Had a banker appointment for 11:00 this morning. Sat around for 45 minutes and banker never called. Wanted to open a new mortgage on a new home, but thinking of going elsewhere. No call, no text, no email. No thing. Just never called for appt.

Been a Chase customer for over 40 years. Thinking of going elsewhere. Very disappointed. Understand that these are rough times, but in this electronic age, no excuse for not communicating. Text, email, phone, anything!!

This phone number does not contact chase! It is a company trying to sell you a 100 dollar gift card for $1.95 if you give them your credit card info. BE CAREFUL CHASE DOES NOT DO THIS!

Card company signed my husband up for payment protection which he never approved. This program cost a percentage of the total monthly balance/bill. At times the amount would be over $200 for one month. We complained and informed them that we did not sign up nor want this program and they continued to make the monthly charge and never reimbursed us. And of course if the card was canceled we were informed we would NEVER be allowed to recover the losses if found what we said to be true. Catch 22. Funny the program ended and now you must choose to opt in to it. Does this mean that they opted us in automatically before? Nobody should be allowed to auto opt me in anything.

I have been trying to resolve a problem with Chase for years. I contacted them to pay off over $15,000 and at the same time close my account out. Chase Customer Service Representative reviewed my account gave me a payoff balance and I paid it. However, months later I received another bill from them charging me late fees and service fees due to the account still being open. This was the start of a long battle with them to remove these charges. They have promised me several times they would do so. I have contacted them on a number of occasions and the communication was very poor each time. Each contact made to them constituted me speaking with someone from a foreign country that spoke broken English and became increasingly ruder. Whenever I would ask to speak to their managers they would pass the call to everyone except for Management. I now have a debt for $397, with started off being incorrect service fees of $15 or $20 compounded with late fees. I feel the Chase has been intentionally not owning up to their responsibility and falsely reporting debt that is not owed. I have been trying to get this removed from my reports and have had nothing but bad luck. This situation just seems to never go away and has caused me nothing but grief and now some hardships. Please assist me if possible in getting this removed from my Credit Report, this has been going on for almost 7 years if not more.

I miss Washington Mutual, since Chase took over the customer service has gone down hill.
I will not do any more business with Chase due to their unethical business practices and rude customer service reps
