On December 28th 2023 I went to the rouse store on 101G street, San Diego, California. To purchase some flowers and a birthday cake as it was my birthday. The following day, December 29th I asked the young lady for the strawberry cake with the strawberries on it. See told me that I had to. Go to the front and participate before. She was able to box it up and give it to me. I felt offended by that because I didn't understand she told me that that was store policy for the customer.
But then there was another lady that was before me that acts for. Update. And she was not told that so I went to the front ends. She printed out a ticket for me. I paid for the flowers and I scan the ticket that she gave me I. Returned back to the bakery and I asked. How come that a young lady? Didn't have to go and pay for her item. She told me that the young lady worked there. But if store policy that customers have to pay for the cakes before they are received. So upon returning home, I notice that my cake did not match. The ticket back she gave me.
Dictate that I that I purchase was a strawberry cake. Would strawberries on top? The ticket she gave me was a Shantelle arming cake ticket.
So I called the store. And the person that answered the phone said that the managers were too busy to take my call. So I asked the young lady. Should I call the corporate office? Since some managers were too busy to take my car, add to finally got me a manager on the phone. He proceeded to tell me that the bakery did not have. A ticket for the cake that I purchase. So they improvise and gave me a ticket. That was the same price to my cake bye. If a long to a different cake, my concern is the ticket that they gave me. Does not have the same ingredients as the cake that I purchase. I do not know the ingredients that are in the cake that are purchase. As I have guessed, that will be eating this cake. That may or may not have allergies, and we do not know none of the ingredients that are in this cake. He did, however, tell me it was a double layer of vanilla cake. That does nothing for me. I don't know what the ingredients are in this cake. And for Ralph's just say that. They do not have a ticket to place on the actual item. I'm substituted with a different ticket is Alex acceptable. I will be contacting corporate is Wallace. Everybody else that will listen to me. It's too many illnesses out here in too many people getting sick for me to accept this.

Ralph's has no Customer Service either by phone, chat or email. Isn't that illegal. Ordered groceries online as usual and I pay $99 per year for same day delivery. Now they have something called Boost for $59 and then something else called Delivery Now. They were charging me for $9.95 for delivery. When I called, a woman I couldn't understand said I shouldn't be using the Ralph's app but Ralph's.com. I told her I used Ralph's.com before and after many problems, they said I should use the Ralph's app. Then she said I should be using the Kroger app. I wanted to know why I was being charged for delivery when I pay $99 a year. She said my "Boost membership" (which I don't have), expired in August. After an hour on phone and her NOT listening and driving me insane, I tried chatting. They said my $99 plan was renewed in June but couldn't take the $9.99 delivery fee off and then referred me to another "chat person" who said I never had a $99 plan and they didn't know what I was talking about. They're a mess! Everyone is overseas. No way to get help here. And now I read they have another delivery service they're starting but...you still have to pay for delivery??? I desperately need help and as a senior I feel challenged but two and a half hours out of my life trying to get help in countries that I can't understand them and they don't even know what I'm talking about and that in Los Angeles you order from Ralphs, not Kroger. INSANE!

I have had an unresolved case with Ralph's customer service for over a month. I have called MANY times and all they say is that the case "was sent to the exectuive team..." Or, I am placed on hold for long periods of time. Well, this is URGENT and no one at customer service cares. I need assistance ASAP as the case involves my ability to go to my store (Hauser and Wilshire) to pick up my prescriptions. I need to be able to pick up my prescriptions without being HARRASSED by the manager, Anna. PLEASE HELP!

I visited the Ralphs in the College area last night looking for an item that I saw online and that should have been available in the store. After walking up and down the isles, I asked the cashier and bagging clerk about the item. Neither was familiar with it. I asked if they could look it up to let me know if it was available at the store and where I could find it. I was told that they could not. Thinking that they had misunderstood me, I repeated my question and stated exactly what I was asking them to do. I was again told NO. I then asked to speak with the manager, but was told that he was on a break. There was ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT to try and provide any type of customer service. I called and spoke with the manager today (Daniel) and explained my shopping experience at the store. He made excuses for why the customer service was so bad (new people, lack of training, etc.). He never even asked what product I was looking for or attempted to try and rectify the situation. I will not be returning!

As my husband and I were shopping on Saturday, a woman walked in and starting shopping for produce. I politely asked her to put on a mask. No response. I asked her to stop breathing on all the produce and please put on a mask. She smirked at me and continued shopping. So I went up to the check stand and asked for a manager. I got the run-around. He (pointing to one check stand) is the manager, talk to him. Next time I asked it was someone else. They said they would take care of it but never did. My husband has cancer and cannot be around anyone unmasked and I decided to see this through rather than just leave the store. I continued to ask for a manager and finally someone actually picked up the phone and got someone to come out of his office. He told me that it is Ralph's Corporate Policy NOT to enforce masking if the customer doesn't want to. He can offer them a mask. He can give them a mask. But no one at Ralph's can enforce this. IS THIS TRUE? And do you get to choose which laws/mandates to follow? What happened to 'no shoes, no shirt, no service'---can't masking be added to that? Why did this one rude person's choice to NOT follow the rules matter more than mine? This was all happening while "Karen" was checking out and leaving the store. The manager was 2 feet away from this woman and could have easily just ASKED her to put on a mask as a courtesy to the rest of us. That would have gone a long way with us. As it was, we left our carts and the store and have decided to shop elsewhere from now on. Somewhere that actually cares about the health of their employees and customers.

Extremely dissatisfied with the Ralph's Granada Hills store. Shelves are empty and normal products are not in stock. Employees are stocking shelves at noon on Sunday and you can barely walk through the isles. This has been going on for three weeks. Manager today, Danny, had more excuses about stocking problems. Manager three weeks ago had same excuses as well. I will no longer shop at this Ralphs branch.

Cashier Herman M. treated son and I with respect and professionalism. Ralphs on 6290 E. Pacific Coast Hwy is not on your location list. Did not get a survey code on receipt, I still wanted you to know about Herman M.
Thank you

I am filing a complaint against the Ralphs at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Riverside CA 92507. The Cashier Sal A. was very rude and impolite to the customers and made a terrible experience. I went to the cashier desk and said "How are you doing?" to Sal, he pretended he did not hear it and ignored me. After asking me whether I have a Palphs rewards card, I said "Yes sir" and handed my key chain to him for scanning. After he is done, he rudely threw my key chain to the corner of the table and I had no way to reach it. In the meantime, he was just talking with another cashier and laughing. It was the other customer behind me who helped me grabbed my key chain and returned it to me. This cashier Sal made me very angry and unpleasant. What's even worse was that after I noticed that he forgot to put the green bags points to my rewards account, I went back to him and politely asked whether he could help fix this. He then turned around and started to grab COINS from the cashier machine and said "it will just save you five dimes, here you go...". I was standing there and felt being humiliated. Is this what Ralphs call Customer Service when an employee treat their customer as beggar? Is this what Ralphs call Customer Satisfaction when the customer feel seriously offended and humiliated? I really hope Ralphs or Kroger can take action to prevent this from happening. That cashier Sal A. working at Ralphs, located at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr, Riverside CA, is ruining the customer experience as well as the reputation of Ralphs and Kroger company.

My wallet was just stolen from Ralph's in pacific Palisades , Ca on sunset blvd. Around 2 pm 4/25/18
I spoke with the acting manager to report and see the video in the produce part of the store where it happened and the cameras do not work because of the remodel .

I think this is a big mistake on your part, especially not caring about your customers safety .

Ralphs need to do something about that woman and the man on the bicycle who keep bugging the customers outside in the parking lot for money. The Ralphs at 2600 S. Vermont Ave. Los Angeles. I'm getting sick and tired of it and I'm looking for another store.

This week's ads just came out. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Ben and Jerry's ice cream for $3.99 if you buy 10. Vons has Ben and Jerry's for 2.77 if you buy 3. Stater Bros has Ben and Jerry's for $2.49 if you buy 3. You are not even in the ball park. So disappointed.

You have added a lot of specialty items to the store. But, finding the items location in the store can be a real problem. Can you place a few "Find it here" pads in the store so customers can look up the location of specialty items. Thanks.

Thank you for sending a print ad. Now I can go back to shopping at Ralphs....in fact, I will go this afternoon, as I found some things I need in your ad.

We usually shop at your store in Carlsbad.Have been since it opened. However since you no longer supply a weekly paper ad ala Vons, Stater Bros. and Gelsons (all near by and supply mail ads), we will be shopping less at Ralphs are more frequently at your competition. It's to bad since we have enjoyed your local store and employees and will miss seeing them as often.

I often buy Broguiere's chocolate milk and am charged $1.50 bottle deposit. When I return the bottle I receive a refund of only $1.25. This would appear to be a "rip off" to me. Can you explain the incongruity to me?

I'm disabled so is there any other way to get a card than going inside the store.

I am a long time customer who spends a lot of money with your chain of stores.

I felt it was necessary to bring to your attention how poorly managed and operated your 12921 Magnolia Blvd location is presently. The store is dirty and the checkout is a joke,in regards to effciently getting the customers paid and out the door in a timely matter.

The most irrating point being that throughout this location, the verifone credit card machines electronic pens are constantly missing and never work correctly. Frankly I don't want to sign with my finger on a dirty screen that the public is constantly doing the same with.

Your managers and supervisors could care less and offer lip service that the devices will be replaced, yet never do!

The same breakage occurs at your A Ralphs(aka... Hughes) store off Ventura in Studio City, yet they manage to correct the problem in a timely manner and operate in a much more pleasing and efficient manner overall. Unfortunately, its not convenient for me to get and the parking is difficult.

The bottom line is you need to correct the problem, or I will be forced to do more of my shopping at Gelsons & Whole Foods where the stores are clean and the credit card scanners work properly.

Complaint, Attention Owner of santa Barbara downtown ralphs. 5am the store was open
I wzs refused the restroom code, a single white American woman who spends 150 a month there I was told by every Mexican female I didn't buy something immediately so they said they didn't know the code. this is illegal to demand someone make a minimum purchase. my atty is jay valentine. the international UPC Plumbers association code says any establishment open for business to sell food Must not refuse restroom service and free you cannot charge a person money to use restroom sinks to wash hands or toilets this is illegal in the USA. ralphs is owned by Kroger. ca state law says you must not refuse restroom and ability for people to be clean its a health violation. this grocery store is not in mexico. santa Barbara city, ca is not mexico. its still America and the owner must tell the Mexican employees who refuse service and discriminate against whites to stop or they can be fired. they also refuse to speak English to the American customers this is early staff, 5-7 am worst on sundays continued problems
