I placed 300.00 in two orders with Etsy for Christmas mo confirmation not on my Etsy screen. Can't reach cs. The man I did speak to was from another country and wanted access to my phone. I ordered from Etsy to support individual business but you are not helping me at a critical time in my gift giving. If I don't here from you by noon. I will order from Amazon and send gift back to you

What customer service? There is none. You say fill out the contact form and they'll call you back but there is not a button for a contact form. Your answers to the questions don't match so you just pay your money to buy things and then you can't even access them and get no help... I have bought thousands of patterns and I just want to download them and you don't even have a simple download button you have to keep thousands of emails that are receipts for your purchases to be able to download your patterns at a future date what a joke why do you not have a simple button to touch to show all your patterns and be able to download them?? I would think that's pretty basic. And then you don't even have a way to contact people at your company...

Horrid. This website allows their seller to keep your money and you receive the product whenever the seller feels like sending you the product... there is no support from etsy. Shop with amazon instead people or pintrest

I will not purchase anything from Etsy again. It seems that all it takes to be "featured" in Etsy and have people encouraged to buy your products is burn, loot and murder in the country where you live. I don't support that behavior or people that do.

The one thing I have learned in life is that the only true vote you have is your money. Mine will no longer go to Etsy. When Target got political several years ago I stopped giving them my money. When Olive Garden would not let someone have a small American Flag at their table I stopped giving them my money.

Etsy you are not the world's savior. Your a capitalist, moneymaking entity. You should realize that.

I purchased some seeds from seller Petidsrus on 2/7/21 the payment was taken out of my bank account. When I look on Etsy to track my shipment the whole order is missing.

I just wanted to write to you to let you know that I have deleted my account but I wanted to explain why I needed to do this. I support freedom of speech and just freedom in general your company does not hold these same values so I will not support your company. I really loved your site but in good conscience I can not support your company. You like many other businesses has decided to alienate us, Trump supporters, and I will not do business with a company that doesn't hold the American values that I hold deal. Censoring and discontinuing selling Trump items sealed it for me. Good luck, I pray more will take a stand against this type of behavior.

Please respond! My credit card was stolen, a fake account was created in my name and I can't get ahold of anyone! I have canceled my credit card. I do t even have an Etsy account, this is so frustrating!

Reverb is nothing but a fee collection agency. Selling fee, Payment processing fee, Tax. They eat up far more than they claim and way more that just the newly updated 5% You are thieves and I want my money back. I do not want Reverb bucks or a credit to use to pay my next fee (Did you hear that? credit for the next fee!) I want my cash money back!!!!! It was your messup and I hope that a class action suite is brought against you!

I am in need of speaking with someone from Etsy. I have made a large purchase from a vendor and currently have a claim in process do to the items not described accurately. I do not understand why as such a large company, do you not have customer service?
This is unbelievable. If I had known that I would have no recourse for any challenge with making a purchase, I would have never purchased with Etsy. In the future, I will not purchase from Etsy at all.

I need to speak with someone from the company. I have searched for a contact number for two days know with no success. My number is 225 266 9442. I am in desperate need of a call!!

You are impossible I am sadden your contact is horrible there seems 2 b no accountability I order the Black Lives matter face mask w/ raised fist I paid for it with my credit card the vendor sent me two plain black face mask this process has been disguising I find you and your third parties dishonest and represent the worst of free trade I want to put you on blast with the Federal Trade commission and on all the social media platforms i can find thanks for the rip off now i know who you are a crook

I have sever purchases I can not download due to saying pending payment. PayPal showed all items are paid in full. The sellers don't know what is going on and to me to contact customer service. What do I need to do to get my items or a refund? Thank you

What is the Warranty... why don't you have a phone number ... why is the website so hard to navigate.
Is the item in my basket available with a cert for the diamond, how many ct is the total weight of the diamond? There is no chat line ...why.
How can I be a buyer without talking to someone?
It is the best price. how can I return the dang thing if it's not right?

What customer service? Never have I dealt with such a company who doesn't give a XXXX about its customers and clients. It's all your problem when they lose your money into a black hole!

I'll never do business with your company, I am trying to make a purchase "Mamajuana" but the pricing is confusing. I called the only number available and I get a tape recording to use email to send an inquiry,a pox on your company. I needed help now.

Bought a stained glass bumblebee on a flower. Received it today and the antenna on the bee is breaking off. It isn't offf yet but I would not be able to hang it and pack it up to move without them coming off of the be and not sure why it has 3 antennas. I tried contact Glass of Distinction but am not succeeding

Hello Corporate Etsy. I'm letting you know that not listing the seller's transaction fee on our statement is a big problem! We see your percentage, label, and relisting fees, but not the transaction fee. This makes account balancing a nightmare and it makes Etsy look sneaky. We need to see ALL transactions not just what you want to show us. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US SELLERS!!! Just ask your customer service how many calls they receive for just this issue!!

I am beyond frustrated w/ Lily at special green whom I placed an offer the beginning Of July. Have been promised twice of specific dates I'm suppose. To receive items. With no communication or customer service stating that they are unable to fill their obligations I've had to follow through and it's extremely frustrating and I still have no idea what's going on with this order...
