I came to the Friday's location in Waldorf,MD. The manager was the serving as the bartenders the serving. He was very unattendtive,nor the he acknowledge to say anything but ran to the back and was eating. I had to ask for utensils several time as well as additional dishes. The dishes were dirty. As paying customer, I feel that the service was very unacceptable and unsatisfactory.

I have been trying to combine my accounts for the rewards program for 2 weeks now. I've called and cannot get a person to talk to. I've emailed and haven't received a response, I've gone to the restaurant and they tell me I have to call the 800 number. I have 208 points that I can't use because I can't access my accounts. It's frustrating when your answer is an automated voice telling me to go to tgifridays.com and log into your account. I CANT LOGIN. That's the problem. I hope someone responds to this.

TGI Friday on laburnum ave have the worst service ever. I have been coming here for many years and the service has't changed. Our server told us that if we order our drinks from the bar that we had to order our food from the even though we were sitting in a booth. The manager didn't even seem to care. The server number is 729 and the store number is 2208

We had a table booked for 7 people at 14.00 today at Cribbs Causeway we arrived on time and waited for someone to seat us,10 minutes later when no one even bothered to acknowledge we were waiting even though they clearly saw us we decided to eat elsewhere.Decent common courtesy and customer care were certainly lacking today .

I love going to TGI, but I also love the app to receive points. But unfortunately these last 3 visits I haven't been able to add my points. I asked the waiter to do it for me but he stated he couldn't either.

Went to Rivergate Nashville location today after staying away for few years due to bad experiences. Worse than last time no draft beer you have ruined potato skins ( now need a knife )
No more vanilla bean cheesecake bad service
I will NEVER return. Why do you get rid of best things on menu?
Even changed nachos.

The Rockville Maryland Pike Friday's is not what it use to be. I have been a customer for years and not my compliants are as follows:
1. No one opes and closes the HEAVY doors for seniorrs or anyone must of the time
2. Bathrooms are out of towels or the container is running over
3. Dishes are not removed after use, coming into a dirty are is not appealing
4. Can't get a new password on my phone; been trying for a month. CAN'T GET FROM RESTURANT OR CORPORATE.
5. I have over 500 points that can't show on my phone the app does ot work.

I am attempting to use my rewards but after downloading my app on new phone i'm not aware of my password. When attempting to reset password your email goes into SPAM and i receive several hours later in a group email relating all SPAM emails received. At that time when able to open your email I receive a message relating the time has lapsed to use the reset link.

I would change me email address to another email account if i knew how or even reset my password but i not able to get a password to reset either nor ever get the pleasure to use my earned rewards. Last night when eating at TGYF I was advised by staff the only way i'm able to use is by going online to utilize my account. Allegedly I currently have 1112 rewards point. I have had my card for MANY years and many rewards have since expired due to this same issue. i'm tired of feeling used.

I have also tried calling your customer service but options aren't providing me an option to speak to a person after finding your links don't provide a solution to my continued issues.

Been trying to reach customer service 1800 number for 2 days. Went to Fridays on Thursday had 247 reward points only used 100 but it took 200 off. Is the 1800 not working there should be a recording or something stating that the line is not working at this time. It's a very inconvenient that your unreachable.

Hello, the wife and I dined out at the strongsville Ohio location, as soon as we sat down we put our points coupon for a free rib or steak

Meal, we had several drinks and appetizers, after a couple hrs talking with people, we asked for our bill, and I always tip for the full amount regardless of coupon or not. On way home I thought to myself that bill was very high, the wife looked at it and our coupon was not deducted, that should have been $20.49 less. There is no reason this should have happened, there was only a couple people in the bar, but the bar made was more concerned about talking with her husband on the phone.i called the manager of the store, SCOT and he said there was nothing he could do. He said he would have to look for the coupon, my points were deducted 150 and shows in my Friday's account. We are furious this manager did nothing for us , I will give you time to resolve this issue, or I will dispute this charge with my card company.

Went to the TGIF,in framingham/ Natick Mass...it was terrible..1).table was dirty 2)stains on the place mats,odd pink Mark on inside of napkin.3) bloody Mary's,All ice,..4) slow service from All..5) French dip sandwiches dry and meat overcooked,6)French fries not v.hot,onion rings hard and cold
I could go on....we were travelling and didn't hv time to reorder or go elsewhere..
The help was friend Ly ,but slow...it was abt noon....there were only 3 tables for the staff we had..
All and all it was annoying and frustrating,and left hungry...we will never go to that place again!

Just ate at Friday's in Port Charlotte Florida. They pulled a Bait and Switch on us. Had advertised, Buy One, Get One Free. No exclusions listed. Just had to buy One Entree and Two drinks. Did exactly that and after bad service, gave the server our coupon with the payment. Manager said it couldn't be used. Wasn't outdated. The Manager was very indignant and didn't offer any solution to help this situation which was created by a false advertisement. Never expected this from Friday's that we have always enjoyed going to by ourselves and with many friends. Will never go to Friday's if this Bait and Switch is allowed. I have never complained at any restaurant but thought Corporate should know what this Manager is allowing without correcting!

I visit the Bridgewater N.J. TGIF at least three times a week and I am very pleased with the friendliness and cleanliness of it. However I hear you are going to remove the Turkey Avacado Club Sandwitch from the menu, PLEASE DON'T its a great sandwitch and I order it frequently.

I, female, went into Friday to have a drink ! I was told, that I can sit at the bar for special pricing. I was given a menu and was never waited on. 🙁 So what do you think about Friday's serves? Or what is really going on ?

I stood at the entrance of TGI Friday's at the ATL airport for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the greeter at 5:10 PM on 10/16/2018. Another person walked up and the greeter was going to seat them right away. She then starting being loud and rude towards me. I will NEVER eat at a TGI Friday's again.

I am a Friday's cardholder. I am trying to redeem points but your website does not recognize my email address in order for me to redeem my points. Please help! I believe I have over 200 points to redeem!

I will appreciate hearing from you ASAP as I plan to visit Friday's tomorrow, 4/5, as I do every Thursday!

I live in Albuquerque New Mexico. Got a certificate and found out all your restaurants are out of business. They would/could not return my $25. This was very disappointing!!!!! The store is still selling them!

Fridays in Brea has a big issue. Had a bad waiter named Keith. The manager Carlos would not give his last name. Bad services every time we get this waiter. Was going there a few times a week. Will never go to Fridays again. Peace out.

Hello just wanted to let you know I went to one of your facilities in Miami Fl on 27 ave and Pembroke Pines. Haven't been there in years but saw your commercial about unlimited appetizers! So after shopping with the family decide to go there and enjoy relaxe and eat. We were a party of 5 I had many other restaurant choices around me but I picked once Friday's thinking let me give it another chance. First let me say we order our drinks the appetizers got there before the drinks. My drink got there when the main food got there without the glass that I had asked for!!! Apart from that everyone got their food correctly except again me!!! I order the ribs and shrimp plate! They brought me just the ribs and the sides and I had to ask were are the shrimps? They advise they were still being cooked. I returned the plate and the next plate they brought me when everyone was finish eating was cold ribs cold fries and hot shrimps!! I returned it and said no thank you! They did not charge me for that plate but they charge me for everything else which I called the Manager which he knew what was going on and told him it wasn't fair that I was just not being charged my plate that I wanted a discount. He could only give me a 10%. I was going to pay the entire bill for my family because it was my choice of place to go. But deceide not to. I paid almost $70 just for 2 people and it was 5 the rest paid their own which that was not my plan. So sad to say that I never got to eat my plate but had to pay for everyone else.... Very bad experience and never wanted for my other family members to pay their own food but they did because I refused to pay the whole bill since I wasn't able to participate and have a nice and pleasant time with my family!!!! One of my family member's nd me got into an argument because I was voicing my concern!!! Very bad experience and a very bad after taste with family members...

On Sunday April 2017 around 3pm. I ate lunch at Friday's on Chipawa Avenue. When I sat down at the bar. The server Ignored me as I waited. Once I received my food the server refused to give me napkins and silverware. The manager then came into the bar area. At that time a black bald man took a picture of me without my consent and the manager ignored the incident.
