The Unlimited Ink is a scam. I ordered ink replacements directly from Epson. Submitted all the correct documentation and they declined my rebate repeatedly. I have receipts, photos, everything they asked for. When I called, they barely spoke english and were of no help. The printer is great but I am extremely disgusted with their business ethics. I will not be buying from them again.

I have a EcoTank ET-4766 printer that I like very much, but the paper-feed went bad after 6 months use. Calle customer service, but was kept on hold for an hour. After several attempts gave up. I thought maybe I could get a replacement, but gave up trying on the phone and buying a new one at Costco, which as a very good warranty program. Sorry, but can't say the same for Epson.

I have been ordering directly from EPSON for years. But lately the packaging is just becoming sloppier and sloppier. I have been letting it pass since it's just a few ink cartridges here and there. This time I ordered a full set of ink that shipped in this thin crimped cardboard that I only see used on albums. The ink was crushed probably right there and then at the warehouse, what's crazy is that they actually shipped it like that.


And yeah they ship FedEX with the cheapest option possible, because it does all this lovely back and forth on FedEx facilities. It used to get here on 2 days. Now, you are actually lucky if it does ship within 3-4 days.

I have been buying Epson Inks from Epson Direct for years - You always shipped ground USPS - I would have ink in 3 to 4 days - NOW you use FedX - I called Epson to check on an order (OVER $ 100.00) - It has been 10 days and they gave me the FedX tracking number - Ink will be here Friday that's 13 days - UNEXCEPTIBLE - The package went from Indiana to Orlando to Virginia to Conneticut and is now headed too 2 stops in New Hampshire (Where I Live)- I guess I won't buy direct from Epson anymore - MUCH FASTER SERVICE FROM AMAZON - GO BACK TO SHIPPING USPS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Evening, I'm highly upset with my first experience with EPSON.

On July 9th how excited I was ordering my WF first Printer and found it on [link removed] for $106. Then on July 12th my excitement left when my printer arrived damaged and I called customer service at 1-800-463-7766 who transferred me to obtain Ref# 1907120041720 from Jen who was a pleasure to speak with. She made me feel my issue would be handled and right away.


She advised me of the next steps and I would speak with the return department at 1-800-444-1527 and spoke with Mike. He was very rude and not helpful at all, I called the number 3 times and each time spoke Jerk!! I asked for a reference number as he was sending me a replacement printer due to damages and poor packaging.

Mike stated this was a special circumstance he didn't have a reference or tracking number to provide me. He proceeded to give me the previous reference number from Jen to shut me up and some random number 6947264. He said he needed to do his job and I kept calling he couldn't I told him I would wait for him to process my order. He says oh you're gonna wait until I get off I said how long is that he said 2hours oh you're a patient lady. I became livid at this point and yes I called him out his name and he continued to be smart I stated hoping the call was recorded he stated he didn't.

I'm not sure if my replacement is on the way or not I did receive a RMA to return the damaged printer. I need this addressed on the service I received If this is the customer service I have to look forward to I'm rethinking my purchase or future purchases with EPSON. I've worked in customer service and I've never provided this type of service nor received. I'm definitely appalled and will be sharing this experience on google comments, Facebook and my Facebook craft groups I'm in of many who support and value EPSON which highly recommended this printer.

DO NOT BUY ANY EPSON PRODUCT!

Five months ago, I bought Epson WF-3720 all-in-one printer, etc. When the ink cartridges were about to dry up, I was notified to replace them. When I couldn't find a match to the original cartridges (702-1), I contacted Epson Support and was told the 702-1 is just a starter, that I should replace with 702. I spent $40 on a 702 pack that the printer rejected. I managed to find Epson's email address, and explained that 702 replacements do not work. Epson replied that I must have bought a "bad" pack. At the end of their email, a notice stated that I could not write back about this matter for three months. I've gone two months without a printer.

I just spend an hour on the phone with two customer service reps, neither of which I could understand. When my printer ran out of Black ink, for the past year, it asked me if I wanted to use Photo Black instead and I said "yes". Today, it would not give me that option and stopped printing in the middle of a document. The CS people (one a "higher level of support") said that using the Photo Back was only offered "temporarily" when I know from past experience, that is not true. The reference number I will NEVER purchase another Epson product.

What an un-merry chase. In my order Order product T034 Light Black Ink Cartridge could not be recognized as working. Customer service left asking me to keep checking to see if the printer started working again.

My HP printer finally quit after 12 years. So I bought an Epson because it sounded too good to be true for the price. After 10 calls to customer service/tech support and 4 sets of ink nothing changed. I did everything they told me to do. The printer would not print everything on the page. When it printed an all black text page it was fuzzy. The one customer service rep tried to tell me the serial number I gave her wasn't the one on the printer. After looking at a photo I emailed, she then realized SHE WAS talking about a totally different printer model. I will NEVER BUY AN EPSON printer or any other product again.

I have had an epson printer for about a year, and am ready to toss it right out the window! I have never had so much trouble trying to print something off a new printer. This printer has been trouble from day one.
First problem was trying to get it hooked up to wifi. Followed the directions from the manual and nothing worked. Finally went to YouTube and found a video on how to go around the problem to get it to work.
Second is the amount of money spent on ink! No matter how many times I pushed the black ink button, or actually edited the pictures to black and white the dang printer would still use blue, or yellow ink till the ink ran out! Next the darn thing won't print unless every cartridge has ink in it! So I end up with full black cartridges but empty yellow, or magenta, or even blue. So another stupid, Ratsafrasa, trip to the store to get more colored ink, and by now I am fuming! Never again will I buy a printer from this company!

I have a comment or complaint. I order all of my Epson supplies online. When ever I order replacement ink, paper, etc. you offer no discounts, sales, etc. However, when I do order supplies, about a week after I receive my order, you start emailing me discounts and savings that are available. This has happened every time I place an order. A good example is I just received my order on May 2, order No. Received no discounts. Since May 2, I have received from Epson two emails offering a 15% discount on ink, paper, etc. if ordered by May 12. How come I did not receive this discount on this order before and not after I ordered this material. This has happened every time I have ordered supplies from you! Since I am a repeat customer, how come I do not receive these discounts/specials which you offer, only after the promotions!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Even the level 2 reps had no real computer knowledge. If it's not in their step by steps guides they are lost. Even tried telling me a function didn't exist on my scanner. Had to direct him to their own website. useless

Tried to email-no place to put model, etc., although error message shows. Webmaster screwed up! I want to know how to increase the size of the printed font on my printouts on the C-88+

I recently bought an Epson Perfection V37 scanners directly from the Epson Store because I thought my Perfection V30 - after years of perfect performance - had stopped working. Turned out the V37 didn't work either, and that's because - contrary to what Epson states on its web page describing the V37 - the V37 buttons will not work with the latest version of Mac OS X, El Capitan. Epson Support confirmed that the issue is that Epson has yet to make their scanners 100% compatible with El Capitan. While I'm at it, when I tried to buy the V37 on line, I made a mistake, clicked on a different scanner, and bought it instead. I caught my mistake within minutes, called the Epson Store, asked them to cancel the order, and to put in my order for the V37. Said the Epson Store: "You can't do that. You'll have to take delivery of the scanner ordered in error, and ship it back to us at your expense, and, oh, yeah, you'll have to reimburse us for shipping it to you."

I purchased the five color bundle of Epson 98 ink cartridges for my Epson 810 printer from Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony, Texas in June 2015. When I attempted to use the yellow and magenta they did not work. The printer returned an error message the cartridge's were not recognized. The light magenta and light cyan worked fine and I didn't try the cyan cartridge. I attempted to return the full cartridge to Nebraska Furniture Mart but they refused my refund or exchange request due to purchase over 30 days ago. The experation date on the box is 10/2017. It's possible the electronics were defective on the two colors. How can we be expected to know the quality of the product within 30 days? As I stated above the experation date on the box is 10/2017. I am requesting a refund or exchange of the defect product. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this problem.

I like Epson products. Was very pleased with one I purchased several years ago and gave it away. Know why? You have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Then like a fool I bought another one last week,ending up speakingwith three different tech support people. The last one, speaking the best English, was the onlky actually address and solved the problem. Now I have another problem, connected to printer, again. Today I tried a tech person and found one who kept telling me I was wrong, basically didn't know what I was talking about and when I tried to explain said"no, listen..." I said "have a nice day" and hung up. Can anyone answer my question? For tech people it should be easy. I have tried the manual on line as well and can't find an answer. Would appreciate a reply asap for this is keeping me from completelky a work project. Either fix it or take it back please. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Good Morning,

I have been an Epson product user for over 20 years and always satisfied with the product!

Except this time . I purchased Epson 79 high capacity three color : LightCyan, Yellow and Light Magenta! pack from Office Depot in orlando!

The yellow ink was defective and every time i would insert it it would give me an error message to replace all my inks! After trial and error I figured out that the new yellow was defective! So I went back to the office depot and they would not replace the cartridge! I bought another single yellow and finally cleared the error and was working again!

My elderly uncle bought a Cannon ink cartridge online from the Epson Store. He showed me the invoice about a month and a half later. They had sent one cartridge, but billed him for two. (he thought the second one might be backordered.) When I called about getting a refund for the product he never received, I was keep on the phone with them for about half an hour and the supervisor I eventually spoke with refused to give a refund on the product that was not delivered because it was more than 30 days. Apparently, Epson does not believe in Customer Service.

I have XP-410. It started to produce poor printing/copying but scanning was fine. I called the customer service and she stayed on the phone for over 30 min. helping me to clean out the nozzle over and over. She wasn't very friendly but professional and the phone connection was on and off (her end), but she got the printer to work again. I am extremely happy as my printer is inexpensive and wouldn't be worth to pay someone to fix. So, I have 10 out of 10 for the service they provided me.

On the 12th March I purchased an Epson XP 700 printer and Epson EPS Polar multibuy plus Epson EPS Polar XL PB. There was a cashback offer on these purchases.



After a frustrating time trying to complete the claim form this was finally achieved within the timescale.



The young man at PC World (Steve) who helped me did say that it would take a few weeks - it is now almost 6 months and I have heard nothing from you. The tracker number for this claim is as follow Please sort this out as soon as possible
