My wife and I made a decision to download your app to see if we wanted to pick up food at the Queen Creek Arizona location on Rittenhouse.

The email I recieved said my order was placed at 10:52pm I was finally able to get the app to work while waiting in the drive through line. I pulled in and had a vehicle pull in behind me a couple of minutes later, so now Im stuck. The app was giving me grief and I was not to the speaker to order yet. After almost 10 minutes I was able to get the app to work.

By that time, the line had not moved so I placed my order. I literally watched my average miles per gallon drop before my eyes sitting at idle. We would have cancelled our orders had I known our total wait time.

Some teenagers had exited the building that was locked up when we tried to go in, while we waited in the drive thru. I dont know what they were doing but they kept walking around the parking lot and it appeared a couple of them started talking to the second vehicle behind me while another two were walking around and changing directions without a purpose. A person walked out the door with what appeared to be a couple of drinks and handed them off to two of the boys, possibly a worker who grabber his bike and left a couple of minutes later.

I spent over 30 minutes in line for two meals. My wife had placed an order on her app as well. Honestly, we were both very upset with this visit and probably wont be returning anytime soon. I asked the young lady at the window what the problem was. She said "a 75 taco order." Not that there was a lack of urgency to complete an order. These orders should have been refunded. We were literally trapped in the drive thru for a half hour.

Today, I tried to order at your Chico location. I put my order in and waited about 5 minutes in the drive through line after ordering. When I came to pay and pick up my order I was told I had been banned from the location!!!! I asked why and an employee at the window asked the manager and she told him I complained about the prices(A) and the food(B), the French fries(C).
I believe your manager is vindictive towards me because I complained to your corporate about problems I had at that location in the past. How does she know me? Because I use to come in 3-4 times a week.
A I ordered food on 3 different occasions at this restaurant that I can recall in which the prices on the drive through and/or the menu on the inside were not the same as what I was charged!! They said there was a change in pricing. I explained that was what was not advertised. I went as far as to say that is false advertising. Still charged the newer prices with old ones still posted on the menu.
B I complained about a milkshake that I ordered at the drive though that was runny like milk after I had driven towards home. In busy traffic I have ordered shakes in the past and not had them be runny like water.
C The fries. I have never ordered fries. I do not like deep fried foods.

I have to comment on your terrible restaurants!! The first few times I tried your food, it was terrible. I didn't go in for a while & a couple times ago they shorted me a taco. Last night, they advertised $1.00 per taco & Chagd me $1.20!!

I work night shift in the Emergency Department. On 06/22/21 at 0353 AM I went to Del Taco store #0967, and my order number was 99. I was in the drive thru and was told to drive around and wait in the parking lot. The parking lot was dark and there were people loitering in the parking lot. I told the employee I didn't feel safe and preferred to wait in the drive thru. While I was waiting the employee wiped the floor with his gloved hands and then touched my food. I asked him politely if he could please change his gloves. He was apologetic. Suddenly a woman came from behind the counter and yelled at me calling me a "f@#%$g b@#$h. She told me I was messing up her drive thru times. I was so upset I told her I didn't want my food and just wanted to leave. I left without my food and did not receive a refund. The female told me she could not refund my money. I was so upset by the way she yelled at me and I felt very uncomfortable. I returned to work without being able to have anything to eat.

I grew up eating Del Taco. I've never been to a Taco Bell. However, the Del Taco on Haven in Rancho Cucamonga has changed that. A few years ago the woman who was always there was a guarantee of quality. Now the food and service is AWFUL!! I just got my second Deluxe Del Beef Burrito and it only had meat. No lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or sour cream. My mother's egg and cheese burrito was full of rice. Whom ever you have running that restaurant needs a lesson in customer service and how to put together the food!! You are no longer my drive thru Mexican restaurant. Taco Bell here I come!!

Not happy with the service I have received the last 2 time I've dealt with the Manager....Robert at the store on Belleview and Broadway in Colorado. He is rude and uncaring as the front line of the store. I go to this Del taco several times per week and usually have a pleasant experience. I am a veteran and ask for my military discount when I go. He acts as if this was the worst thing. We will go to another location. I have worked in customer service most of my adult life and would never treat my worst enemy the way Robert treated me the last 2 times I was there. Even the burrito I go today was terrible. Please have a conversation with this person.

Hello, on Tuesday, September 29th I downloaded your app for taco specials , I saw 3 tacos for $1.49. So I drove through the drive through and I told the employee I would like the special on the app, he said the price was not $1.49 for 3 tacos but was $1.69 for 3. I told him the app was different , and it should be honored. I was disappointed that if it's a current add it should have been honored. I know it wasn't a big difference but it's the principle And good customer service should have been accommodated.

Del Taco in Ft. Oglethorpe , Georgia. They just opened and I tried to go through drive through. There was no one out there to guide traffic. I got in front of someone on accident. An employee came out and stood in front of my car and let 5 in front of me. I left and will not go back. They need someone out there to guide the drive thru.

One of your employee was very rude in the drive thru and wanted to fight me manager was no help and when I ask for corporate number pm management tore off your company number this was in the Porterville California store.

Del Taco should not get rid of their Turkey Meat option. They are the only fast food restaurant that offers a healthier meat option for those that can't eat beef and want Mexican Food.
We eat at Del Taco at least 3 times a week, we stopped went the Turkey meat went away and happily returned when it came back. Only to be told today that it is being removed from the menu again. If a non-meat option is offered it's only fare to offer an alternative to beef for those of us with health conditions that don't allow us to eat beef which is 60% of all Americans over 50 years of age. Thanks :(

The portion sizes of tacos and burritos at the Westchester location are smaller than normal. My 1/2 burrito weighed less when placed on the scale, and the manager ( Heavy set Latina) responded negatively. I placed the flat burrito on the counter, then left. As a frequent customer, I felt obligated to address this issue, which has been consistent for the past six months. Therefore, I suggest that this particular Del Taco should be monitored for portion consistency, filthy bathroom, unkept dining area, and rude behavior by the manager.

Just want to say to who ever is listening that who ever is in the Albuquerque area to not go to Montgomery deltaco cause apparently they do not listen to your order. I placed an order they repeated it back to me what I ordered and they still did not get it right. They did not charge me but that's not the issue. Why can't someone who orders some food can't get what they ordered. Shame on deltaco they need better employees. Montgomery area. Hopefully someone is listening.

Your customer service site is not user friendly! I have paid for two meals, the platos carne asada wet burrito and carne asada street tacos. Both times I did not get chips, avocado on the burrito and on both no extra sauce. Also no receipt or plastic forks ect... this was at the Del taco in Menifee xstreet menifee rd.
I tried calling several times to rectify this and never had it answered. Never will use this location again. Wasted my money.

Your broken sprinkler ruined my fresh washed car. Cost me $20 + my time! You need to maintain your drive through! Told worker about it, knew I wasn't happy so she didn't give me receipt with complaint info. YOU NEED A STORE MANAGER!

The two Upland "stores" have been falsely continuing to advertise the mini shakes for $1 by leaving the sign out near the drive-thru that includes them with other dollar drinks. I realize it is only about a dime per purchase, but that goes both ways. If it was necessary to raise the cost, then print new signs and distribute them. If that cost is greater than the dime you get from each purchase, then why raise the price on the mini-shakes when it causes your corporation to be guilty of false advertising? Yesterday, I decided to question the person at the drive-thru about the conflict in prices and his response was, "Well that is what corporate sends us."

My husband and I went to Southgate mi Dell taco to receive free taco for stolen base. We were rudely told they were not participating even though we had tried to use your dell taco app. Went to Taco Zbell received our free taco without any hassle! We will continue to support them!! We had never been to Dell Taco and we will keep it that way! Poor service!

I ordered your Beyond taco first of all they didn't tell me that was the fake meat after waiting 15 minutes for my food which was outrageous seems there was nobody in the restaurant accept me. I got my food home my French fries were Raw the avocado on the taco was hard as a rock I couldn't even cut it with a fork. Your manager at the Del Taco on Elkhorn has had me wait several times 15 minutes more I eat at the restaurant at least three to four times a week I have spent thousands of dollars in the last 2 years I will never go there again

Had a very positive experience at the Del Taco in Wildomar,Ca. Approximately 9:45pm, 7/7/19. Staff was very and efficient and to my surprise the women's restroom was very clean. I love the beyond tacos and burritos. Good job. (I didn't get my receipt to properly recognize the young men that were working)

Cashier: stated that her name was "Bella" (although the receipt says, "Esperanza")

How would you feel if your ordered a burrito, only have to have the cashier instruct the workers who had JUST made it to THROW IT AWAY!

I came to the Azusa store location to purchase the Beyond 8 Layer Burrito using the coupon code on the app, and a few roll-ups. As my mother, who is disabled, frequents the store multiple times weekly and purchases food using the app on her phone, I borrowed her phone so I could get us some food since she can barely walk. While she was waiting for me, I went into the store, and informed "Bella/Esperanza" that I wanted to get the Beyond 8 Layer Burrito and that I had the coupon on my Mom's phone. I then proceeded to show her my coupon (barcode) so that it could be marked correctly on my receipt (as the coupon stated that the burrito was FREE).

She tried to scan it, but no success. She stated that the machine "couldn't scan it." I brightened the screen, still wouldn't work. She then took the phone and tried another machine - wouldn't work. I informed her that my Mom had just come in two days ago and had a coupon scanned and that there was no problem (6/18/19). She rudely stated that there "was nothing (she) could do."

I offered to see what I could do on my end. "Bella/Esperanza" said "ok" and walked off to the drive-through window. I took a screenshot of the barcode, and sent it to my phone. When I asked her to scan it, the machine was able to do so. I then finished the rest of my order (4 roll-ups). I had to repeat several times which roll-ups I wanted, but afterwards was able to pay and get my receipt. However, when I looked at my receipt, the Beyond 8 Layer Burrito wasn't there - even though the workers in the back were making it.

I went back to "Bella/Esmeralda," showed her my receipt, and informed her that I had ordered the burrito and it wasn't there. She then turned around to the workers, said in Spanish,"take the burrito out" (not thinking I could comprehend what she was saying.) She then came back to the register, and said that she couldn't charge me for the burrito because she couldn't scan the barcode on my Mom's phone. Confused, I said "the burrito was free. And, you scanned it from the screenshot on MY phone." She then said that something was supposed to have showed up in the app, and "nothing was coming up" on her screen.

Frustrated that my burrito had just been taken out of my order WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, I asked her, "Can I give you the code? The app says that there is a code I can give you to put in manually." She shortly replied "No." I asked her what was I supposed to do, as I'm not familiar with the app? She stated, "There's supposed to be a code." I asked her "what code?" All she said was "Check your coupons."

I did not know how to navigate the app on my Mom's phone, and asked her where it was. She did not bother to take the time to show me. She walked away. When she came back, I showed her the "offers" screen and said, "This is all I see, I don't see any other codes here." All she said was, "There's supposed to be a code that comes after you check-in. I don't even know what this is." I shared with her that the coupon was for a free Beyond 8 Layer Burrito, and that the app had only said to "check in" by having the cashier scan the barcode. I showed her the screen on my app.

The cashier said, "Yeah well I can't scan it on (your Mom's) the phone. There's something wrong with it." Surprised, I said, "But you were able to scan the screenshot on MY phone? So what is the problem?" All she said was, "The app is supposed to show you a code after 'check-in.' There's nothing I can do." By this point, another person was behind me, so I let them go ahead while I tried to find this "mysterious code" - with no help from "Bella/Esperanza."

When the cashier finished the other person's purchase, I informed her that I would download the app onto MY phone and try again. She said "ok." I was handed my roll-ups. I went to the car and informed my Mom who was just as equally surprised that the cashier couldn't scan her phone - that had just been scanned TWO DAYS AGO (6/18/19). Once the app downloaded, I went back to the store, and showed "Bella/Esmeralda" the barcade for the burrito. She scanned it, then said, "Nothing is coming up on my screen." Frustrated, I said, "Well, what I am supposed to do?" I had literally troubleshooted EVERYTHING ON MY OWN WITH NO HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO SHOULD HAVE KNOWN!

She then went off to the drive-through window and ignored me. It took so long for her to come back that my Mother got out of the car and limped into the store! (Bare in mind that she is disabled and can barely walk)

My Mother showed "Bella/Esperanza" the same thing on her phone using the app. Suddenly, "Bella/Esperanza" was able to scan the phone! She then said that she saw the burrito in the system.

But for some STRANGE reason, she still couldn't give us the burrito. A FREE burrito. By this point,
I had figured out how to take the promotional code name and type it into the app so it could produce a barcode ("beyond8") - no help from the cashier. So I then showed her the barcode. She scanned it, then said that "nothing was coming up." She then LEFT my Mom and I there to go to the drive-through window without saying anything.

When she came back, my Mom tried the same thing - with the same response. She continued to refuse to type in the code manually, and even though we BOTH showed her what the coupon said IN the app - that it was a FREE Beyond 8 Layer Burrito - she REFUSED to give it to us, and didn't even bother to help.

Out of all of the times I have been to Del Taco, I am truly OUTRAGED by how TERRIBLE "Bella/Esmeralda's" service (or lack thereof) was. For a company that prides itself on providing customer satisfaction, this was a true fail. Not once did I raise my voice, or give any condescending remarks to the cashier. Yet, my kindness in the midst of receiving poor service was "rewarded" by being ignored, insulted, and made to feel that my concerns didn't matter. Food that I had ordered was THROWN AWAY by "Bella/Esmeralda" - food that the coupon stated was "free." A coupon that should have been honored.

The customer should not be blamed for something that was out of their control. I took the time to try to troubleshoot and problem-solve when the scanning didn't work the first time. "Bella/Esmeralda" didn't even bother - which should reveal to you how LITTLE I was valued as a customer. When I offered to read her the code so that she could have put it in manually, she REFUSED to do it. Yet, what the most appalling aspect of how poor this experience was, was that a disabled person - my Mother - was treated like a nuisance and rudely ignored!

If this is how you train your employees to treat disabled people and customers who are trying to be supportive by using such services as your app, then it is my duty as a teacher and educator in the state of California to inform everyone I come across NOT to support Del Taco! I shall start by contacting every organization that supports and cares for disabled people to inform them that Del Taco allows their employees to discriminate against those who are disabled. NO ONE, no matter race, orientation, ability/disability, or even nationality deserves to be treated so rudely and ignored when in need of help. I would hate for anyone to have to encounter and endure what I did, so I will definitely spread the word!

My del taco screws it's customers on Tuesday taco night. With cheap tacos.
Like a value taco. And the queso is always half full w/ chips. So tired of trying . Have given them a least 5 times & talked to managers. U should be ashamed of your Alpharetta G.A store

12025 collegiate way store #1089 orlando florida I sit in the Drive-Thru through for 20 minutes got my food all of it was not there my son's hamburger was Stone Cold went around and went in and talk to the manager Cynthia she refused to replace my son's hamburger and would refuse to replace any other food that was cold this was my first experience and I last I would not recommend this to my dog
