I've tried your number and no live person. Yesterday one was suppose to call me back and didnt. Today I put in serial number and on line tells me it's wrong. Flustrated with no support to switch over phone. Something that should be simple has effected my work and daily life. Your service for my money sucks! Try calling me

my names is Bessie Eubanks and I have been a customer for a long time. Now, my phone is turned off. I entered the new card number last month, but this month I got a message telling me to top up. How many times do I have to give the card information.

Well I decided that I want a new service and a new phone. Can you send me some information on how to get a different phone and include a smart phone infor?

Have tried to top up my account but instead of beingmelt logged in As I always have been I discovered i wasn't! Why? Virgin asked me to log in but when I entered my password it was rejected! I tried to reset my password Virgin wants an ID#, have no idea what that is since my only ID is my cell# and my pass word
Please reinstate my passwor and log me in to my account. I've been trying to log in since 6:00 last night!

I have reached out to Virgin Mobile for at least a month to try and troubleshoot my phone all to no avail they have been unable to help me I cannot connect to the 4G LTE network and I'm paying for it every month this is quite disturbing I have been with Virgin Mobile for over 10 years and now they have got to be the worst cell phone company I've experienced please help

No phone now after activating a new one on virgin mobile, can't use old one now. How the hell can you not have access to customer service or email the problem, or chat with someone to fix this. Nothing no way to contact anyone in any way.

I have been trying to contact someone concerning my account refund. Virgin mobile removed towers from my service area subsequently I lost services. I requested technical support with no support in sight. I request a refund and was denied with no contact from the actual department. This is unfair practice. You cannot take money and not provide a service.

This number is absolutely no help whatsoever! I could not understand the person I spoke to practically at all. The woman had no knowledge at all of what the problem was and kept telling me to double click the icon, which I could not get to because the phone would not work at all. She told me it was because I pushed the Talk Back button, If they know that, why is there even a Talk Back button. It locked my phone and completely disabled any other function, while talking back continuously, which was really unnerving.

My name is Lashel Barrett I paid virgin mobile 2x being the Walmart Virgin Mobile is different from other virgin mobile I paid twice I'm trying to get my refund but no one seems to know what I'm talking about I have proof bank statement which i did fax no one is getting back to me.I'm trying to get this issue resolved to get my money refunded $45.04 thank you

First off let me start by saying that I cannot believe you can reach absolutely no one at Virgin Mobile except their less than efficient Custer Service Reps. I have two accounts with Virgin Mobile, one for myself and one for my grandson. Lately I have been having problems when paying the account on line with both payments ending up on one phone. I have tried everything, even waiting a day between payments. The last time it happened I called CS and they were able to transfer one payment over to the account that had not be credited. OK..so today it happened again. I called CS and the first young lady I spoke with was very nice, said she could see the issues I had had in the past and would check with her super to see if they could go ahead and transfer the one payment over to the other account. She came back and told me no..that he said they couldn't do that. I asked to speak with him but let me tell you that "Charlie" was less than helpful. First off he told me that he could not see where there had been any issue in the past.,funny how quickly those reports fell off their computers between the time I spoke with the young lady and then him. Then he told me he could put a request in to have the money returned to my account which would take about three days. Of course I balked...Why do I have to wait for my money for a computer glitch in their system? I asked him to put his boss on the phone. He advised he could not do that so I asked him for Corporate Headquarters phone number to which he replied they didn't have one. Don't think he was kidding...searched all over the internet to no avail. The ones I did find had been changed or disconnected. Think I found a fax number but not sure. Don't know what is going on with Virgin Mobile but they seem to be going downhill fast. Their phone selection has changed so now if you want a decent phone you have to get an I Phone whether you want one or not or settle for a lower grade. Their customer service people are rude and obnoxious (This one tried to make me think I was crazy and didn't know what I was taking about and insisted I had never called in an issue). That's what we get I guess for dealing with suppliers that have all of their support overseas. So in conclusion, here I sit with no resolution except to either let it ride on the account THEIR system posted it on or wait 3 days for it to be returned to my account, neither of which is satisfactory but as we all know they have you by the b.....

I was messaging with someone by the name of Christopher from virgin mobile last night but lost him before my problem was fixed. He said he would set up my package for me but I lost him before it was done. Before I left home on Friday I thought I has added a us package for my phone to include 100 minutes of talk time and 1000 texts for &30. I did this on the Wednesday before I left. However when I started my travels in the USA I find my package is not set up and he could find no record of it. He assured me he could or would set it up for me but I lost him before it was confirmed. Could or would someone please help me with this problem. Elizabeth Gibbs

I have an older phone that is a pay as you go. It stopped working because I may have forgotten to top up or didn't use. I'm not sure which. At any rate my account was cancelled due to this and the fact I forgot my pin#. I lost about $75 dollars of carry-over minutes. I don't think this is the way to treat customers.

I need help restoring my husband's cell phone service . This is my fourth time contacting Virgin Mobile. My last call regarding my husbands phone (Paul Patera) was last week (approx 1/7/16). Benjamin promised me the service request would be escalated and restored and service is still not restored. The first call ( approx dec 28) i made the cust service person told me that many customers accidentally had their service cut off and that they would be restoring service and remaining balance in approx 48 hours. Second cust service told me 48 to 72 hours and third rep told me that they would escalate it and still no service as of last night. Fyi- there is a credit card on file for auto payment. Could you please help restore my husbands cell phone service as soon as possible?

I purchased a Virgin Mobile Galaxy 5s cellphone new on ebay because the Virgin Mobile was unable to sell me a Galaxy 5s. I called and set the phone up with Virgin Mobile and there was no indication by Virgin Mobile that there was anything wrong with the MEID; it was free and clear. Which is the directions given on the Virgin Mobile site. About 2 weeks (9/10/15) later the phone, phone number and my accounts were frozen by Virgin Mobile with out any contact by from them indicating there was a problem and a $546.96 charge applied to my account. I called customer support and they said I ordered the phone and reported it lost/stolen. I did not and there were no charges to any of my bank or credit accounts. I asked for a supervisor and then a manager. What was determined is that the person who originally ordered the phone for them reported it lost stolen (I assume in the last day or so) and received their money back. They then alerted the fraud department and shut off my phone. Without contacting me in any way. They told me I needed to email (which has no phone number) about the issue and I did. Then I contacted Ebay and the seller. The seller reports this happening to every phone in a lot that he purchased and is willing to give my money back when the phone is returned. However, I cannot return the phone because Virgin Mobile has a charge for it on my account. Ebay is more than willing to solve this and return my money as soon as I get them a statement from Virgin Mobile Fraud department that it was stolen. Then Ebay will start an investigation on their side of things into the theft. I called back Virgin Mobile several times yesterday. The first time I was told the manager was elevating my claim and she or Fraud would get back to me within a half an hour. I waited an hour and called back to be told that they would make sure the fraud department was aware and would call me back before the end of the business day. So I sat by my home phone (Thank God we got one for the kids) missing meetings and having friends take my kids to after school activities waiting for a call that never came. Just before 8pm I called customer service back and eventually got to a manager who was straight with me and said the Fraud Department was never going to get back to me that day and on average it takes 5 days for them to get back to you on a case. Which is totally unacceptable because with no notification they shut down my primary phone number and put a huge charge on my account. I can not proceed legally with Ebay until I get an affidavit from Virgin Mobile. I called the FTC commission this morning and filed a complaint with them and the Better Business Bureau but I am at a loss what to do with my stolen phone and lack of a cell phone to use.

While activating my new phone was disconnected. The customer service agent has not called me back! Has not activated either phone and now I have use of no phones!!! I m shivaji suresh mandre mobile no- many years we used virgin mobile connection and per month I used Rs 48/-recharge for virgin to virgin 200 local call free.. Today 07/04/2015 I recharge of 48/- recharge Tranc ID - but this recaharge will not successfull activate for virgin to virgin 200 call free pl help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Who is your CIO? I believe you have an IT Systems problem. I recently received an email from top-off telling me my CC will be charged for an account I CANCELLED YEARS AGO. Your customer service keeps asking for private info to access the account. The email was not a spoof. I believe you had a system glitch which caused emails to be sent to cancelled accounts. It is not an issue for customer service with my CANCELLED account. I believe (as an IT professional myself), that there is an IT systems issue. Understanding this is beyond the scope of your customer service people.

I have an Event phone, it keeps shutting off , take battery to restart and the screen freezes . This has happened several times , phone shut off Monday night and will not turn on.

Virgin mobile had been nothing but trouble from day one. I purchased a $90 custom plan along with 3 phones and 3 $20 activation cards for a cost totaling well over $400. Here we are 16 days into my 28 day "contract" and I am still having issues. When I inquired about getting my money back i was told that their refund policy doesn't cover my issues. When I asked what exactly did the refund policy cover I was met with sarcastic apologies and repeated request to hold. I am beyond frustrated and absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service and service in general both provided and not provided.
