We ordered on line and received an email that our order was ready to be picked up. When we went to the store they said they didn't have an order for us and it must be a different store. They were so rude and didn't even take the time to look at the receipt which indicated the order was to be picked up at that store, which is the Beverly Hills Ace Hardware in Beverly Hills, FL. My husband went in later and they did have part of the order but not everything. My husband asked for the manager He came and berated my husband for yelling at his staff. It was only 2 tomato cages that they said weren't on the order. The receipt showed that they were. The manager finally gave us our cages, reluctantly. They have always been unfriendly and rude at the store. We will not shop there anymore. I had given a positive review on line thinking all we had to do was pick up the order. I need to retract that

They sell gift cards that say you can use them online. You can't. And when you call, you'll get transferred 3 or 4 times as they figure it out and finally someone will tell you "sorry they took that feature away". Then why do your gift cards still say it?!?! Ridiculous.

My Wife and I just had a very poor experience at the ACE on Marion Ave, Punta Gorda. The sales person was extremely rude and annoyed that we came into the shop 10 minutes before closing, he made several uncalled for comments that we were on his time and who would come in at this time! I had no idea of the closing time, but this individual does not need to be representing your brand.

Hello I'm a frequently customer to one of your locations. Today is the first time that I was followed throughout the store and also after I was asked by Brian did I need any assistance he continued to stand there with me and asked me several more times was I sure and I stated that I was very sure! He then watched me as I was checking to see how heavy they was for me and again here comes Brian asking me are you sure you don't need any help and I then stated again I'm very sure I checked out and proceeded to my car where I watched from my car to see how or would he do the same thing to the customers that and he didn't I have never in 36 years has been followed or have I ever had experience with anyone nor have I ever been so uncomfortable to even use the things thought I bought due to I feel as I was being followed and watched like I'm stealing anything my company and myself will no longer do any business with this location anymore we will continue to shop with Ace hardware just not lavista Rd location I honestly got to the job site and couldn't work due to how Brian made me feel like I'm some type of criminal also as I brought the items back he looked at the push broom with this unprofessional look on his face and asked me did I have my receipt which I didn't the nice young lady had it and as she was looking for the receipt I stated to Brian that I didn't use it and replied yes you did and I took a step back and I stated look at my clothes it too impossible for me to be covered from head to feet in dust. 3900 lavista rd Tucker Ga 30084 I just don't feel comfortable to even go back into this location nor to have any of my co workers or employees to go here

Store 34 is a joke! I walked in and it seemed like high school. The poor managers were playing cat and mouse with the kids as they were quiet literally hiding as to not work. No one wanted to help us. Then all the questions. Do you have a card, want one, donate? It's awful. I feel sorry for the people who are trying to do their job right.

You don't want to buy anything at the Ace Hardware in seffner florida. Today Oct 31/2019 i went to go pickup an order i placed online. I realized now it was the wrong item and i made that mistake.so i wanted a refund of $4.30 and i thought the refund can be used for 2 items that i really wanted. The heavyset black young woman at the counter said i could not do that so i had to go all the way home to get a credit card to buy 2 items that cost .59 cents. Before i went back home the same cashier got the manager tom to help me. I didn't need any help i could find what i needed myself. The manager treated me like i am stupid and very dumb. He kept saying that i don't know what i want. He was rushing me to pick up my 2 items he never gave me enough time to really look at what was on the shelf.In my opinion the corporation should get rid of tom. He doesn't know how to treat a customer. I even told him that everybody makes mistakes. He made such a big deal out of nothing. It will be a long time before i go to that store to buy something.

Ace Hardware at 143 W. Fairbanks Ave Winter in Park Florida is masquerading as it's former self Miller Hardware. Once a 5 star establishment, giving it 5 negatives would not come close to the depths that it has sunk. I shall avoid it for all of my future lives. They don't even stand behind their own products that have the ACE name on them.

Last week, I sent a complaint about false advertising and managerial response at your Yorktown, Virginia store. This complaint was regarding 6 stacks of plastic chairs outside the store with a sign that read, "CHAIRS, YOUR CHOICE, $5.99." I expected some response from the corporate office.I would appreciate someone getting back to me about this situation.

I was very displeased with Jill, the manager at the Ace Hardware in Crown Point. I walked in and asked for a certain employee, to help me with a trimmer, I had purchased, and she rudely told me we do not help anyone in this store, it is not our policy. Not only was she rude but very condescending.

I can assure you I will never patronize the Ace Hardware store ever.

I went to ammon idaho ace hardware on 4-23-19. Rudest customer service wver! One of the girls even rolled her eyes at me. All I know is the cashiers employee number on my receipt is 571.
Terrible aervice will not be back!

I am extremely disappointed in your decision to resume advertising on the Laura Ingraham Program. Her vindictive and unreasoning attitude is creating great conflict in our nation. I will no longer shop at your stores and recommend the same to friends, families and colleagues.

I am a handicapped person and my walker broke on vacation in Lantana Florida. I went to the ace store in Lantana and the owners were the BEST. They took my direction as to how I wanted it fix until I got a new one. They wouldn't let me leave until it was safe and I was satisfied. The owners took good care of me and my wife. This is why I hate Home Depot nobody cares like an owner. The owner needs to be recognized for going the extra mile for me

Ace Hardware in Bismarck, ND, is contributing actively to harming (possibly genocide) Native Americans, US Veterans, and Water Protectors by refusing them service that is necessary for health and safety. They have refused to sell them products like propane for heating and cooking during a winter blizzard. I and millions of other Ace Hardware customers have vowed to never shop there again unless there is an immediate apology and change in their behaviors. This means that all Ace Hardware stores nationwide will suffer major business losses.

I am on Social Security so Every Dollar counts, I trusted Ace and Bought a Power Glide Drill and Sawzall, both have less then an Hour on Them, and They are Both Breaking, When my Deceased Brother-in-law Richard From Las Vegas took over as Second in Command almost 20 years ago, ace "Changed" for The Better, Now I Can see That They are Selling Crap again, I will Never "grace" the Doors of ACE HARDWARE again,Hey Harbor Freight

Emigh Ace Hardware in Sacramento.
Great team of employees!
Sales lady referred me to a water spot remover BIO Clean for hard water spots.
Assured me that it was 40oz of cleaning product, got it home and it was 30oz? The label reads 40oz, this is very deceiving to the consumer, besides this, it was very expensive. I think that the stores need to know this, we are buying one thing and getting a lot less then what is portrayed.

Very very poor customer service..........I made a purchase on line.That was my first mistake. The item never arrived at store. Called customer service and cancelled order and ask for a refund. I was told that it would take 3 to 6 days for them to issue a credit to my account. Checked my account again in 6 days and no refund. Call customer service again, was told that it would take 3 to 6 days for them to issue a refund. I told them that I already waited the required amount. Was told that it had to be sent to corporate to be approved and it would take 3 to 6 days before they could issue a refund. Waited another 6 days and still no refund. Called again in 6 days and still the same old run around. I guess they don't know how to use a computer.Ace let me help you out.................You set down at the computer, you enter my account number into the computer and after you do all that, you hit the ENTER key.Wasn't so tough was it ? I got two purchases for the price of one.................My First and My LAST. Much better service at HOME DEPOT............... Will send copy to BBB

I tried to reach a Customer Service live person to share with them an experience I had at an Ace Hardware store in Ellisville MOhy Ace Hardware is wanting you to believe that they are Community oriented, family run and care about their customers
I was in this store today 3/29/2016 and happened to go to the pet aisle They have a very nice aisle with many pet items and food
As I walked into the aisle right to my immediate left cross merchandised with pet treats I saw a hanging rack full of MICE killer STIc
CKY pads. Well this made me concerned I spoke to an employee who kind of did not care and said he would have to talk to his manager
So I found the Store Manager and showed him my concern He did not understand that this was in very poor taste to merchandise these in the pet aisle since Mice/ Rat poisoning can kill a dog or cat. Well he says to me " a pet would not be exposed to these in the aisle" and that " mice get into pet food all the time so that is why these are there" Well a good pet owner would never purchase these to use when there is a chance that their pet could get into these and sniff and lick the pads Therefore why encourage uneducated owners to buy these?
It is just like putting colorful poison in the candy aisle since kids like candy!!!!
The SM attitude was unreal and he just did not get it! I left what I was going to purchase and will NEVER go to that store again! I will also let my pet friends know how ignorant the Manager is to the safety of animals!

This morning (March 29, 2016), I stopped at the Ace Hardware in West Fargo, ND to buy some grass seed. I had 2-$5.00 Rewards Coupons and was gong to use them to pay for the seed. When I presented the coupons, they said they could not accept them and I must have looked perplexed, because I was. The owner/manager explained to me that the reward cards were for Scheels Hardware in Fargo, ND and could only be used there because that is apparently where I got my rewards card originally. The West Fargo store owner did gove me a $5.00 credit and said that just really comes out of his own pocket.

I use Ace Hardware in Madison, WS, Naples, FL, Fargo, ND, and West Fargo, ND and this is the first time I have known that to use the coupon you have to go the Ace Hardware where you applied for the card.

I really think this is just not right and I should be able to use them wherever there is a Ace Hardware that I should choose to use.

I went into aco in garden city mi on ford road to make a key for my daughters car and change the battery for the key , we were helped by Randy he was awesome!!!!!! The best service I have ever had !!!!!! will definitely go back there and tell everyone

I have been to Ace several times since moving to Crossville and it is a joke. There is a sale starting today on bird food 2 for 11. the store opened at 7 and at 10:45 they are all out. Working retail I understand that things go quickly but I was told 1 woman came in and bought all they had and they are not getting more the sale runs thru Monday. The state I come from they store would be in trouble. This is just another reason we will not be shopping Ace anymore.

There is a saying " Have a bad experience you tell a hundred people. have a good experience you tell one" which one do you think I will do.

My wife and I moved to Milton Delaware about 7 years ago from New Jersey. When we first went to our local Ace we were greeted with "Good Morning What can I help you with" We sais yes we need.... The sales person just said YES that's over here in aisle.. he came with us to aisle..... and showed it to us. " Here it is, do you need bigger smaller black or white. Is there anything else I can help you with?" My wife said YES we also need..... Again the answer was YES, that's over here in aisle......other end of store. He also came with us and showed us the item. As I said wee from Jersey and you just don't get that up there! In Jersey it was some shoe salesman telling us "its over there somewhere" No help at all. We were very much surprised and very pleased. For sure, Ace is OUR place to go first. Mike & Isabel Pizzolato

I live in garden City Kansas and ace hardware has been here for a long time time for its employees to know how to use and make keys you had four employees standing around doing nothing and goofing off the one person that was trying to help me with keys did not know what he was doing he did the keys three times and did not get it right it was a wast of my time I was there 30 min for nothing it was the night of November 14the 2014 about 730 pm Kansas time I left went to Walmart they got my three keys made right the first time took them 5 min thanks Gary Harley your employees need to be ree trand was not good and was not the first time I felt this way I gess they think there they for a pay check and not doing there job
