Chilis has always been one of my family's favorites but within the last year the Tupelo, MS location is somewhat lacking in all areas. We have been there at least three times this last month and when we have walked in the dining area has been quite empty and we've been told it will be at least a 45 minute Wait I asked if they didn't have enough staff and they said no they just had several large parties. There were no large parties only 2-4 people sitting at the few tables that had people in them. Why would they continually turn people away There was a couple behind us the greeter told it would be and hour wait. What is the problem ?

The food is nasty. Managers come to work drunk and severs don't have on gloves when they make customers orders. There are roaches and things be in the drinks.

We want to compliment our server, Kimberly (Kim) for her superior service, good smiles, helpful in every way.
She treated us so well!

I am so disappointed with the food I ordered (curbside pick up). The lettuce looks like it came from a bag. I got a large salad and it looks like "Sam" just threw a handful in the container. I can't believe Chili's charges 12.00 for this. Your food used to be good. I would take it back, but I've had a long week and am too exhausted. I can assure you I won't be spending my hard earned money at Chili's ever again!

You offer if I buy a gift card I can receive a gift card online. Stupid. It's why I don't participate. I want to be able to go to a chili's and get my $10 card for buying a $50 card

Absolutely horrible, racist experience will never come back waitress ignored our table we were the only white people in there and strived for other tables 0 refills and didn't even have the courtesy to bring our food they sent a older white lady that worked there to give it to us let alone Undercooked and pink burgers. Sad to say I used to love chillys and preferred it over Applebee's but I will never be disrespected like that again by a restaurant and their customer service phone number isn't answering calls typical for how my service has been.

EXTREMELY unhappy with my experience. I drive 35 minutes to the Sandusky Ohio location and it wasn't worth it. 3 weeks ago I got steak fajitas with no peppers and it was loaded with them. I'm allergic. They said they would send me coupons for my next visit. Got nothing. Tried again tonight and was told that removing peppers was not an option. They said they could. Also tonight I ordered skillet queso. I noticed that there was less than a 1/4 bag of chips. I asked for more and the kitchen said that they had no more and weren't making any more. I ordered at 8pm and the restaurant is open till 10. Why did a manager need to make chips? Should have just taken what they sent me since there was LITERALLY 1/4 cup of skillet queso (yes I measured it). In the time of COVID, when I'm trying to support restaurants; Really not worth it.

I would like to report a complaint of a serious sexual harassment case. The new dishwasher showed my girlfriend who's been constantly sexually harassed at Chili's his private area on a video on his phone during work. She immediately told the manager and all the manager did was warn him not to do it again bc my girlfriend got the last dishwasher fired for telling her hewas going to kidnap her. Also he would always follow her into the walk in fridge and shut the lights off with her in it. Very creepy people get hired at this place constantly and the sexual harassment never ends.

My husband went to pick up our dinner which was supposed to be ready at 6:30 on a Friday night he got there at 6:27 texted me and I called them to let them know he was outside. I was on hold until after 7pm and got disconnected twice and called back during this time the lady came out not to ask for my husbands name but to tell him to move out of the way ( he was on the curbside pickup lane) and move into a parking spot so she could help more people he asked if his food was ready and she said idk what's your name and he told her she went inside and when she came back outside she went to another car to take them their food and help other people after another 10 minutes my husband asked when she walked out the door if his food was ready she asked for his name again and went back inside and came out with food that was supposed to be ready 35 minutes ago so either it wasn't ready or it was and they just let it sit there it was cold when he got home we were also missing the ranch dressing for the salad, the dipping sauce for the chicken tenders and one our side items plus the dessert we ordered. The lady was rude she wasn't helpful this is the worst time we have ever had there. I will not be going back.

I was told I was fired for being scared to work with this virus and I have a lung condition. I got booted out of system, then my GM me it's up to managers if I get my 16 year job back. Just for corporate knowledge I have photos of the GM doing this that aren't allowed. Friends with crew hangs out with them not at work, photos of him on top a crew members shoulder's in the kitchen, he has married 2 crew members dated one while they worked together he wasn't a manager, the other quit so she and he could let everyone know they were dating now getting married. How is this taking place. Also they never checked our temperature for the virus and let crew members work sick that is when I said I was to afraid and they never told me I was gonna lose my job. I can't even get unemployment for the weeks I thought I had a job so I hadn't filed yet. I feel as though this company is irresponsible and clearly you need to look into your restaurant's. I was even a manager in training so I know this shouldn't have been happening. All I know is Cookeville TN 0532 needs to be closed down they weren't following the rules for the virus. They are breaking company standards. I am looking into a lawsuit for the fact I lost my job and never was told I could get it back when I ask my GM. I haven't reapplied because who wants to work for manager's that don't want you. That being said I had the best numbers in the region and I had tons of people that ask just for me.

I visited a Chili's in Thibodaux,Louisiana on March 3,2020 I went to the ladies restroom there was some kind of fungus growing out the floor in the stall there was dust all over the tiles and doors! To make it even worse our server was so exhausted she kepting forgetting stuff we asked for she apologized and say they were so shorthanded to a point it wasn't even funny! Our Texas fries were fried so hard they looked like they were refried to seem hot! I wish I could upload these pictures i took of the appearance of the restroom I can only imagine what the men's bathroom looks like, thos is very sad for a nice restaurant

Please stop automatically giving straws in drinks, give the customer the choice of saying no to a straw!!! I can actually drink from a glass without a straw.

I went into the Chili's in at augustine Florida today to purchase gift cards. The cashier had to call Marshall - the manager. He walked out and never made eye contact with me. Too busy talking to two employees who he was Regis for to talk into working longer today even though both were coughing and said they were so sick. He processed the gift cards and agai. Never looked or thanked me. Poor customer service and who wants to hear how two sick servers were going to work a longer shift. I frequent this location often but will not anymore if that's the customer service they provide. Miller needs a stern talking too and another course in how to treat employees and customers.

Twice now i have been to a chili's in legacy place palm beach gardens and they were out of fajitas.
I think that is the equivalent of IHOP being out of pancakes.
One of reasons i go.
Are they really out or just a lazy wait staff and poor management.
Once... maybe
Twice.. in less than 2 weeks.
Wtf?
Will never go back

This past Sunday I ate at the Chili's located at Custer and 121 in McKinney Texas.
Our food came barely warm. Our drinks were never refilled. I had to ask for a water to go because I'm a diabetic and drink more water than most.
I am also gluten intolerant. I ordered a burger without a bun. It was almost cold upon arrival. Being really hungry I dismissed it.
While eating the burger with a knife and fork the paper on the metal try was tearing and I swallowed the brown paper, after waiting for a plate (the proper way to serve a wet burger with all the fixings on the bottom) I was disgusted and my dinner I've cold. Your restaurant was very busy and I know things happen. I do not know our servers name but she wasn't that attentive and the kitchen was responsible for the way it was served.

I must tell you this has been the most terrible experience I have had in over 5 years. Coming from a former restaurant manager the management in this place needs serious help. I saw my server three times . The whole 2 hours we were there. Once, to take our order, the second to bring the last two plates we were waiting for out of 7. As she gave one of us a bbq sauce for the chicken tenders she spilled bbq sauce ( basically the whole cup) on a brand new pair of adidas pants and a pair of Birkenstock's. She never once apologized.(which I'm sure are both ruined) The third, was to clear two plates, And ask for a dessert order. She deleivered the dessert with everything still on our table. After waiting for 15-20 mins for another cocktail or a refill we figured out we could pay our bill online. What a joke. What she ruined in clothing on my child wasn't worth the crap $100 meal we had. As for the food!!?? A totally different story. Every tender was so over cooked and dry to the bone. Basically tasted burnt without the look. The fajitas were a joke. There was a whole peeper raw on the platter. And the chicken was basically a precooked breast thrown on a hot skillet with water thrown on it to make the effect. I'm not expecting gourmet but more than a fast food joint.

Then!!!, To top it off I had to use the restroom. Low and behold it was absolutely disgusting and the kicker!!! No freaking toilet paper!! Exactly why you should never cut servers before 7pm. Extremely disappointed and will probably never return.

I was with my Husband one night having dinner and I witnessed a Manager yelling and pointing her finger at an employee in front of everyone seated having dinner.. The employee looked defenseless and embarassed. THIS ISNT PROFESSIONAL I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CHILIS I HAVE VIDEO ALSO THAT WILL BE SENT OUT! MALL OF GEORGIA CHILIS PEOPLE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! NEVER AGAIN

Never again would I step foot with my family in this restaurant again after eating dinner at the Plainfield IL location . 6/03/2019 at 7;30. Was made to feel as though we were some low class customers that were going run out on the bill owed .

I came to chili's on Goodman rd there were many tables but no waitress to cover the tables, we sat for over an hour waiting many people came and left

I was very disappointed when I ordered an awesome blossom and they gave me some kind of awesome petals it was nowhere near what I remember an awesome blossom being and I certainly wasn't going to spend eight dollars for it you guys should reconsider your menu and go back to the awesome Blossom

Last night I visited your location at 7th St. and Bell Rd. in Phoenix AZ. I went to the restroom to clean up after eating my meal and returned to find the remainder of my meal gone and someone else sitting at my table. I had planned to return to my table and finish my meal and watch the last few minutes of the game on the tv. If this is the kind of bum rush service to be expected at your locations I will not be returning again.

I took my family of 5 for lunch.
Few things really surprised me...
Ribs were cold...
They brought us disposable utensils in plastic wraps:)
Me and my son we ordered coffe. I was absolutely shocked, both mugs were so dirty, like someone just used them. Handles were in red sauce. BOTH OF THEM!!!
Then I kindly asked to bring coffe in another mug. Next mug was dirty again...
I made a big mistake and took few sips from that cup. Few days past, I have sore throat....
I really hope that I�m wrong and I didn�t get that from that dirty mug.
Please please make sure they wash it, it�s very scary to think that I used contaminated mug..yak...

I visited your Salisbury, MD store today and ordered the guiltless sirloin. I asked for to be cooked medium and it came out more in the well done side. My server, Tiffany, immediately said she would have the kitchen cook another. I told her that was not necessary but she insisted. The manager came to the table to apologize as well. I do not normally eat at chain restaurants but I will make Chili's an exception because of the outstanding customer service.'

We ate lunch at the Chili's in Franklin Tennessee on Columbia Rd today for lunch. We were there for an hour. The table beside us was being busied when got there. The floor under the table was covered with cereal. 3 people checked on the table. A party of four asked for another table because of the floor. No one swept the floor. It was very unappetizing.
