I was billed to my credit card for both the months of March & April, 2017 (doubled billed) under DRI*AVAST SOFTWARE. in the amount of 39.99 each time. why you try to get £59.99 from my account and you knew very well that i have paid all ready in 26/11/2016 £54.99 and this cover me for two years. i want an answer very quickly and refund for the money you took plus i do not need your product any more plus if you don't do so, I will report you to the fraud office.

My husband ordered the upgrade with AVAST for his computer. Please disregard my dispute for the charges in my bank account. My husband just came home & told me. I apologize for my mistake - he likes AVAST and therefore upgraded it from free to a better protection package.

I was charged $32.72 for a product I NEVER ordered. Can't reach anyone in person at that company. Very disgusting practice by AVAST to avoid any personal contact with people. Still trying to reach someone to reimburse me for something I did not want or need.

You can't talk to a "live" person period. Avast is charging 2 separate credit cards for services that I tried to cancel.

I was charged 49.99 on 16 Jan 17 on my credit card after I had cancelled this service on line on 3 Jan 17 , I even have the cancellation email. I want my money back and to get a credit on my credit card. I would love to be able to speak to someone from Avast that can take care of this issue immediately. I have pasted the wording from the cancellation email below. Awaiting a phone call from AVAST at 1-321-806-3878. Thank you.

We have stopped your Auto-Renewal service like you requested. This means you'll only have Avast Internet Security - 1 PC until January 28, 2017.
If you're happy with Avast but simply want more control over your payments, you can easily renew your subscription manually.

To whom it may concern, Well I have tried to install avast free three time on my desktop,the latest update will not work on windows 7 NOT COMPATABLE.After been with this company for 5 or more years. So now one has to look for something that will work on windows7

Concerned! I have google as my internet provider. Why does Avast keep sending comment of tampering. I can't change that and Don't want to!

My card was charged for $54.11 on Avast Internet Security.

I have written to you and asked to be taken off automatically renewed list.

My credit card was renewed and i did not give you the new expiration date.

how were you able to charge me without my constant. Please credit my account.

Iwish to cancel my order
Have spent hours trying to download it, to no avail.All ids,codes and numbers fail me and procedures are outside my understanding and comprehension.I have been made to feel my age. 5/11/1932

Cancel my request for the 30 day free trial and do not charge my credit card.

Reason=== Trying to load software and then run a scan I feel that I am going in circles.

I would also nice to be able to have the problem explain over the phone.

I have 2 avast accounts. I know the first one Avast Premium scans for any problems. it was 38.48. I don't know what the second one does. they billed my account $74.89. I have tried to cancel but can't get a live person.

Just "automatically" had my subscription renewed -- for 2018! -- via a debit card number I didn't give them. Tried to contact them using their email instructions without a reply. Unable to find a valid customer service number for them.

Last email I sent stated that "I will find them, and I will kill them."

Anyone have any idea where they are physically located? I meant it about the killing thing...

I have asked your company to delete my account. You have failed to do so, I am instructing my bank to block anymore payment to your company. I am also turning the whole matter over to the Atty.Gen. for the state of Massachusetts. After 4 months of you taking payments which I asked you to cancel, in excess of $200.00.
