I would give this company a D. Their prices are twice my costs from my last 2 states. try to get a person to talk to, forget that the only thing I ever seem to get is a recorded person who tells me talking to a human is not an option.

I cannot contact a human being at FPL to help me with my problem. Did either directs you to a general help menu, or gives you options for the chatbot to answer questions. If your question does not fit the parameters they give you, your sh#* out of luck.

I've tried all day to speak to a real person. I have three phone numbers and all I get are electronic prompts.

Power outage on 8/9-8/10 for 8 hours to replace a faulty transformer!
Totally unacceptable
Transformers should be on the repair truck to expedite repairs or stored in the 800 home community

What a rip! I signed up for automatic payment and was promised a restaurant.com $50. Nothing and no way to obtain either. Monopoly at work!

there IS NO customer service when a consumer has no one to talk to with their provider. aIf I had a choice, you would not serve either myself or the many who result in a 2.8 rating.

on 09/ 14 2018 / signed up for paperless pay option. 50$ gift card never came/ called today 12/18 to find that the promotion dates were in fact 08/14 to 09/14 .i in fact signed up on the 14 of sep. ur informed me that my request was not processed till the 15th ??? exuse me my bill pay is processed in2 mins after i PAY/ so i wiil go back to getting paper statements and pay exactly on due date!!!!!the day of sep 14 is till 11:59pm tx for nothing BIG COMPANY Deception

I have had FPL for about 20 years and NEVER missed a payment. Now have missed an extension by one day and when calling FPL, they dont get you over to a human being. Woah ? ? Finally I found another telephone and hit "zero" and got a human. Double Woah. I will report this to Tallahassee, as FPL is so cold on the telephones and threatens SUSPENSION. Triple woah. Time to get pissed off and report this monopoly.

Since early August, I have been requesting that you repair two street lights in my neighborhod that are out. I have. Nothing has been done, and the area is very dark, perhaps dangerous, at night. Please DO something!

Automated system does not provide an option for speaking with a real person. There is no listed number that does not feed into the automated system. Unbelievably poor customer service...its a granted monopoly...no option for the consumer!

Why is it so difficult to get a human on the phone? I figured out a work around but it shouldn't be such a project to speak to a human. If we paid like you give customer service you'd be broke. It's not right. It's like calling 911 and told to hold the line..... what is the mater with you?

i needed a question answered and got thru within 2 minutes . the lady Dianne was very pleasent and courteous and helped me with my problem . people learn to navigate the system

This is totally disgusting. For 2 days I have been trying to speak to anyone / agent.
I have been an fpl customer for 20 years and if I could I would change in a minute.
This is a hostage situation and shoulf be illegal.
If we had a choice fpl would either provide service or go out of business.

I do not understand how any business can be so impersonal! It is extremely frustrating when you can't speak to a real person and just keep hearing new menu options that have nothing to do with what Il need to speak to someone about. YOU MAY THINK THAT YOU HAVE EVERY OPTION COVERED, BUT YOU DON'T! To be honest, I think you have it set up this way to avoid having to answer certain questions or do certain things that would help your customers.
IT'S NOT RIGHT, FPL FOR YOU TO BE A BUSINESS THAT NO ONE IS ABLE TO EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE WHEN POWER IS LOST.WE REPORT TO A ROBOT. IDK, IS THAT HOW FPL IS RAN, BY ROBOTS? HMMM...

How dare FPL ask a caller a million questions without offering the chance to speak with a live person. Where does this huge profiteering company have a customer service department available for customer questions that do not fit into any of the offered categories? It is outrageous for FPL NOT to provide a live person who can answer specific questions.

IF i could, i would NOT remain an FPL customer.
