Been trying for 5 weeks trying to get my cooker hood repaired as it's still under 2 years warranty, Beko customer service is absolutely rubbish as the people that answer the phon do not understand you at all, l was booked in for the repair ........ but as expected no one turned up waited in all day. The 2 phone numbers on their website are not available any more, get your act together and give the customers the service they deserve they have purchased Beko goods........Terrible

Very poor service ordered a LGP conversion kit for BEKO gas oven still waiting 3 weeks and counting. They have not completed forms , not ticked boxes , not ordered . Have to go through call centres- they don't understand the problem and make up things do you have to wait even longer . I will never buy another Beko product again .

I wish to report a poor experience when contacting your customer service in regard to seeking advice about registering my new fridge freezer for a guarantee. Conrad was overtly rude.

I am elderly and did not have the required information (several long numbers)immediately to hand. He sighed and put me on hold in an off hand manner. Also tut tutted at my unusual name. None of this appropriate for an elderly customer.
I would suggest that you have a recorded message for information before the call is answered to tell your customer which numbers that they need to know.
Thank you
Xanthe Petrie

The worst!!!!!
Beware of this brand, pure crap!!!
Spencer's should be ashamed to put this on their floor, but they dont care either.
Nothing but a run around from Spencers and Beko, ice machine hasn't worked since we bought this POS. They replaced it 3x still doesnt work. I just keep buying ice!!!

I bought a double oven from your company on the 10th of Jan 2022.
The oven was brought from Currys
Theydidn't say that do you have a electric box to fit the applance
Now I have pay extra to fit the box by electrician. I have paid £90pounds already not fair consumer standards and customer service twice installers came but
No electricians to do the work.
The box is to regulate the voltage
supply to 240 .

Waiting in all day the for repair. 1st customer advisor did not finalise my engineer booking for today ??. Called again 2nd customer advisor has booked engineer for next week ( at my request ). If I'm not in or something else happens BEKO would charge me but what do I get for waiting in for a non existing engineer appointment - nothing but an apology? Can I charge this company for the inconvenience of the customer service advisor and waiting all day - of course not!!!!!!

We have just moved into a new home. As part of the purchase agreement, the previous owners replaced the oven - this was at the behest of our solicitor.
The oven had not been used by the previous owner, and we moved in shortly afterwards. I'm not sure whether the previous owner registered the product with you.
On first use, the oven was very noisy. I phoned to ask for advice as the product was (is) still under warranty.
I was told that the warranty doesn't cover us as new owners, so they can help.
This is madness! Surely, a product purchased as part of a solicitor's negotiations for sale should remain under warranty.
For most products, the warranty moves with the product rather than stays with the previous owner.
So we are now going to have to pay for a service or purchase a new product. What was the point of us getting this new oven into the negotiations?
I would really appreciate it if you would reconsider this policy.
