My son bought 3 large smoothies and the staff made it all wrong i tried to return it but the lady said no and that's a shame because my kids always buy from there and to be treated like this its horrible

Im a regular customer at Jamba Juice ranging from 3 times a week to once every two weeks. I haven't been getting my Jamba Juice as much lately due to a medication that requires me to avoid Zinc, but the last two times I have been have been disappointing. It's not the service, because that's always great. It's the paper straws. They've got to go!!! I always get a large and it's too stressful to try to drink a frozen drink faster than the straw will disintegrate and waste a good portion of your drink due to straw failure. Paper is probably just as bad for you to consume as plastic, however with the plastic straw it remains a straw and you have less chance of digesting some of the particles. The straw makes the Jamba juice not the same and I will probably stop going because of the straw if you don't change it back.

I LOVE LOVE LOOOVVE your drinks. Im newly diagnosed diabetic & i see a few drinks i can actually have without having to buy & make it myself at home. Isnt anybody's "cooking or making" of foods n drinks better than at home? In some cases. So thanks for some great tasty drinks, even my son is hooked. P.s. btw, speaking of "hooked", i wanted to point out a couple words on your cups...."dope bowls"....lol...i went thru my dope phase days years ago & tho the younger crowds use it to mean something good, its funny to hear bc way back when....dope meant drugs, & bowls is what drugs is smoked from...sad but true & i believe it still is by others.. Happy to say its not me anymore ?..

I went to the JJ located on Atlantic Ave in Long Beach Ca and.placed an order for a JJ drink I gave the gentleman my Federal Employee card to pay he tells me he can't take my card because it didn't have a chip .I didn't have any cash on me and I was feeling lousy because of the cold I had and I needed the drink that was loaded with vitamin C how embarrassing there is no sign stating all debits cards must have a chip . Not only that but a big company like Jamba Juice he could have said ok since you have no cash on you he could have made me a small kid drink. since I took the drive to come in and I was feeling like crap .thanks so much for not providing excellent customer service. I politely walked out of your establishment and went,over to Starbucks and purchased a medicine ball they had no problem taking my card . The date I went to your establishment was December 27 th 2019 around 8:45 am.

Let me first say that I absolutely love Jamba Juice, in particular, the Strawberry Surfrider which I have at least once weekly. However, I am contacting you to file a complaint regarding the Rewards system. For the past two months, I have not been able to register all of my purchases due to your Rewards system either not working or the store does not have it yet. Why you changed the old rewards system, is something I will never understand. It's your company, I get it, but if you were going to take something away regarding a customer's rewards, why wouldn't you put something in place that actually WORKS? I currently have 6 receipts for purchases totaling $34.74 that I was not able to register due to your rewards systems failures. I am truly disappointed in how long it is taken to get the new rewards system up and running!

I originally complained to JJ about slow service. They responded back to me via email (in a timely fashion) on May 5, 2019.

Jamba juice on 42nd,NYC(in port authority).
My 8yr old grandson and myself went to buy a beverage and the music was blasted with EXPLICIT rap music..lyric's was blatantly talking about VAGINA'S and . When i asked for the manger , she was standing RITE THERE!
The receipt has their number on it,but when i called it was actually to the POST OFFICE!

Your clerk at the store on 1804 S Signal Butte Rd #104, Mesa, AZ 85209, was so extremely rude and nasty. I can't understand why someone like that works in the service industry. He rolled his eyes, at one point I was sure he wasn't going to wait on me or make my smoothie. He was condensing, and just out right rude.

My son filled out an application at the Jamba Juice In Tilghman Square (Allentown PA). He was told by a friend who works there that asked if they would interview him that they were looking for someone with experience. Ok we were disappointed but understood it. Fast forward three weeks and they called him up to come for an interview (we assumed since college kids were going back to school they now needed help). I leave work early to get my son who dressed up and was ready to go and excited to hopefully be getting a job. He had been looking all summer. He's 15 1/2 and really wants to work. We get there and I waited in the car and he returns a minute later upset and says they said "I don't have any experience". Why would they have him come there, not even conduct an interview and send him on his way. This is absurd. When I called on our way home because this was a complete waste of all of our time I was told "the woman who set up the interview was not the owner". So the owner doesn't look at the application prior to the person coming in? Also how is someone supposed to get any experience if no one gives them a chance to get any! It's really not to hard to work a blender and my son has done this for years at home. Her name is Kiran

Jamba Juice took away the easy in store rewards and made it go through there web site.
Only problem is there web site is very slow if you can get on it at all. This is the worst idea you ever had .

I bought a medium aloha paradise smoothie tonight from jamba juice on cedar and shaw in Fresno, ca and it had metal at the bottom a piece someone's name badge and looks like it was ground up with the fruit for the smoothie my 15 year old granddaughter drank it and now we are freaking out and do not know what is the next step to take called the store to complain and was simply offered a free small smoothie!!

I thought Jamba Juice is based on freshness, today they served me a pre made bowl. I asked if this is new method the employee responded no, we make them fresh but didn't offer me fresh one.
I was in hurry I took wheat she gave me "nutty almond" which had no taste or consistency.

The Jamba Juice location at 47th Street E and Ave R in Palmdale, CA has the worst service! We were the only customers when we placed our order then another customer came in and got their order and another customer came in and got their order and we were still waiting. When my husband said something the girl had 'NO" response. WTF!!! I have heard bad things about that location and now I have confirmation. You really need to investigate! Won't be go8ng there again!

Dobson every time is great today new people who don't know what they are doing got there 7am oatmeal watery not done filled it half full orange juice they filled half full I felt cheated they didn't know where the parts were for o j lousy service my added colegene power lumps.

Not happy with new reward system. Lost all prior points and points during transition and system not working. Only time it worked was when clerk did it in the store. But thank you as this has made me realize I am tired of corporations! I will now only get smoothies from small business owners. Done with Corporate!!

I am disappointed Jamba Juice changed their payment method. I used to like being able to do Apple Pay and enjoy my rewards by punching in my phone number. It's ridiculous now we have to download the app which rarely works and won't open the scan for the rewards. Sounds like a rip off and Jamba Juice knew less customers would be enjoying their rewards when the app doesn't work.

These comments probably land on deaf ears. The corporate folks are all out on their yachts right now and the people who serve us...making $8.00 per hour are understaffed which is why,,,every time i go to the store...I wait in a long line. Your customers are getting really annoyed by the long lines and un-trained staff. This is just one of my MANY concerns about this company!! What about the fact that EMPLOYEES do not even know whether their containers are RECYCLABLE!!! AND their trash/recycle/compost bins do not EVEN SHOW THEIR CONTAINERS as recyclable!!! Seriously..management, get real, get with it and get it together. It's 2019!!!! and you are allowing your plastic containers to go into the TRASH????? I would really appreciate a reply from someone/anyone

I want to express my displeasure with the recent change invyour Rewards program which forces a customer to access your app to register purchases Ca. Being able to enter a phone number at your store. IT SUCKS and reflects poor customer service and unnecessary use of data against my cell phone account. It will lessen my patronage.

I visit the Jamba Juice in Burlington WA. The location in the Burlington place shopping center. Its fantastic! Yummy in my tummy every single time. I cant help but smile after I have one. I get a bowl if Im needing lunch, a smoothie if Im on the run. FRESH GOODNESS! We would so love to see a franchise open in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. It would be a huge success! We currently have a Planet Fitness going in. Now we just need one of your Jamba Juice to open near to it. Put it on your company projections. Its a win win situation.

I have tried every phone number listed including the store locations and not been able to reach anyone. The phone does not ring anywhere. Very poor service. I went to the university village location in Seattle, Wa. on Sat. 4/27/1019 to use my Jamba Juice groupons and was told they had expired, which I knew they had. I was wanting to use the amount paid that NEVER expires. I was told I couldn't use it and they had no way to scan it, let me ask, what kind of service is that? Can't reach anyone to talk to about this and the stores won't use them like they are suppose to. I have had contact with groupon and the tell me that Jamba Juice would have been paid there money already from Groupon. This is the money that I paid for these groupon's and am now not getting anything for. That was a total waste of my money. Why is there no one to talk to about this?

The jamba juice in mira loma ca is awful...i ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was burned...badly
I couldnt believe they actually thought id eat it...i asked them for another one they told me i had to wait in line again... I then said im in a rush....i was ignored
I asked for my money back after ten minutes they gave it back munus the tax...smh .never going ti jj again...

Went to camarillo location, California. Ordered a ginger & greens & it was horrible. Way too much ginger & that was all I tasted. I order this all the time & I know how they are suppose to taste like. I drove to the Moorpark location & showed them the difference in looks to the one I normally get. They apologized for the mess up. Would like to make a complaint

I had a bad experience with a small Chicano male at the store in San Carlos, on industrial road. If this ever happens again I will make a complaint to the main company about this individual. Vary out of place person to be serving the public.

I have been visiting Jamba Juice for close to a year now and I love the açaí primo energy bowl. The location I visit at 6669 Security Blvd. Woodlawn, MD. produces a consistent quality product however the customer service lacks a great deal. After visiting the location for over six months I discovered that the company had a rewards program which was never mentioned to me as a customer that's visited up to twice a day during the summer months. I am now creating this review because I from time to time receive an $1 off coupon through a company partnered app. called SurveyMini. I used the coupon once before at the location during afternoon hours without a problem however at more then 30 days ago now I received another coupon which the morning staff could not process. I left my name and number for the manager a couple weeks later I was given the name and number of a manager whom I could never reach on top of the fact that my service has increasingly declined since the incident where my coupon could not be applied. It seems as if the two young lady that work the location in the morning are in some way bothered by my desire to have this situation resolved and to receive my appropriate coupon. This is my last attempt to receive some resolution before I discontinue supporting this organization. I am now a rewards member therefore I am certain that it could be seen how frequent I can visit the company and each of my hard earned dollars.
