I was at the Einstein Bagel shop this morning at University Hills, Denver CO. I believe it is a company owned store and not a franchise. If this was the only Einsteins I have been in, I would never go back. There is NO seating. The employee said is was for convenience. WHOSE? The floor is old and needs replacing as does the entire shop. The girl at the counter could care less about the customer and was rude. You certainly are not doing your franchisees a service.

I have a question about a gift card and I sent multiple emails to get an answer. The website says you will get a response within 3 - 5 business days. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no answer. This is very bad customer service. I am not sure why there isn't a customer service line where you can talk to a live person. My issue would have been resolved with one phone call. Very frustrating!!

My Name Is Megan Mcginley. I Have Frequented The Einsteins Bagels At 3300 South 1300 Est In Salt Lake City,utah For 8 Years!! I Have Always Encountered Very Friendly Personnel.
Today, February 17th Was A Huge Exception. I Had Placed And Paid For An Order One Hour Before Arriving To Pick Up My Order. The Order Was To Be Picked P At 1:30pm. The Traffic Was Horrible Because Of Road Construction. I Arrive Slightly Before 2:00.when I Arrived The Cashier, Bryan Told Me That They Had Thrown My Order Away. I Asked For A Refund. They Informed Me That They Couldn't Do That Because They Had Cleaned Up And The Cash Register Was Locked. The Entire Restaurant Was Cleaned And Chairs Stacked Before 2 Pm.i Was Very Upset That I Received Such Disrespect. The Employees Began Heckling Me And Told Me To Get Out! I Asked For Their Names And They Refused To Give Them To Me. On The Way Out Of The Door, A Bearded Employee Opened The Door And Slammed The Door Into My Right Arm, Causing Bruising To That Arm. I Was In Tears When I Left And A Customer Outside The Restaurant Asked If I Was Alright. They Obviously Witnessed This!
I Am Requesting 100% Refund And Compensation For Treatment And Injury.

I have the obligation to write this comment, unfortunately I have never had any problem with this store, although I have been shopping there for 6 years, last week on the 29th I went to buy my bagels in the morning to take to my coworkers from my restaurant, but I arrived and found everything strange, his place was completely dirty, there was new staff in training without supervision, there was only one woman who shouted from one corner to the other without respecting the customers, they had the man who made me take the shot of the order without any supervision, that's why my order went all wrong and even worse when the woman got involved in it so much so that despite having paid for my desserts she never put them, her rude way and that nothing matters less to the customer. When I arrived at my place I found that my order was not complete, I called and she in a mocking and stubborn and lying way answered me, she told me to come the next day and that she would solve it, however I went and the situation was worse, I felt attacked and discriminated against by a liar and insolent person, nothing cultured or less attentive to her clients. I put it to your knowledge because I cannot let a person who represents your corporation be of this nature with clients, not everyone takes the time to write but only does not go back, I would like you to be very careful when selecting their staff even more so when they represent them. terrible experience hesitating to return to buy another day.

Extremely disappointed today. Went to the Einstein's on Kendall and 122 Ave. and was met with a highly incompetent staff and manager on site. We were there for my son's birthday and immediately asked for the free egg sandwich. After taking our order the Cashier said we needed to be a rewards member to get it. The manager, Cristina Wilson was there but didnot come over to assist. We left and came back with the rewards on hand only to be told that we didn't have points. At that point the manager comes over to say we had to register prior to the birthday. I paid for the sandwich, a médium chai latte and a médium coffee but they did not provide the coffee. Upon request they gave us the coffee in a unsealed cup which spilled on my car floor. This has been the worst experience ever. They are lucky my son didn't get burned.

I visited Einstein bro's earlier today
I treated myself to choco chip coffee cake
I asked if it could be warmed

When I got to my car
It was not warm at all
Also it was so stale

I went back into the store
I told them if items are good I praise if not I speak up

The man behind counter said ok

Nothing else
Never offered to replace
Or refund.

I have sent several emails trying to get a refund from your company and it keeps getting returned to me that it cannot reach your website. Your message says that you are trying to keep your employees safe and it seems as if your corporate offices are closed but your stores are still open exposing your employees to the virus while the corporate office is safe and not responding to requests for refunds. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND YOU HAVE PERMANENTLY LOST A CUSTOMER. FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AT RISK AND HAVE THE CORPORATE OFFICE CLOSED WHEN COLORADO IS OPENING UP AND SOUTH FLORIDA IS STILL ON THE STRICKIST SHUTDOWN IN OUR STATE IS HORRIBLE. JUST WOW! REFUND MY MONEY!!!

I placed an order this morning for pickup under the name of Janet and called the store to find out how long it would take to fill the order only to be told that they didn't have any of the bagels I wanted that they had sold out so I canceled my order. They told me I would have to call corporate to get a refund so, please refund me $28.58. I had $55 dollars in the app and the balance is now $26.42.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Also, could you kindly let me know how long it will take to process my refund? Many thanks for your help, keeping people safe by offering curbside delivery and delivery and also the "Buy a Box" and contributing a box to people in need." Keep up the good work!

I have been collecting the bagels at the end of the day to give to a food soup kitchen. These homeless people sleep on filthy streets, in the freezing cold and are starving!!

It has been decided by you and my local branch that you are no longer giving these away rather you would throw them away. UNBELIEVABLE!

We are all staggered by this decision. We knew long before the Virus scare that there was something int he air and and then you changed your policy back to the free bagels at the end of the day, and now back to greed and suffering and waste!

This is tragic and i hope you reconsider this policy.

I'm very disappointed in the Einstein's stores in Naples, FL because they don't have ancient grain bagels, my favorite. Could you correct this ASAP as we'll be spending our Winter there again this year.

Deterioration of Quality - Not sure what to make of your store in canton, Michigan. When it first opened quality of product was exceptional, over past 6 months seems loke quality of product is no longer a concern as bagels lack flavor, consistency does not exist and freshness of product is poor. Bagels although made daily appear to have day old consistency ( stale ) . Quality control and importance of such does not appear to be monitored nr controlled in this location. Pricing for product exceeds local national competitor and as such makes it difficult to continue to support when so many things are going against

DO YOU NOT PAY YOUR WORKERS? Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels TELL ME WHY I'VE WORKED 10 SHIFTS AT YOUR GLEN ELLYN LOCATION DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE (with Don Kuntz and Rebecca (Becca) Olds) AND ITS AUGUST 5th AND I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID? I have been in contact with Frank B, Rebecca Olds, and Don Kuntz in hopes of having someone help me and all I've received 1) Ignored messages 2) No money & 3) Lack of respect. Rebecca Olds claims that payroll and Don Kuntz have been in contact with me which is NOT true, seeing as I have no missed calls or emails from anyone working through the Caribou Coffee Company chain. I've worked at this "professional establishment" since January of 2018, so I know having the information to mail me my check is readily available. Einstein Bros. Bagels I have numerous co-workers, and message threads, that can serve witness that I've been ignored and my request for MY money has gone neglected. I really did not want to make this a public issue but if you read above you can see why I'm at ends wits

Maitland, Florida store. The outside of the store is disgusting. There are cigarette butts in the mulch that goes around the patio. No effort has been made to clean them up in a long time. Why cannot the corporate office that owns this store come to Maitland, Florida and look at this store. If the company that this store is leased from has the responsibility to keep property clean, they are not doing it!! Panears has signs posted all over, THIS IS A NON SMOKING PATIO. The patio in Maitland needs to be chained off at night to keep people from going up there. Also signs saying NO SMOKING. When I ask management about this, it all goes back to cororate. Filthy, disgusting patio. Management does not care.

I live in Denver Colorado in the Lowry neighborhood. You have a thriving store in lowry that has lacked in cleanliness, store operations and store processes for years.



The average wait time for a bagel is 25 min. Which you will find is a bit insane.

I come to the store just about everyday, the shift manager Taylor always has her mom standing in the back talking, while the other crew members are working, while having a meal i over heard the shift Taylor and her Mom talking about other crew members and the general manager, ordering my food shes rude and carcastic. This shift lead makes the store look bad when im trying to have a good meal and over hear how bad the store is, i will not be returning to the lowry store again or recomend it to anybody

Hello i recently used to work for einstein bros and bagels and coffee at the airport ive been sick three times up there and told the manager name brittany myers that i was getting sick from the food and she did absolutely nothing about that situation and people up there are still getting sick. Brittany the manager was rude towards the associates talking down on them like they wasnt worth nothing The associates dont eat anything from them. The prep people dont wash there hands and most of them have attitudes and talks back to the customers just like the manager brittany does. Over night unsanitary. They dont wash nor clean properly before leaving there stations. I came to them personally and told her about. Still nothing being done. She is the worst manager ever to work with. I've witness prep people using the spatula they stir food with to use it to clean out the drain in the kitchen and then clean it back and reuse it for the next day. Brittany myers told me it was ok to wash out the big black trash we take out side to dump trash to clean it in the kitchen unsanitary. I have pictures from overnight not cleaning there dishes properly and leaving them in the stations till the next morning and i will not work for this company ever again and i will let it be known. Went to your store 16th st mall
Denver, Colorado on 6/29/19
Ordered a wheat bagel with regular cream cheese, warmed not toasted, and cut in half. Waited over 15 minutes with only one other customer before me. Finally I had to ask where my bagel was, gee I guess we forgot, sorry says the worker, I received a cold bagel, asked for it to be warmed which it wasn't, cold as ice, made another one, wasn't cut in half as I requested. Second day in a row at this store where the service was terrible. Time to find a new bagel store.

Hi I was at the Einsteins location in plantation, Florida at the Broward Blvd store. I ordered a lox with cream cheese and the cashier added it on the computer. When I received my cream cheese on the bagel it was flat the manager Nancy was the one who made it. So she told the other person to give me a side of it. I went to ask for another one because I needed it on my other half of the bagel. She tells me no it's $1.50 more for another one. After being a Costumer for 15 years. She had a poor attitude and after she gave me the attitude I asked for a refund. I will never come back to this store and will pass the word out to friends and family about it. Last note: when I have came too the store in the past other staff always made my food correctly and never a problem, but this manager NANCY was not professional and rather throw out the food in the trash then put more cream cheese on my bagel which was flat pancake on it lol. Thank you very much.

Horrible service at the shakopee, MN store waited 5 mins for someone to even acknowledge we were even there then 20 mins to get our drink and food and then when we get to our destination and go to eat our food it wasn't even correct. Tried calling the store over 10 times no one answered then called the customer service line and told them my issues and they want me to wait 24-48 hours for a call back and all i want it my money back for the crappy food and service we just experienced and this isn't the first time I have had crappy service there.

15 year customer, 5+ visits a week, family of 3-4
Current staff does everything within their ability to serve quickly and friendly.
Store is severely under staffed and appears to be without management.
Food quality and portion size has slowly gone downhill over time
One small example is discontinuing raw brown sugar for coffee

Federal hwy and linton blvd
Iwanted to pay for a bagel with two silver dollars US
They told me they don't take that how dum are they
It is US money I walked out said I will never come there again went to DD had no problem with my money
