Last night 03/20/3024 my wife and I went to bonefish grill in Stuart fl for the march madness special upon arrival we were seated at a group table of which was specified in my reservation the food that we were served was nowhere up to par the bread that they serve was given to us and 2 other people that we didn't know obviously nobody ate the bread because you don't share food especially from the same plate also it seemed like we got the bums rush we asked our server several times to slow it down her response was
The kitchen is turning out the food too quickly and there was nothing she could do all in all of this is how your business is run it's a shame and we will never repeat totally second rate for a so called upper scaled restaurant

So tiny had no taste whatsoever and there were only 7 of them. When I believe the manager came over and asked if everything was okay and I told him what my complaint was he said clams were chopped up. I PROCEEDED To pick up a piece of something with my fork that looked like a speck of something that looked like a tiny bit of left over lobster claw that you could hardly see and asked him if this was chopped clams and he said yes. YOU SHOULD BE HIRING
EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW THAT. WAS NOT CHOPPED CLAMS. NEEDLES TO SAY I NOR MY FRIENDS WIL. NOT BE DINNING AT THIS FACILITY

I visited the Bonefish grill at Cary. The food was to expesive for what it is worth. But, the customer service was superb. I was there with my husband for a belated mother's day dinner on may 21st. We were fortunate to have Kate Rodgers as our waitress and Nolan as manager. They even celebrated our 25th anniversary that day by giving us a complementary sliced cheese cake.
Kate contantly checked on us to ensure that our needs were met. We cannot ask for a better waitress. She was polite, friendly, and efficient in handling all that she did that evening.
We enjoyed all of it.

Bonefish Grill 34474 zip last Friday like 5:30-ish take out. I ordered ahead 2 crab cake sides. I use a gift card to pay for it, like $30.00. I'm just pulling into my home's driveway and my phone rings and it's Bonefish Grill telling me they charged for only 1 crab cake order I need to return and pay for the other one. Using a gift card I really hadn't noticed. I return to the pick up lane and the same server comes out takes the gift card and returns it a few minutes later no receipt, no sorry, no thank you, no nothing, no manager offering apology no NOTHING!! I'm a rewards card member and going there for 20 years.

Had a horrible experience at bonefish of Sarasota florida at 7008. The manager Josh Lasen was there and I showed him my filet that had a big grissly white band on it I said to him let your chef know and he replied he's not responsible so I said it's your meat company and he yelled and said I worked 10 years at a steak house I know and then if you get rude with me I can really get rude with you!! Threatening me in front of my whole table and also charged $84 for our dinner and later fought that and they didn't take off a filet!!!!

I tried to purchase a Bonefish Grill (plastic) gift card as a Christmas gift for my elderly father. The website options had changed and I mistakenly ordered an email gift card. I called and asked that they process a refund. I just received an email that they would not. I have ordered a gift card every year for my Dad of $100. I will not hand my father a email printout as a Christmas gift. All I wanted was to send him a plastic gift card since he lives out of area. I will find another restaurant going forward. Myself and my daughter dined at your resturant in Wilmnington, Delaware a couple of weeks ago. We had to wait a very long time for our meal and when ee mentioned this to the waitress and became very rude stating she was working both sides. Also my meal tasted like it had been in the micro wave too long. It was very dry

We don't want to complain but our meal at your cortez rd. store in Bradenton Fl. was so bad that we nearly left the table. We ordered the tuna poke that was warm, uncut, and looked like it was sitting for a hour. My wife had the blackened mahia and it was cold and dry. My fish and chips were burnt. We waited for over 25 minutes to see anyone and there were only 40 or less people there. We are dine rewards customers and have high hopes to return. For 80 bucks we could of made out better off at a taco bell. Please help

Far below average experience- first time back after pandemic. Waited almost 50 minutes for food to arrive. Arrived at 4:38pm so before the dinner rush. Approximately 1/3 of my salmon filet was burnt, jasmine rice was devoid of any mosture. Manager took the cost of my dinner off the bill, which was appreciated. However, in the competition to get customers back to restaurants, this Bonefish Grill in the Voice of America shopping district of West Chester, OH has a long way to go to restore this repeat customer's business in the future.

When we got to the restaurant on time for our reservation we were told we had been bumped and to go sit in the car, when they texted us to come in they seated us in the bar next to the kitchen, it was very loud, I went to the hostess and said that it wouldn't work when the manager came up and took us to a booth. I always get the cod imperial, fish was tough!!

We were at bone fish grill in ocala, fl. Everything was wonderful but no one could explain why it was freezing in the restaurant. There were many people complaining about the cold and the waitress said the managers out we can't change it. We don't complain but this was extreme and we left due to the cold.

I loved Bonefish until my last visit on August 9, 2020. I ordered my usual Lilly's Chicken but this time to my surprise it shrunk. I usually get two pieces of chicken with the cheese and hearts on it with sauce. It came with one very small piece of chicken not even my palm size and one heart and no sauce. I am used to the side and garlic mashed potatoes being very small but what happen to the chicken. Also the price increased. I also ordered 2 expresso martins and usually feel a little something after 2. This time I felt nothing it was like drinking something sweet with no alcohol. I called the corporate office customer service to share my experience with NO call back. We are a member of your dine in rewards. I don't know if I will visit your establishment again because of this experience and lack of interest by Bonefish to call back as promised on your voice mail. Bonefish 0134a in Independence, Ohio.

Last night I went to Bonefish Grill Longwood Florida for a date night which I frequent often. I was very disappointed in the whole evening except for our very attentive bartender. First, after ordering our drinks at the bar I excused myself to go to the bathroom. I walked in and thought OMG. It was like I walked in to a rest stop bathroom on a highway. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty toilet paper, dirty paper towels all over the floors as the trash can was overflowing. I did bring it to a waiter's attention was the restaurant was not busy at all. I then ordered the corn and crab soup. It came ot cold and congealed. I had to send it back and it still came back congealed. My boyfriend ordered the bang bang shrimp and the quality of his order was just not up to BoneFish standard. We choose to not order anything else as I was so disappointed of the experience up till then. I suggest a look at this restaurant as its slipping. Linda Miscioscia

Ate at the Bonefish Grill in Chattanooga on New Year's Eve. There was a mixup in our order and it took us an hour and a half to get our food. My wife liked her Steak and crab cake but my Imperial Cod was awful. It was supposed to be stuffed with crab, scallops and scrimped but there was nothing there. Also the fish was extremely under cooked making it inedible. The waiter was very helpful and the owner operated comped our food but it was a terrible experience. Don't know if I'll ever do there again.

My family has frequented the Bonefish Grill in Kansas City North on Lucerne many times since it has been opened and always enjoyed our experience. Last Friday, my son took me there for my 36th Work Anniversary dinner and we were treated very poorly. It appeared to be a manager that I did not recognize at the front reception when we came in. He was of middle eastern or Indian decent (I couldn't find his name on the website). When we arrived there was no one in the waiting area so we just approached expecting to be seated immediately. We always sit in the bar area and there were two booths open. Usually we would ask if we could just sit there and the answer was always sure. Last Friday, he tells us that we cannot sit there and there is a 30 - 35 minute wait. I asked where the people were that were waiting and he just repeated 30 - 35 minutes.
So, we went to the bar and sat while we waited. By the way the bartender was fantastic! She was very outgoing and personable.
After waiting about 30 minutes, another young man came over and asked if we were still waiting for our table and we said yes, and we would like one of the booths in the bar area, WHICH WERE STILL EMPTY! He said I'll be right back and went back to the man who told us to wait and informed him. We then sat there another 15 minutes and watched as someone else came in the door and they sat them in one of the booths and then a little while later, another came in and they sat them in the other booth.
At this time, we decided we would go ahead and order from the bar. They never came back to say we had a table and quite honestly we didn't want to deal with that person again. I know they couldn't have cancelled us because the bartender did not know our name or that we were waiting.
I feel like for some reason the manager was prejudice against us. Anyway, if he remains there, we won't be back which is regretful because we go fairly frequently and so do our friends.

Bonefish I have been a loyal customer for years. However Bonefish in Johnson City, TN? Raw salmon served, a glob of sticky rice that was much overcooked. And seriously.. the carpet looks like animals lived there. Overhaul the place or shut it down. Gordon Ramsey should do a show there! I will still visit other cities but not this one.

It made me sick to watch a manager yell and cuss at an employee like she did her name was claudia she was using the F word throwing her hands in his face n really aggressive n the employee just took it if this is how bone fish and grill train there managers i will never go n support there business again i go there several times a week and at times wit a party over 8.....
I couldnt even eat after this i was a underdog before too so i know what it feels like but theres a way to handle problem professionally and she definitely did not do so.... i think more customers need too stand up and voice when they see things like this bc until customers take action nothing is going to change for these hard working underdog employees she needs to be disiplined jus as a regular employee would be.... people take there position and abuse it just as she has if she doesn't care about who could of seen her act like that i wonder what she does on the daily

We used to eat at Bonegish once a week, due to menu changes now we only eat there 2-3times a year. Bring back tilapia, a d bacon wrapped scallops with mango salsa. The price of the crabcakes went up while the size is cut down. Not to mention the change in the bang bang shrimp receipe. Really, if it ain't broke dont fix it. Right now its broke a d is in dire need of fixing if you want us back.

About a month ago, I went to Bone Fish Grill. Never ever been there. Just missed happy hour by a couple minutes. I waited over 25 minutes, no service. At Last a manager comes to me and say "there cannot be another incident as last time. I had no clue what he was referring to. I tried assured him it was not me. he preceded to ask did I have a daughter. I don't do public display I informed him. He did give me a free Margarita. But my feeling were seriously hurt. No drink could ease my hurt. What ever the incident that happened. It should have been settled at the time of the incident. To approach a customer, who has never been there, is not the professional way. I will never go to a Bone Fish Gr

we dined at Bonefish over the weekend, this is not a complaint about the staff , our waiter was very nice and everyone we came into contact was very nice. I was disappointed with a few things. I ordered a diet coke, I was very surprised at the cost, I think over $3.00 is very high for a soft drink, especially when its in a medium sized glass and mostly ice. I did go over the bill as I felt it was very high over all for what we had. Strawberry shortcake was presented as a special that Sunday evening, as I asked how it was, the waiter said the strawberry shortcake was very good, however it would have been much better if there was more than a small biscuit with tons of whipped cream, in fairness it did have adequate strawberries, but I was not ordering a $7.00 strawberry and whipped cream dessert, lets face it, the shortcake or in this case, the biscuit is one of the stars and should be adequate, if they are homemade and that small, 2 should be in each order, my last comment was how the potatoes and scalloped potatoes were served, I don't expect them to come out of the kitchen in a rounded lump like they were scooped with an ice cream scoop, (which I am sure hey were to have that shape) the scalloped potato should come out in a wedge shape like when they come out of a homemade casserole and whipped the potatoes should be dropped onto the plate, not scooped, I had an entree and 2 scoops of potato, one whipped and one scalloped. Looked like the way the military would serve food. I was disappointed ,not in the quality, but in the cost vs quantity and presentation. thanks for listening and I hope to hear from you Deb Whiston

We just left your vero beach restaurant and the hostess informed us that we could not sit down even though the restaurant was empty it was only 4:20 the reason was she had no servers. We could only eat at the bar. She was waiting for someone to come in. She was not nice and then told us that after waiting we still would not get a booth so she didn't know when we would sit. We dine often in your restaurants and are a rewards customers Buy gift cards etc. They should have offered a complimentary something if you expect someone to wait because you didn't staff properly. So we left and won't go back.

Heather the manager upfront on 4th st n by 54th is really an amazing manager i had a normal type problem an she jus really really did everything in her power to make the experience special an she was so kind.... i really appreciate everything she did she really should be recognized it was really busy an she still found the time to give us special attention and time i really appreciate it
