Hi I have a Mobile Acer phone love it but it's not ringing on phone calls only not sure how to fix it
Read the reviews below to see the experience other people have had when dealing with customer service from Acer Computers.
had to comment on the wonderful customer service technicians I spoke to on 13june16. I was experiencing several problems with my Acer computer. I had the pleasure of dealing with four separate techs. the calls were very long and all four techs were helpful and very patient. the reason my problem required four separate calls was because the first call did not resolve all the issues. the next three calls were due to lost connections. I am new to computing. each tech gave me easy to understand. I spent thirty years in customer service. the consistency at Acer is remarkable. while the resolution to several hours and four phone calls, I could not have been in better hands. hats off to the Acer customer support? tattoocindiz
tried to register my laptop with Acer & site kept telling me I entered the date wrong...04/25/2016....what's wrong with that????? Just wanted to comment that who ever designed the keyboard for the Acerv-3-575 laptop with the split left shift key, and split enter key should be slapped in the face by the Acer CEO. Really, really bad idea.
To Acer Support dept.
My wife purchase a Acer tablet now she having Problems she needs technical support, she can not get Standard videos.
Thank you

Acer has to be the most unscrupulous and customer gauging company I have ever dealt with. I purchased my Acer Aspire U5-620 on February 14th, 2015. Less than 2 months later the touch screen stopped working. First I went to the Acer website to see if I needed to update a driver or something - nothing. I finally had to call Acer support organization and after having to call back at least 4 times the only thing Acer support can say is to "Restore" or Refresh" your computer and loose all your installed programs. When that doesn't work I'm told I have to send in my computer to get a driver updated. Really this is Acers'response => send us your computer so we can update a driver - come on.
Then I'm told I have to pack the computer as per their 4 pages of instructions. Seriously - all the other computer companies I have dealt with send you the box to ship it in so they can be assured it will arrive safely. In other words they take responsibility for their products and actually want their customers to be satisfied and happy with their products. Why doesn't Acer do that ? Well I know why now. So Acer can blame your customers for damage they didn't do and charge them for repairs. I was told I didn't pack it properly and there is an "internal" crack in the LCD. I packed that computer exceeding Acer instructions using bubble wrap and Styrofoam but it's still my fault.
I had to pay $400.00 to repair a computer that I have had for less than 90 days because the internal driver cracked due to my not packing properly. This is just an Acer scam '“ sell poor quality products and make the consumer pay for any repairs regardless of whether you have owned the computer for 1 day or 1 year. Acer does not stand behind their product quality. Buyer Beware '“ if you have any problems with your Acer product (I guarantee you will); Acer will find a way to falsely claim customer induced damage' and you will have to pay for any repairs.
November 29 I purchased an Acer Iconia tablet from Costco for about $100. Killer deal, great features and I liked the 8" size. After tracking it on the UPS site from Texas to Washington I finally took delivery after about a week and a half. I really liked it until I plugged headphones in and found that the sound was wonky. Tried ext speakers, same thing. I contacted Acer support through online chat. They sent me a free shipping label and I sent it back to Texas for repair. Another long wait. It was delivered this morning with the same sound problem and a form saying "no trouble found... normal sound... passed all tests." I don't claim to be computer expert but I'm not a complete idiot. Today I took it to Costco, got a refund, and then bought a Samsung Tab 4. No audio issues. Acer is probably a good brand, they get mostly good reviews online, but their repair service is as bad as the sound on my tablet was.
I have repaired maybe 500 computers.i don't know why but this is the first time ive ever run across an acer product. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Ive tried for a week to contact a live person to no avail...all I want are drivers for an out of warrantee product...it seems if your warrantee is up your just plain out of luck with these guys. they seem to subscribe to the Microsoft theory....once you have their money &#(@ em.....like I said ive repaired in the range of 500 computers so im no expert but im not a complete novice either.....ive gone to sites that actually support their products once they're out of warrantee some even have online tools that will scan your computer and download and install the drivers you need to get your computer up and running....not acer....all I can say is if I EVER work on another one it will be too soon and as far as EVER purchasing or recommending an acer product....id rather stick pins in my eyes....customer service...WHAT A JOKE
we purchased a acer all in one and we sent it back for a refund the next day for a refund.our expierence was very bad no help after calling 6 times.we were told they would transfer us to a tech, but there would be a charge for support on a new computer.we will never buy a acer product again because of terrible service.we have purchased a hp and receive great support.most techs could not speak good enough English for us to understand.
So my hard drive on my Acer Aspire 1 laptop crashes 6 months into my purchase. Thanks to Costco I reached Acer customer service pretty quickly. First they send me a packing slip so I can send it to a mechanic. Two weeks later the laptop comes back with a note "there were bugs or rodents or their remains found inside your laptop. It was thus deemed a public hazard and could not be fixed by our mechanic." I call them back to ask how many rodents fit into my tiny laptop. They tell me that they have no details as to what exactly was found in the laptop but assure me that if I get the bugs removed by a repairman I find and pay for myself I can send in the laptop back in and they'll fix the hard drive. Two days and $60 later I get a slip from my repairman that he cracked the laptop and found no living beings or their remains inside it. So I call Acer back for another FedEx slip, but their opinion changed dramatically. Despite the fact that Costco recorded them promising me to take the laptop back if it was clean they deny everything and tell me that their mechanics will not accept my laptop ever again. I inquire for them to at least say what they found in my laptop. They tell me they have no idea, but whatever was there probably crawled out while it was being shipped back to me. I have never experienced a more rude customer service or a more blatant lie. I hope Acer goes bankrupt soon so people will stop spending hard earned money on products made by crooks.
Great customer service. My Acer A500 had broken (2nd time) and they were great at getting it repaired. Courteous and quick. Not sure why they received any bad reviews maybe someone had a bad day. Only question I wonder is why has there been two repairs in 2.5 years. Hopefully, this one repair will last.
My worst experience in all my life. Not recommending acer product to any one else who want to have a peace of mind. I bought an acer icona windows tablet a month has passed and it can't work. I still have to send it back for repairs, three times on my own expense. At first it never turned on and now the software is no good. The recovery disc included is of no use also as acer rep tried to trouble shoot and was abortive.
Also bought external DVD to restore system, and case.
Good idea of a tablet with windows but a useless product.
Wasted so much time and other expenses , over $1000.00.
Useless computer. Freezes constantly, runs slow, oh and how can I forget the useless updates that occur every shutdown. Every single time I shut down my acer laptop it requires me to waste my time waiting for these useless updates. I've honestly wasted hours overall for updates that do NOTHING. Worst computer and company known to the human race.
Thinking buying an ACER computer? DONâ??T!
If you are going to throw money away, throw it my way. I made the mistake of buying an ACER Aspire 722 Netbook and within 3-4 months, the case split and a piece fell out. Not only that but the keys stick, itâ??s slow even with 2 gb RAM and the touch pad has a mind of itâ??s own. Some programs I get a flickering line that doesnâ??t go away.
ACER will not back their warranty. When I called customer service, I got some east Indain guy that does his best to void your warranty starting with the case is not covered under warranty. Then he wants you to mail in your computer (at your expense) while they evaluate it for CID (customer induced damage) to void your warranty, but the excuses are endless.
I took it to a local repair shop and they said they would have to remove the screen and take the case apart which would void my warranty and recommended I contact ACER, which I did. I ended up contacting a corporate office in Texas and was given an email address of [email protected] where I addressed my issues with ACER.
Not only did I get no response, when I emailed again, my mail was returned. They will make it impossible for you to have them honor their warranty. They will make you jump thru every hoop imaginable to not honor their product. My computer guys also said that ACER was their #1 for repairs.
Another friend of mine had endless problems with her ACER also.

So my friends, if you are going to throw your money away, donâ??t throw it at ACER. Now tâ??s time to post this letter at each of those websites (including ACERS)and I will do this every year.
My one month old, $1700 Acer Aspire S7 has been in repair for 3 weeks. The motherboard broke after 4 weeks. After arriving at the repair facility, the computer was not looked at for 6 days, and now has been under repair for two weeks. Still no estimated completion for the repair. Don't expect any customer service from them, it is awful. Will never buy an Acer again, though like the looks of it.
It's funny...I took a night school class and the instructor mentioned to stay away from ACER. Now I know why...it is hard to reach anyone. Thy like to take your money, but it took me over 1 hour to talk to a real person. All I want is a quote on a repair and I can't talk to a real person. They keep on sending me to different people. I had to call 3 different phone numbers before someone would speak to me. Not a happy customer and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
They have changed the system. Now, if you do not provide a valid SNID (or a perfectly valid one that they simply forgot to enter into the system like in my case) they WILL NOT connect you to a real person, pushing you off to a different support line that you HAVE TO PAY for. Despicable.
