I'm a huge fan!!! I shop at your CDA store on North Idaho (83815) and your Spokane Valley stores. CDA is one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho and the nation. The inventory (83815) is regularly depleted. Particularly pictures, towels, quality King bedspreads, furniture, highlighter/blush and make-up. Someone needs to cue in on this store and up the inventory levels please. Thank you!!

Bought an item but could not locate the receipt. All tags were on, and it was only 3 days later that I decided to return the item. It was $16.99. The cashier told me I could no longer return any items without a receipt, that I had maxed out my limit. I asked her what that limit was (which could not have been more than $50 for the entire year!) but she said she does not have that info, and that I had to call an 800 #. It was impossible to get them on the phone, and finally when I got someone on the phone she would not tell me what the $ limit was, whether it was for the month, or the year or forever. I tried 6 months later and I still can not return without a receipt, even though the merchandise is still on the shelves!!! The info is shared with Marshalls and Homegoods, and no longer will accept returns with my drivers license!
WHY THE SECRECY? JUST TELL US YOUR POLICY!!!

Hi I was at the Green Oaks TJMaxx in Michigan today making a return I had my receipt and the tags. I purchased the coat a couple months ago and was saving it for the fall unfortunately we had a pretty cold and rainy spring and I decided to wear it on May 12 th. And I also had a crossbody purse over it. It was a Calvin Klein jacket waterproof and had a silver material when I got home it had spots all over from the rain I thought it was a shadow and my purse which was very light had rubbed the finish off?! So I decided to return it obviously it was defective and I know the policy is 30 days with and I only wore it once. I explained to the manager Tiffany that I understood the policy & that I shop at all your stores. She was rude and interrupted me a few times. This is unacceptable to me I have spent thousands of dollars at your stores with the occasional return and Im never rude or condescending. I purchased the coat with the impression that it was a good quality and I actually was very sad that it was made of an inferior material. And I was also purchasing another $100 dollars worth of goods & in the the process of returning I was made to feel like a criminal I think your employees might take into consideration loyal customers that they see almost weekly. She did eventually give a store credit & she spoke to me loudly and rudely making me feel very embarrassed & the cashier smirked and Ive decided to cut up my TJMaxx card and shop elsewhere. Sincerely Carolyn Brisebois

Why offend one-half of your shoppers by taking certain products i.e. Ivanka Thrump off your selections?
My wife spends at least $400.00 per month at your stores in and around Dalton and Chattanooga.
Now she refuses to go. It was the next thing to heaven to her.
Why take that from her because of politics?

Sadly, I will not be shopping at your stores. As an Independent voter I draw the line on going after family members of any President. You need to read up on what Ivana Trump has done in helping and empowering women. Her awards out number the very people who are bullying you. Disappointed!

I've been a customer of your stores since you've been in business. I have 5 girls & have literally spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in your various stores! But since you decided to make shopping in your stores a political statement - myself, my friend's & the 200+ people we have in our family will no longer shop in any of your stores! Shopping should be free of this crappy stance you have taken against a woman (Ivanka) who has done nothing to deserve your bad behavior. It is disgraceful & shameful!!! I went into one of your stores asking were Ivanka's dresses were & was told "Oh, you don't want to buy from her!" Are you kidding me??? I feel sorry for your depletion of integrity! I will personally continue to spread the word & inform people of your pathetic business decisions! Port St. Lucie, Florida does not support your stores!

Will not be shopping at your store or any affiliate stores. Tired of businesses trying to tell us how to think and behave. you are not wise to alienate a significant number of the population.

Corporate Suicide or Corporate Neutral

If you feel you need to speak up about a cause or bash or support a political or social matter from a personal standpoint. Thatââ?¬â?¢s great and you have the freedom to do so. Ask yourself is using a corporate platform really a good idea? The answer is NO! If you have a CEO or board member(s) that think this is okay, then they need to go. Look at the damage Target did to its name, as well as Macyââ?¬â?¢s, Nordstromââ?¬â?¢s, UBER, and now 84 Lumber. Even if you meant something to be non-political, it may not be perceived as you planned it. The best thing to do is simply and honestly state. ââ?¬Å?Our company wishes to remain neutral and concentrate on the satisfaction of our customersââ?¬Â?. State: ââ?¬Å?We will not give our opinion 1 way or the other on any issue and if anyone from this company does give an opinion it does not reflect our company in any way. This is the proper way to do things. Sure; you can give to a charity, but stay out of Social and Political issues because today you have up to 50% or more of your customers to lose depending on which side you choose. If you choose to have your company speak out, you in turn commit Corporate Suicide and people donââ?¬â?¢t forget. Best to stay

Now that I see your corporate headquarters are located in Massachusetts it explains. a lot about you,r policy concerning Ivan's Trump.
As a consumer and many of the people like myself, who are hard working middle class people,, I find what you done to be disgusting
and un-American. I have disagreed with many things that have taken place in the last 8 years but I kept those feelings to myself and
lived my life without forcing my feelings on others. What you have done to this young ladies name and brand smacks of the worst of
America. I am 72 years old and I am proud to say I lived in the times that were kind decent and happy. Somehow, I don't think you
even know what I am talking about, I am sorry for you. I also shop with my wallet and will shop at any of you stores. I know I am only
1 person and you don't care, but I can at least say I am true to myself.

I am so upset that you made my shopping experience political.
I will not be shopping at your stores, and I historically have been in your stores spending big several times a week. I am very sad at what you've done. I have purchased several Ivana dresses and tops from your stores. They are some of my favorites!

I would like to know why you are not caring Ivanka Trump products? Who else recently have you boycotted? I am a huge customer with you , but seeing that you are hurting the customer for reasons that seem political I will not be shopping with you and I will be cancelling my credit card as well . I hope you change your mind on this decision. Working moms count on her clothing line.

Your store use to be one of my favorites . I will not step foot into your store after your recent childlike decision to stop the merchandise of Ivanka Trumps line. What kind of business is this? In case you forgot half of the people in this country agree with his politics. It's not your job to decide how your consumers should think . You have the right to manage your store as you'd like. I have the right to shop elsewhere. Goodbye

Since you will no longer be carrying the Ivanka Trump clothing line, I see little reason to shop your stores. Most of the clothing you sell hangs on the racks looking like old rags that someone already wore for a year and returned. The Ivanka line was fresh and looked like new merchandise, good quality, and had some style. I will return to online shopping, expecting first quality clothing that's in style, not the 3 years old junk you sell.

Please be advised that I spend a lot of money at TJMax. Further be advised that I will not shop there ever again due to what you just did to Ivanka Trump's line which I also purchased there. I will also be calling tomorrow during business hours to cancel my credit card. This company is a disgrace for what you are doing to the children of the President of the United States. Disgusting!

I do a lot of shopping at your,TJ Maxx store I had purchased a pair of shoes in Oct 2016. These, shoes, are coming apart at the seams and have,a bump in the crease. I have only, worn these shoes 2 to 3 times. Anna, mgr and Mariam

Were very rude. Maria had told me to bring in receipt yesterday and, she, would refund my money. Today Anna said,sorry..shoes look worn. So I said so you don't replace defaulted shoes? She,said no. Customer service is,what keeps us,growing in our industry..I know this because I am a executive in a,service industry. I will NEVER buy shoes, again from your store if this is the, situation. Also there, are truly good people, with wonderful communication skills, that would make,a great, asset to this location.

I had the worst customer service experience at the Glendale Arizona location, first let me start by saying I have been shopping TJMaxx for years and I'm disappointed with the quality that continues to decline but that's besides the point. I went in the store with a cousin of mine on 1/8/2017, as we were waiting in line to check out, two registered opene and we walked up to different registers as we were paying seperatly, as I approach the sales person behind the counter questioned why I was there, my cousin and I both told her we were waiting in line and are paying separately , she mentioned something to the fact" This is so confusing", so I asked her what is confusing, she yelled at me " this complicated because of you" referring to me, I said to her excuse me??? She repeated it again to me loud and clear, everyone heard her and one employee that was helping my cousin made a remark," these young employees need to be taught not to dis respect others especially customers, so I asked to speak to the manager, and I will be contacting their head quarters. That was unacceptable behavior.

Worst customerservice ever. They are dishonest and trying to get double paid. I had damaged merchandise that they weren't will8ng to help me with at all . I had a retail location so I knew I was covered via ups. They took care of it and paid right away so I asked why they wouldn't pay me back since they got paid twice, they said they never got payment fr9m ups. I had that documentation so. Frustrating as I like there stuff but will not shop where treated so badly

The store in Edgewater Commons in NJ is the dirtiest store I have ever seen in the world. Stool was on the bathroom floor along with wet toilet papers. The merchandise is all over the floor. Carpets, towels all thrown all over. Cosmetics, broken bottles again all over. Shoes without their pairs and on and on.

Not very happy. I purchased a jacket and after 2 weeks it looked like it was 1year old. The material had lint all over it and it had not been washed yet. I can't imagine what it will look like after it has been washed. TJ Maxx would not allow me to return the item. Very sad the store does not stand behind the products it sales.

I was the only person waiting in line today at the michigan city store. There was an issue at another register that 2 cashiers were handling. There were 4 associates behind the registers. One person, jamie b. Wad free to ring me up, but chose to ignore me. How rude.

Manager Delano at the TJ MAX on Rainbow and Lake Mead refused to honor the 30 day return policy on some defective headphones we bought there. He said we bought them 2 weeks prior so why didn't we come in the next day, I said because your policy pretends to be a 30 day return policy so I came when I had time to. He argued with me, was very rude with me and again refused to honor your 30 day return policy which is clearly posted on signs in your store. This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved anywhere and all over a mere $10 product. Is this really the TJ MAX way? Is this really how poorly you trear all your customers over a matter of pennies? Is this really how poorly you train management that is suppose to be ideal representatives of TJ MAX? Is TJ MAX's true values in disrespecting customers and NOT honoring your OWN return policies? Because this is how YOUR manager representative Delano at the TJ MAX on Rainbow & Lake mead in Las Vegas, NV portrayed your entire company. Let me end by saying we called ahead of time going into full details over the phone, where the representative on the phone confirmed for us that the defective headphones we bought from your store was well within the return policy so we were able to bring it in to return it, which we did that same day, but was disrespected in tone, in talk and in lack of honoring your OWN return policy.
