After four unsuccessful calls to customer service, I finally got a wonderful customer service agent. He gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. Everything was resolved and I wish I had got his name. Marshalls needs more like him.

I love shopping at Marshall's, TJMaxx and Home Goods, but what I do have a problem with is going to shop and having deal with people pets. I visited the store on Germantown Pkwy in Cordorva today and there was a young lady there with a Large Poodle. I tried shopping, but due to my fear of animals, I left the store and decided not to shop. Yes, I do know that some people need service dogs and can't change that, but because I feel it's ok to take my pet everywhere I go is not fare to people that have a fear of animals. Further more I do not want to purchase items that animal have been brushing up against, sniffling on or druling on.

With stores being closed, are returns still subject to the 30-day time period restriction? Just curious, as it looks like I missed the last day stores were open.

I'm very relieved you are taking your employees' health into consideration during this time. Be well.

When I call Marshals in Atwater the Same operator on two occasions tells me "We are not allowed to discuss that" I live out of the area and would like to know if a certain item was in stock. Before I travel that far.

You have employees in the Lake Charles, La store that is texting and calling customers to give them a heads up about hard to find items. It is causing a lot of issues with the customers. Is this against company policy? I understand you are in business to sell merchandise. But when people are standing waiting on the store to open, with hopes of finding certain items, only to not get anything due to this employees action is wrong.

Good evening my name is Susan Gonsalves I was at your Medford store at 6 oclock this evening Tuesday November 28th I have shopped at your store sinceIt was inside the Meadowglen Mall . There was a display on an end With at least 15 boxes of navy blue low cut suede Minnetonka womans boots this sign above it said $29.99. When they were around up at the register they were $39.89. I have them call the manager and I told her what the sign posted sad And all of a sudden an employee went running over there and grab the sign off of the endcap and said that someone was changing the end caps and forgot to take the sign off in my eyesight I didnt see anyone in that department doing anything . I used to work in retail and what ever the price posted was we gave it to the customer I left that store very unhappy I would like someone to call me back

tried to call to get my balance and to know that the payment to pay off my bill was in fact completed since I had not seen the money taken out since I paid on the 20th Sep. however, I had someone by the name of Lynn in the filipines continue to ask me far and above personal questions after stating to me that she had pulled up my acct., not feeling comfortable with the personal questions and backside of security code for my card I refused to give her that and my full social security number date of birth etc........then I called the corporate office and spoke to the operator and she passed me on to a Ben whom he said was a manager....all he could do is gobble gook wordsmith with me and frustrated me even more. finally I just told him that I felt I was speaking a wall with what I needed to accomplish and conversation over with him. hung up and found this and I am so frustrated and upset on trying to find out info on my acct and why I have a print out that says my acct is paid in full but nothing more and no money removed from checking to paying the bill. I pulled it up again to see my bill and didn't show that I had paid it off but showing what was owed with payment 0 and date due. I am completely baffled and frustrated to no limit here with the kind of customer service provided. Not sure I want to use my card anymore which would mean that I would have to deal with this again,,,,,,,,,,,,,do not like someone in a foreign country knowing all my personal info ,,,,,,,,,,,,not going to happen, give them the last 4 digits of card last 4 digits of social and nothing more should be able to pull up acct without any problem,,,,,,,,,,,so no date of birth full social etc is unacceptable.....
unhappy card holder

Marshalls Bay Plaza, Bronx NewYork

I visit the store regularly. This store is kept clean, neat especially in the Shoe Department. PIERINA KEEPS the shoe department free of open boxes, single shoes, etc., allowing customers to shop without hazard.

Thank you Marshalls for having Pierina in your employment. Definitely an asset to your company.

How disappointing that Marshalls- TJMaxx are not supportive of Ivanka Trump's products. There are many who support the new president. BTW Ivanka is not the President. At least weekly I buy products at your stores and have for years. Your company's behavior is small and mean spirited. Your customers deserve better. Shame on you.

Will stop shopping st your stores. Decision to stop selling Ivanka Trump merchandise is wrong. We are reaching out to others to boycott your stores.

I am writing to tell you how disappointed I am to see you cave to political pressure. Getting behind# grab my wallet, you have allowed shopping to enter the political arena. Placing yourself on one side of a polarize nation can't be good , instead of remaining neutral. If you are so proud of your commitment, please display your views on your website or better yet on the doors of your stores, so ALL your devoted customers can be aware of your stance. We should be empowering a young woman's successful endeavors instead of punishing her for...what exactly? Why not leave the decisions on what to buy up to the consumer? cowardly behavior on your part. You can bet I will #grab MY wallet and never return to Marshall's. Sad and cowardly behavior on your part.

Shame that your stores will be losing my family's business because of dropping Ivanka Trump's line. It is ridiculous that buying skivies has turned political. Management's focus should be spent on setting your stores apart from competitors, providing a unique place to shop. Now, you're just another brick and mortar store whose brainless business decisions, will only accelerate Marshalls inevitable death spiral.

You need to drop Ivanka Trump's line.
I would hate to stop shopping here if you don't. I am not the only one that feels this way. My sisters are serious shopaholic at your store& are willing to stop shopping here too.

I got a Michael Kors bag n boots for christmas with no gift receipts and the person who gave them to me lost his receipt. I tried to return the items at the Wethersfield Ct store because I was told to by the manager but when I got there on Dec 30th 2016 the staff were not willing to give me store credit or exchange the size of the boots and were treating me as if the items were stolen.

This comment is about Rebecca, a sales associate at the Marshalls at 7507 N Clark St., Chicago, Illinois. I was on my way to Jewel and I saw Marshalls store, so I went in to just look around. I didn't know exactly what I wanted. I picked up a shirt and I decided to look for a salesperson and Rebecca was right there. I asked her a couple of questions and she was very sincere and answered all questions. I was about to walk out without buying anything, but Rebecca showed me a shirt and I did like it so I decided to take it. Being in customer service and sales for so long, I can tell when I see somebody smiling because they just have to smile to you or somebody trying to sell you because they have to sell, but it's no emotion with it. What struck me with Rebecca, the smile came very naturally and the sales was very natural, and that's what is most important when you get connected with your customer. Very well done, Rebecca. I will definitely come back.

I was so disappointed today when I went to pick up my christmas layaway at the marshalls store in hiram, ga. They looked for my layaway for about 20min. When the cashier returned she said they couldn't fine it . They had lost it do to the many layaway Å› that they have had this Christmas. I was so hurt because I have shopped at Marshalls for many years and this never happened to me before. I don't think the people who work there really understand how losing someone's purchase really matters and they should go the extra mile to see things like losing someone's layaway don't happen. I am very disappointed and I have decided not to shop at Marshalls anymore. A once very loyal costumer.

I have never seen such junk for merchandise as this year at Marshalls. Buyers should LOOSE THEIR JOBS for the way they have stocked your stores this year. My prediction is that you are going to have an awful lot of merchandise left after the holidays. It's all geared to pop culture and poorly dressed young people. Terrible hats, scarves and gloves and sleep wear. Men's and women's selection is the worst I have ever seen EXCEPT for coats. And the front end manager in Newburyport wears a bull ring through her nose to work. Classy.

Until last month his mom just know someone withdrawal her money. It
shows that LA management team is unprofessional, they didnt informed cardholder for charging. Finally, when we go to cancellation and refund, the manger whose name is Iman Sanei promise us give him 2 days to work outbut after 2 days nobody reply usand the we call LA front deskthey tell us Iman went to vacation. I believe that LA's manager is happiness can go to vacation whether they want. Then I come todayno one can help us, the manager still disappear. Now I feel cold and so

Associates are very rude when asked if they can open the restroom door for the customers. Associates also huddle together which it looks bad because it seems like if they're not working.

I shop in Marshalls, Kearny, NJ at least 3 times a week and today I was in the store and never saw it such a mess. There were boxes everywhere and rolling carts in the ways of so many isles. I was very dissappointed in this shopping experience.

To whom it may concern I have been a loyal customer and has always thought of Marshall's in high regard. But I had a very unpleasant experience this past Friday. At the Marshall's in willow Grove pa. I was unfortunately there around 3pm -4pm. At checkout counted 19 people in line more than half were seniors. I requested that manager be called and open more register. Only two register was open. I have two issues the lack of adequate open register. But the main issue is a young white woman a bit on the husky side. She thought it was amusing my request for more register to open. I can't remember being so insulted and annoyed by your employee total unprofessional and lack of of concern. When I asked Lorraine what was her name she said she didn't know. I also expressed my concerns which was obviously ignored in my presence. I want to add that Lorraine was apologetic. The young woman had her hair in a bunch and wore a faded denim jacket she stood out because most Marshall's employees don't present themselves in such unprofessional garb. There are many many options for consumers to spend their dollars no one has to put up with any store and there poorly trained staff. I would like a response to this complaint. My email my home number Thank you for a speedy response. This young woman should not be up front directly dealing with customers.

My son had bought a pair of shorts that were too big and had asked me to exchange them for the proper size. He couldn't find the receipt but I didn't think it would be a problem since all the tags were in place. The next day I went in and tried to return them and was told that the shorts were not coming up in the system, therefore, they could not take them back. I then requested to speak to a manager because this didn't make any sense to me. A female manager came and basically told me the same thing. I told her this doesn't make any sense especially because all the tags were still in place and there is a return policy on the wall stating "if you don't have a receipt, store credit will be issued". She said it does not apply to everything and once again, it's not coming up in the system". I asked her to bypass the system and she said she couldn't so I asked to speak to the General Manager. The General Manager came and I told him I was getting offended and not understanding what the big deal was and that I was feeling like I was a criminal. He apologized and told me there might of been something wrong with the tags so he allowed me to exchange the shorts. I was upset because what they put me through and I don't think I ever want to shop there again!! This is Marshall's in Sacramento, CA on Florin Road.
