejected it

These guys are rip offs. I have been betting since day one. Well last week I found out my debit card was compromised by a person in NE, interesting yes.
So I called my bank, and they closed that card and issued a new card.
When I received the new card, I went into deposits and added a card. Well it kept dealing saying my bank didn't allow it because it was a business account.
I contacted draft king customer service 15 times and have the emails to prove it.
They kept saying my bank would allow it, now mind you this was during betting times on good teams that I have won with often. So, after 15 back and forth I called my bank and they said no restriction on my card. So I recontacted them again, received the first email saying to use there library, then finally someone that knew what they were talking about. He said you have to go into your account at DraftKings.com/account and delete the old card and add the new one. Great it worked, then 2 days later they locked my account because of all the declined debits because there people didn't know how to guid me. So they want a picture of me holding my drivers license clearly showing it's me, I did it, then bank statements with both debit cards on the statement, but can't upload to there account. No help after that. Told them send me a check and close the account, haven't even heard back from them. I'm also going to attorney general and an attorney. By the way they throttle there program at times for there benefit. They are bad stay away, they rip people off, and by the way I have deposited thousands of dollars from there checks into my bank account.

I having ISSUES BETTING. It keeps telling me that my location is not verifiable. I live in MICHIGAN and have NOT LEFT the state. I think my account has been HACKED.So I NEED to change my PASSWORD. I want to continue BETTING with U GUYS but this MISFORTUNE is a REAL BUMMER especially when I'm UNABLE to bet on MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL.Can U PLEASE UNLOCK my account so I can CONTINUE to bet?

Had my account restricted for an error and misunderstanding in DK records. Responded to them immediately with info to them to clear it up. Been a week since this happened- won't respond to emails now and won't refund my money or let me withdraw. Hundreds of dollars involved. Won't answer phones, respond to emails but hold money hostage. Unbelievably poor customer service.

You guys don't answer your phone. You guys took a $100 deposit from me. Your site says it can't determine my location so I'm stuck in the mud and can't place a bet on your site--but you have my $100 deposit and there's no way to talk to a human being at your company. I'm going to the Indiana Attorney General's office to file a fraud report.

I have contacted DraftKings asking them to review scoring for a few games, but they never reply. Their official scoring sometimes differs from third-party sites like www.lineupexperts.com and I don't know why DraftKings never replies.

STOP BETTING ON DRAFTKINGS!!!!!I deposited $100 to the draft kings sports book. I withdrew the the 100 dollars and they sent the funds to old account information . I have reached out via phone number and email . I received one email back letting me know how the funds were dispersed; however when I responded to DK letting them know they sent the money to the wrong place I never received a response. It is impossible to reach anyone via phone as well on that 508 number they provide.
